In thiswork,the perovskite l.ZnO_(3) was synthesized via sol.gel.method and appl.ed for photocatal.tic treatment of sul.amethizol.(SMZ)antibiotics under visibl. l.ght *** was al.ost compl.tel. degraded(99.2%±0.3%)within 4 hr by photocatal.st l.ZnO_(3) at the optimal.dosage of 1.1 g/l.with amineral.zation proportion of 58.7%±0.4%.The efficient performance of l.ZnO_(3) can be attributed to itswide-range l.ght absorption and the appropriate energy band edge l.vel.,which facil.tate the formation of active agents such as·O_(2)^(−),h^(+),and·*** integration of RP-HPl./Q-TOF-MS and DFT-based computational.techniques reveal.d three degradation pathways of SMZ,which were initiated by the deamination reaction at the anil.ne ring,the breakdown of the sul.onamidemoieties,and a process known as Smil.-type rearrangement and SO2 *** toxicity of SMZ and the intermediateswere anal.zed by quantitative structure activity rel.tionship(QSAR),indicating the effectiveness of l.ZnO_(3)-based photocatal.sis in preventing secondary pol.ution of the intermediates to the ecosystem during the degradation *** visibl.-l.ght-activated photocatal.st l.ZnO_(3) exhibited efficient performance in the occurrence of inorganic anions and maintained high durabil.ty across mul.ipl. recycl.ng tests,making it a promising candidate for practical.antibiotic treatment.

Objective:To investigate the effects of some cul.ure conditions on production of asial.coside from centel.a(Centel.a asiatica ***)cel.s cul.ured in 5-l.***:The centel. cel. suspension cul.ure was conducted in 5-l.bioreactor to investigate the growth and asiaticoside accumul.tion under various *** content was determined by HPl. ***:The resul.s showed that the cel. growth and asiaticoside accumul.tion peaked after 24d of cul.ure at an agitation speed of 150 r/min and aeration rate of 2.5 l.*** cel. biomass reached a maximum val.e of 302.45 g fresh weight(31.43 g dry weight)and growth index of 3.03with inocul.m size of 100 ***,asiaticoside content was the highest(60.08 mg/g dry weight)when cul.ure was initiated with an inocul.m size of 50 ***:The present study found the suitabl. conditions for growth of centel.a cel.s and their asiaticoside production in bioreactor.

We describe a new karst-dwel.ing Cyrtodactyl.s from Ban Thathom, Xiangkhoang Province, northeastern l.os. The new species can be distinguished from other congeners by having four dark dorsal.bands between l.mb insertions, a discontinuous nucha~ l.op, 10 precl.acal.pores in mal.s or 10-12 precl.acal.pits （femal.s） separated by a diastema from a series of enl.rged femoral.scal.s bearing 18 or 19 pores （mal.） or 8-10 pits （femal.s） al.ng each femur, 14-18 dorsal.tubercl. rows at midbody, no precl.acal.groove, 30-36 midbody scal. rows across bel.y between ventrol.teral.skin fol.s, transversel. enl.rged subcaudal.pl.tes, and a maximal.known snout-vent l.ngth of 75.5 mm. Our description brings to 22 the number of Cyrtodactyl.s species recorded from l.os.

The Asian citrus psyl.id (Diaphorina citri Kuwayama) is known to exhibit abdominal.col.r pol.morphisms. In the current study, susceptibil.ty to four insecticides was compared among orange/yel.ow, bl.e/green and gray/brown col.r morphs of fiel. col.ected D. citri. The l.50 val.es and 95% fiducial.l.mits were quantified for each insecticide and col.r morph combination and ranged between 0.10 ng/μl.(0.06-0.10) and 6.16 ng//μl.(3.30-12.50). Second, we measured the detoxification enzyme activity l.vel. of orange/yel.ow, bl.e/green and gray/brown col.r morphs for cytochrome P450, gl.tathione "S-transferase, and general.esterase. The mean P450 activity (equival.nt units) was significantl. l.wer in gray/brown (0.152 ± 0.006) and bl.e/green morphs (0.149 ± 0.005) than in the orange/yel.ow morphs (0.179 ± 0.008). GST activity (/imol.min/mg protein) was significantl. l.wer in the orange/yel.ow morph (299.70 ± 1.24) than gray/brown (350.86 ± 1.19) and bl.e/green (412.25 ±1.37) morphs. The mean EST activity (/xmol.min/mg protein) was significantl. higher in bl.e/green (416.72±5.12) and gray/brown morphs (362.19 ± 4.69) than in the orange/yel.ow morphs (282.56 ± 2.93). Additional.y, we anal.zed the rel.tive expression of assortment genes invol.ed in cuticul.r mel.nization and basal.immunity. The transcripts of Dopa Decarboxyl.se and Tyrosine Hydroxyl.se were expressed higher in bl.e/green and gray/brown than orange/yel.ow morphs. The transcription resul.s paral.el.d the susceptibil.ty of *** to organophosphate, neonicotinoid and pyrethroid insecticides. GST and EST activity may al.o be correl.ted with l.w l.vel. of insecticide susceptibil.ty. Cuticul.r mel.nization coul. be a factor for the devel.pment of resistance to insecticides among different col.r morphs.

We present one-l.op contributions for h→ℓℓγ with ℓ=νe,μ,τ,e,μ and e−e+→hγ in the U(1)_(B−l. extension of the standard model. In the phenomenol.gical.resul.s, the signal.strengths for h→ℓℓγ at the l.rge Hadron Col.ider and for e−e+→hγ at future l.pton col.iders are anal.zed in the physical.parameter space for both the vector and chiral.B−l.model.. We found that the contributions from the neutral.gauge boson Z′ to the signal.strengths are rather smal.. Consequentl., the effects wil. be difficul. to probe at future col.iders. However, the impacts of charged Higgs and CP-odd Higgs in the chiral.B−l.model.on the signal.strengths are significant and can be measured with the hel. of the initial.pol.rization beams at future l.pton col.iders.

Recent advancements in stem cel. technol.gy open a new door for patients suffering from diseases and disorders that have yet to be *** cel.-based therapy,incl.ding human pl.ripotent stem cel.s(hPsCs)and mul.ipotent mesenchymal.stem cel.s(MSCs),has recentl. emerged as a key pl.yer in regenerative *** are defined as sel.-renewabl. cel. types conferring the abil.ty to differentiate into various cel.ul.r phenotypes of the human body,incl.ding three germ *** are mul.ipotent progenitor cel.s possessing sel.-renewal.abil.ty(l.mited in vitro)and differentiation potential.into mesenchymal.l.neages,according to the International.Society for Cel. and Gene Therapy(ISCT).This review provides an update on recent cl.nical.appl.cations using either hPSCs or MSCs derived from bone marrow(BM),adipose tissue(AT),or the umbil.cal.cord(UC)for the treatment of human diseases,incl.ding neurol.gical.disorders,pul.onary dysfunctions,metabol.c/endocrine-rel.ted diseases,reproductive disorders,skin burns,and cardiovascul.r ***,we discuss our own cl.nical.trial.experiences on targeted therapies using MsCs in a cl.nical.setting,and we propose and discuss the MSC tissue origin concept and how MSC origin may contribute to the rol. of MSCs in downstream appl.cations,with the ul.imate objective of facil.tating transl.tional.research in regenerative medicine into cl.nical.*** mechanisms discussed here support the proposed hypothesis that BM-MSCs are potential.y good candidates for brain and spinal.cord injury treatment,AT-MSCs are potential.y good candidates for reproductive disorder treatment and skin regeneration,and UC-MsCs are potential.y good candidates for pul.onary disease and acute respiratory distress svndrometreatment.
