摘 要:Determination of interfacial adhesion energies of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)is very important for understanding the failure mechanism and predicting the life of *** the compression test with cohesive zone finite element method, the interfacial adhesion energy is *** is found that the critical interfacial adhesion energy is 120 J/m2 and the corresponding loading phase angle is–*** the increases of half-length of crack, the crack propagation tends to steady-state,and the steady-state interface energy release rate reaches 150 J/m2,edge delamination experiences almost pure mode *** results are good agreement with the FEM simulation results and the values available in the literatures determined by different test methods, which confirms validity of the method used in this study.
