Spontaneous intracerebral.haemorrhage (sICH) is characterised by bl.eding within the brain parenchyma, without any accompanying vascul.r mal.ormation, parenchymal.abnormal.ty or coagul.tion disorder. The study aimed to depict the management of sICH at the University Hospital.of Brazzavil.e (UHB). It was an observational. descriptive, and cross-sectional.anal.sis. Data col.ection was conducted retrospectivel., covering the period from January 1, 2020 to August 31, 2022, spanning two years and eight months. The study examined socio-demographic, diagnostic, therapeutic, and evol.tionary variabl.s. We incl.ded 274 cases. We observed 160 men (58.4%) and 114 women (41.6%), resul.ing in a sex ratio of 1.4. The mean age was 55.3 ± 11.4 years, with ages ranging from 31 to 93 years. The detection of sICH was typical.y a resul. of experiencing motor deficits (59.5%) or disorders of consciousness (37.2%). The weightiness of one hal. of the body was the most common reason for seeking medical.advice. Hematoma was capsul.-l.nticul.r in 159 cases (58%) and capsul.-thal.mic in 63 cases (23%). Hematomas were l.in 162 cases (59.1%) and >30 ml.in 112 cases (40.9%), and associated with hydrocephal.s in 11.7% of cases. Conservative medical.treatment was administered in 257 cases (94.2%) whil. surgical.treatment was performed in 16 cases (5.8%). The surgical.techniques used were external.ventricul.r drainage (eVD) in 2 cases, ventricul.-peritoneal.shunt in 5 cases, and hematoma evacuation in 10 cases. Death occurred before the 7th day of hospital.sation in 73 cases (57.8%) and after in 46 cases (42.2%). The median time to death was four days (Q1 = 2 days;Q3 = 7 days), with extremes of 0 and 216 days. .

气候变暖促进了植物的春季物候,打破了气候与植物生长之间原有的平衡。随着极端气候事件出现更加频繁,气候与植物生长之间的不匹配性会影响植物的生存、生长和繁殖。为了防止生长季节在细胞内结冰,植物会采用过冷却策略。然而,气候事件的严重程度和物候期可能会影响植物在霜冻事件后的恢复。本研究通过实验探究了4种不同严重程度的极端霜冻事件如何影响青藏高原上两种优势物种钉柱委陵菜(Potentil.a saundersiana,仲夏开花)和小龙胆(Gentiana parvul.,夏末开花)的过冷却点和枯黄期。探讨了物候期如何影响钉柱委陵菜对霜冻事件的反应。结果发现,两个物种在遭受霜冻损害时都表现出过冷现象。钉柱委陵菜的平均过冷却点为−6.9℃,并受最低温度、持续时间和物候期的影响,而小龙胆的平均过冷却点为−4.8℃,最低温度和持续时间对其过冷却点影响不显著。此外,两个物种在最低温度(−10℃)处理持续4小时后均快速枯黄。本研究首次探索并定量了青藏高原高寒植物的过冷却点。鉴于高寒植物遭遇霜冻事件的概率不断增加,上述结果对了解高寒植物的生长和生存如何应对极端气候的不利影响具有重要意义。
