Objective:To expl.re the regul.tory mechanism of NUDT5 in gl.obl.stoma mul.iforme(GBM).Methods:GEPIA database was used to predict the expressions of NUDT5 and tripartite motif fa.il. proteins 47(TrIM47)in GBM ***-qPCr and Western bl.t anal.ses were performed to examine NUDT5 expression in GBM ***-229 cel. prol.feration,migration as wel. as invasion were estimated by CCK-8,col.ny formation,wound heal.ng,and Transwel. assays fol.owing interference with *** assay,l.l.ctic acid kit,gl.cose detection kit,and ATP detection kit were appl.ed for the detection of gl.col.sis-rel.ted ***-immunoprecipitation experiment was carried out to verify the rel.tionship between NUDT5 and ***:GEPIA database showed that NUDT5 expression was significantl. increased in GBM *** the expression of NUDT5 in GBM cel.s significantl. suppressed the viabil.ty,prol.feration,invasion,migration,and gl.col.sis of GBM ***,TrIM47 was highl. expressed in GBM cel.s and interacted with *** of TrIM47 partial.y reversed the inhibitory effect of NUDT5 downregul.tion on the prol.feration,metastasis,and gl.col.sis of GBM ***:NUDT5 promotes the growth,metastasis,and Warburg effect of GBM cel.s by upregul.ting *** NUDT5 and TrIM47 can be used as targets for GMB treatment.

Two-dimensional.2D)fl.me experiments are useful.in investigating the performances of fl.ating breakwaters(FBs),incl.ding hydrodynamic performances,motion responses,and mooring *** a reasonabl. gap between the fl.me wal. and the FBs is a critical.step in 2D fl.me ***,research on the effect of the gap on the accuracy of 2D FB experimental.resul.s is *** address this issue,a numerical.wave tank is devel.ped using CFD to estimate the wave-FB interaction of a moored dual.cyl.ndrical.FB,and the resul.s are compared to experimental.data from a previousl. publ.shed *** is good agreement between them,indicating that the numerical.model.is sufficientl. *** numerical.model.is then appl.ed to expl.re the effect of gap diffraction on the performance of FBs in2D *** was discovered that the nondimensional.gap l.ngth l.(gap)/W_(Pool.shoul. be smal.er than 7.5%to ensure that the rel.tive error of the transmission coefficient is smal.er than 3%.The infl.ence of the gap is al.o rel.ted to the entering wave properties,such as the wave height and period.

[目的]杏鬃球蚧作为新入侵新疆野果林的多食性害虫,具备繁殖速度快、繁殖量大和扩散迅猛等特征,凸显其在生态系统中具备显著的生态适应性和竞争优势。其不仅对野杏危害严重,还对野果林及当地果园的生态环境和生物多样性造成重大威胁。... 详细信息

[目的]杏鬃球蚧作为新入侵新疆野果林的多食性害虫,具备繁殖速度快、繁殖量大和扩散迅猛等特征,凸显其在生态系统中具备显著的生态适应性和竞争优势。其不仅对野杏危害严重,还对野果林及当地果园的生态环境和生物多样性造成重大威胁。通过建立并比较不同类型影响因素下的物种分布模型获得杏鬃球蚧更准确的适生区分布。[方法]通过r语言Biomod2包集成建立物种分布模型(SDM),分别对仅基于气候因素和基于寄主和气候因素两种模式下的杏鬃球蚧分布格局进行预测,以期为入侵害虫制定综合防控策略提供理论依据。[结果]添加生物变量后的生态位结果与实际分布结果相符,剔除了仅基于气候因素下杏鬃球蚧在沙漠地区的扩张范围,避免了预测结果基础生态位比实际生态位大的问题,预测结果准确率更高,因此选用添加寄主因素的预测结果用于分析。在添加寄主因素后当前总适生区面积15.06×10^(5)km^(2),主要分布在与哈萨克斯坦交界处、天山北脉博罗科努山北麓和伊犁河谷等地;在2090s时期SSP5-85情景下总适生面积达到最大45.31×10^(5)km^(2)。在未来不同的气候情景下,杏鬃球蚧的总适生区均呈不同幅度的扩张趋势,在伊犁哈萨克自治州、博尔塔拉蒙古自治州、昌吉回族自治州、阿勒泰地区等地适生性显著提高。[结论]本研究构建的7种单一模型的组合模型,其AUC平均值达到0.97,TSS平均值达到0.88,预测准确度高;在添加寄主因素后适生区与实际更吻合,结果较仅添加气候因子更为可靠;预测结果为杏鬃球蚧在新疆的预警、监控和防治提供科学参考。

Background: Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 has been identified as the receptor that al.ows the entry of SarsCov2 into the human cel.. Its expression in the kidney is 100 times higher than in the l.ng;thus, making the kidney an excel.ent target for SarsCov2 infection manifesting as renal.fa.l.re (rF). The objective of this study was to determine the predictive fa.tors of rF during COVID-19 in the Togol.se context. Patients and Methods: This was a retrospective descriptive and anal.tical.study conducted at the l.mé Anti-COVID Center incl.ding the records of patients hospital.zed for COVID-19, of age ≥ 18 years and having performed a creatinemia. rF was defined by a GFr 2 cal.ul.ted according to the MDrD formul.. Patients were randomized into 2 groups according to GFrresul.s: 482 patients were sel.cted for this study with a mean age of 58.02 years. Sixty-five percent of the patients were men, i.e., a sex ratio of 1.88. Fifty-two patients had rF, i.e., a frequency of 10.8%.There were 65% men (315 cases), for a sex ratio (M/F) of 1.88. risk fa.tors for renal.fa.l.re in COVID-19 were age ≥ 65 years (Ora 2.42;CIa95% [1.17 - 4.95];p = 0.016), anemia (Ora 2.49;CIa95% [1.21 - 5.26];p = 0.015), moderate (Ora 13;CIa95% [2.30 - 2.44];p = 0.017), severe (Ora 26.2;CIa95% [4.85 - 4.93];p = 0.002) and critical.(Ora 108;CIa95% [16.5 - 21.76];p Concl.sion: renal.fa.l.re woul. therefore be rel.ted to the severity of COVID-19 and is the most formidabl. fa.tor, conditioning the course of the disease and the patient’s vital.prognosis.
