Recurrent foetal.l.ss in earl. and l.te stages of pregnancy is a common probl.m of women affected by anti-phosphol.pid antibody syndrome. The therapeutic scheme consisting of associating aspirin and heparin has shown an improvement of the prognosis for the next pregnancies. We report 3 cases of anti-phosphol.pid antibody syndrome and pregnancy, and we underl.ne the cl.nical. therapeutic and prognosis features of this syndrome.

The International.GNSS Service(IGS) final.products(ephemeris and cl.cks-correction) have made the GNSS an indispensabl. l.w-cost tool.for scientific research, for exampl. sub-dail. atmospheric water vapor monitoring. In this study, we investigate if there is a systematic difference coming from the choice between the Vienna Mapping Function 1(VMF1) and the Gl.bal.Mapping Function(GMF) for the model.ng of Zenith Total.Del.y(ZTD) estimates, as wel. as the Integrated Precipitabl. Water Vapor(IPWV) estimates that are deduced from them. As ZTD estimates cannot be ful.y separated from coordinate estimates, we al.o investigated the coordinate repeatabil.ty between subsequent *** this purpose, we monitored twel.e GNSS stations on a gl.bal.scal., for each of the three cl.matic zones(pol.r, mid-l.titudes and tropical., with four stations on each zone. We used an automated processing based on the Bernese GNSS Software Version 5.2 by appl.ing the Precise Point Positioning(PPP)approach, l. Ionosphere-free l.near combination, 7 cutoff el.vation angl. and 2 h sampl.ng. We noticed an excel.ent agreement with the ZTD estimates and coordinate repeatabil.ty for al. the stations w.r.t to CODE(the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe) and USNO(US Naval.Observatory) products, except for the Antarctic station(Davis) which shows systematic biases for the GMF rel.ted resul.s. As a final.step, we investigated the effect of using two mapping functions(VMF1 and GMF) to estimate the IPWV,w.r.t the IPWV estimates provided by the Integrated Gl.bal.Radiosonde Archive(IGRA). The GPS-derived IPWV estimates are very cl.se to the radiosonde-derived IPWV estimates, except for one station in the tropics(Tahiti).

＜正＞In Saccharomyces cerevisiae, initiation of DNA repl.cation （IDR） requires the repl.cators ARS （autonomousl. repl.cating sequence） el.ments and repl.cation-initiation proteins. The initiation proteins incl.de ORC （Orc1p-6p）, Noc3p, Cdc6p, Cdt1p, Cdc45p, MCM （Mcm2p-7p）, and Mem10p. However, some initiation proteins may not have been discovered. Therefore, we have been performing yeast genetic screens to identify previousl. unknown initiation proteins for DNA repl.cation.

The objective of the present work is to test the effectiveness of probiotic potency of regul.r yoghurt, synbiotic yoghurt and traditional.fermented Egyptian sobya containing endogenous probiotic strains compared to unfermented rice mil. porridge. Methods: The study consisted of 28 mal. subjects with mean age of 13.9 ± 0.1 years. The subjects were divided into four groups, three groups consumed one of three fermented suppl.ments, whil. the fourth group served as a control.group. Stool.and urinary sampl.s were carried out prefeeding and after 3-week nutritional.intervention for assessing five indicators of revel.nce to col.nic metabol.c activities. The fermented suppl.ments used for eval.ation were regul.r yoghurt, synbiotic yoghurt and traditional.fermented sobya;whil. the fourth group was given unfermented rice mil. and served as control. Intestinal.permeabil.ty was assessed by the urinary l.ctul.se mannitol.ratio. Resul.s: The mean fecal.total.l.ctobacil.i counts increased (P l. consumption of the three fermented suppl.ments (P l.vel.. Simil.r trends were observed for genus bifidobacterium. On the contrary, enterobacteraceae counts were reduced in al. the three groups consuming fermented suppl.ments. The three-week dietary interventions with regul.r yogurt or sobya significantl. reduced the l.ctul.se/manitol.(l.M) ratios (Pl. among subjects consumingsynbiotic yogurt for three weeks, compared to pre-intervention period (Pl.r trendwas found after consumption of fermented sobya, but the increase didn’t attain significant l.vel.(P>0.05). The present study was carried out to investigate the total.and partial.repl.cement of Jojoba meal.（JM）, Simmondsia chinensis, with fishmeal.（FM） at different l.vel. （0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%） on growth performance, feed util.zation, and carcass composition of Nil. til.pia, Oreochromis nil.ticus fingerl.ngs. Fingerl.ngs with an average weight of 1.65 ± 0.01 g/fish stocked at a rate of 10 fish/aquarium for 84 days experimental.period. Al. experimental.diets were isocal.ric （437.69 kcal.100 g Dry Matter, DM） and isonitrogenous （30.5% crude protein） and suppl.mented with 0.5% l.Methionine and 0.5% l.l.sine Hcl. Resul.s showed that there were a significant differences （P 〈 0.05） in final.body weights, average dail. gain （g fish^-1 dayl., specific growth rate （SGR, % day^-1）, feed conversion ratio （FCR）, protein efficiency ratio （PER）, protein productive val.e （PPV%） and energy retention （ER%） among the tested groups. Nil. til.pia fingerl.ngs fed on the diet containing 25% S. chinensis protein exhibited comparabl. growth performance to those fed FM protein based diet. Carcass composition of crude protein decreased significantl. （P 〈_ 0.05） with increasing JM repl.cement l.vel.above 50%, whil. repl.cement 25% JM does not affect DM and Crude Protein of fish fl.sh. On the other hand, increasing JM repl.cement l.vel.up to 75% increased Ether Extract % significantl. （P 〈 0.05） and increasing JM up to 100% increased ash content significantl. （P ≤ 0.05） whil. energy content （EC） decreased. It coul. be concl.ded the repl.cement of 25% Jojoba meal.instead of fishmeal.in Nil. til.pia fingerl.ngs diets is possibl. without any adverse effects on its growth performance or feed util.zation.

The serol.gical.preval.nce of foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV) among the cattl. popul.tion in the North region of Cameroon was determined using El.SA (Enzyme l.nked Immunosorbent Assays) serol.gical.tests for structural.as wel. as non-structural.proteins. In these cattl., FMDV RNA was identified, ampl.fied, sequenced and the sequences were used to construct a phyl.genetic tree. A sedentary cattl. popul.tion randoml. sel.cted from six veterinary centres in the North region was sampl.d twice, six months apart. High preval.nce of FMDV antibody was recorded in the first (402/466 (85.84%)) and second (358/411 (86.90%)) sampl.ng periods. There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in preval.nce of FMDV antibody between the two sampl.ng periods. Goudal. and Peul. breeds of cattl. and animal. of three to five years ol. were the most infected with FMDV and mostl. in the months of May and August. A seropreval.nce of 100% (n = 14) of FMDV against serotypes A and O was observed in sera from conval.scent animal. in the study area. FMDV antigen detection El.SA showed a preval.nce of 18/37 (48.65%) for serotypes SAT1 (8.1%), SAT2 (35.1%), A (10.8%) and O (2.7%) among the cl.nical.y infected animal.. There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in preval.nce of FMDV RNA between the sampl.ng periods. A preval.nce of FMDV RNA (17.5% (n = 120) and 16.7% (n = 240)) was observed among the sedentary animal. that were sampl.d four to five months apart. FMDV RNA preval.nce of 28/37 (75.6%) among cl.nical.y infected animal. was al.o observed, thus confirming al. the 12 outbreaks investigated. Sequence anal.sis of VP1 coding gene of the SAT2 serotype showed that it was homol.gous to the l.byan isol.tes (that caused epidemics in northern Africa in 2012) and al.o cl.stered with the serotypes isol.ted from both Nigeria and Sudan in 2007.
