Data-independent acquisition(DIA)technology for protein identification from mass spectrometry and related algorithms is developing *** spectrum-centric analysis of DIA data without the use of spectra library from data-dependent acquisition data represents a promising *** this paper,we proposed an untargeted analysis method,Dear-DIA^(XMBD),for direct analysis of DIA ***-DIA^(XMBD) first integrates the deep variational autoencoder and triplet loss to learn the representations of the extracted fragment ion chromatograms,then uses the k-means clustering algorithm to aggregate fragments with similar representations into the same classes,and finally establishes the inverted index tables to determine the precursors of fragment clusters between precursors and peptides and between fragments and *** show that Dear-DIA^(XMBD) performs superiorly with the highly complicated DIA data of different species obtained by different instrument platforms.

spanning tree problems with specialized constraints can be difficult to solve in real-world scenarios,often requiring intricate algorithmic design and exponential ***,there has been growing interest in end-to-end deep neural networks for solving routing ***,such methods typically produce sequences of vertices,which make it difficult to apply them to general combinatorial optimization problems where the solution set consists of edges,as in various spanning tree *** this paper,we propose NeuroPrim,a novel framework for solving various spanning tree problems by defining a Markov decision process for general combinatorial optimization problems on *** approach reduces the action and state space using Prim's algorithm and trains the resulting model using *** apply our framework to three difficult problems on the Euclidean space:the degree-constrained minimum spanning tree problem,the minimum routing cost spanning tree problem and the steiner tree problem in *** results on literature instances demonstrate that our model outperforms strong heuristics and achieves small optimality gaps of up to 250 ***,we find that our model has strong generalization ability with no significant degradation observed on problem instances as large as 1,*** results suggest that our framework can be effective for solving a wide range of combinatorial optimization problems beyond spanning tree problems.

In this paper, we consider a susceptible-infective-susceptible(sIs) reaction-diffusion epidemic model with spontaneous infection and logistic source in a periodically evolving domain. Using the iterative technique,the uniform boundedness of solution is established. In addition, the spatial-temporal risk index R0(ρ) depending on the domain evolution rate ρ(t) as well as its analytical properties are discussed. The monotonicity of R0(ρ)with respect to the diffusion coefficients of the infected dI, the spontaneous infection rate η(ρ(t)y) and interval length l is investigated under appropriate conditions. Further, the existence and asymptotic behavior of periodic endemic equilibria are explored by upper and lower solution method. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to illustrate our analytical results. Our results provide valuable information for disease control and prevention.

Rapid detection of pathogens present on contaminated surfaces is crucial for food safety and public health due to the high morbidity and mortality of bacterial ***,a sensitive and efficient method for on-site identification of foodborne pathogens on anisotropic surfaces was developed by using an in situ instantaneously prepared surface-enhanced Raman scattering(sERs)*** achieve this,molybdenum-doped gallic acidderived carbon dots(MCDs)are utilized as the reductant for synthesizing Au@MCDs nanohybrids within just 3 s at ambient *** synergistic effect of the electromagnetic enhancement and charge transfer of Au@MCDs enables excellent sERs performance 10 times stronger than bare Au *** bioassay platform requires less than 5 min to complete the quantitative detection of foodborne pathogens on various microbial-contaminated interfaces with a sensitivity of 10 CFU/m *** innovative strategy breaks the long-standing limitations of sERs substrates in practical use,such as the time-consuming process,interference of residual surfactants,poor surface stability,and few application scenarios,providing a promising tool for widespread applications in biomedical research and clinical diagnostics.

Floor localization is crucial for various applications such as emergency response and rescue,indoor positioning,and recommender *** existing floor localization systems have many drawbacks,like low accuracy,poor scalability,and high computational *** this paper,we first frame the problem of floor localization as one of learning node embeddings to predict the floor label of a ***,we introduce Floorlocator,a deep learning-based method for floor localization that integrates efficient spiking neural networks with powerful graph neural *** approach offers high accuracy,easy scalability to new buildings,and computational *** results on using several public datasets demonstrate that Floorlocator outperforms state-of-the-art ***,in building B0,Floorlocator achieved recognition accuracy of 95.9%,exceeding state-of-the-art methods by at least 10%.In building B1,it reached an accuracy of 82.1%,surpassing the latest methods by at least 4%.These results indicate Floorlocator’s superiority in multi-floor building environment localization.

The development of infrared(IR)surveillance technology has led to a growing interest in thermal ***,the trade-off relationship between low IR-emissivity and thermal insulation hinders the advance of thermal camouflage ***,guided by multi-physics simulation,we show a design of asymmetric aramid nanofibers/MXene(ANF/MXene)aerogel film that realizes high-efficient thermal camouflage *** rationale is that the asymmetric structure contains a thermal-insulation three-dimensional(3D)network part to prevent effective heat transfer and a low IR-emissivity(~0.3)dense surface layer to suppress radiative heat *** is remarkable that the synergy mechanism in the topology structure contributes to over 40%reduction of target radiation ***,the tailored asymmetric ANF/MXene aerogel film also enables sound mechanical properties such as a Young’s modulus of 44.4 MPa and a tensile strength of 1.3 MPa,superior to most aerogel *** also exhibits great Joule heating performances including low driving voltage(4 V),fast thermal response(s),and long-term stability,further enabling its versatile thermal camouflage *** work offers an innovative design concept to configure multifunctional structures for next-generation thermal management applications.

Non-centrosymmetric(NCs)structure is an indispensable prerequisite for second-order nonlinear optical(NlO)***,the mainstream approach for designing new NCs structures still relies on chemical substitution,necessitating an urgent infusion of fresh *** this work,two isomorphic sulfides AeMn_(6)Ga_(6)s_(16)(Ae=Ca,1;sr,2)are afforded by modifying the skeleton of centrosymmetric(Cs)Mn_(2)Ga_(2)s_(5) via introducing strong electropositive alkaline-earth ***,the incorporation of Ca^(2+)/sr^(2+)cations allows the elementary[MnGas_(9)]_(∞)chains to reconfigure into bumpy[Mns_(6)]-[Gas_(4)]layers in a new engagement manner,thus enabling the conversion from Cs to NCs *** modifications cause not only strong second-harmonic generation(sHG)responses(~1.5×benchmark AgGas_(2)@1,700 nm),but also significantly feasible bandgaps(2.60-2.64 e V)compared to the sulfide Mn_(2)Ga_(2)s_(5)(1.36 e V),which ultimately facilitate ultrahigh laser-induced damage thresholds(4.4-6.6×AgGas_(2)@1,064 nm for compounds 1 and 2).The present study offers an ingenious approach for the transformation of Cs to NCs structure.

Current studies on blasting construction of small clear-distance tunnels have not considered the impact of existing tunnel lining defects when establishing safety *** paper offers a series of study results based on the blasting project of a new tunnel adjacent to the existing defect Xinling tunnel to thoroughly examine the dynamic response,safety control standards,and measures of the existing defect ***,structural models were developed to investigate the influence of the presence or absence of specific defects(like lining cracks and cavities behind the lining)on the dynamic response of the current tunnel lining to identify the most unfavorable defect ***,establish safety control standards for intact linings and those with the most unfavorable ***,two types of control measures,single safe charge and reasonable delay time,were studied based on the established safety control *** particular,the most adverse position of cracks was the wall facing the explosion,the rise in depth was more unfavorable for vibration response,and the impact of the longitudinal crack was restricted to the vicinity of the *** the vault was the most adverse cavity position,the rise in cavity area was more damaging,and the influence range varied with longitudinal cavity ***,the impact of cracks was mainly evident in the amplification effect of stress at the crack *** contrast,cavities had varied degrees of amplification effects on the vibration velocity and stress response and a relatively extensive influence *** control research was conducted,when the tunnel was intact,with a right wall crack,a vault cavity,and both vault cavity and crack for this project,the peak particle velocity(PPV)of the safety control standard for vibration velocity was 13,10,13,and 8 cm/s,respectively,and the respective single safe charge could be adjusted at 64,53,37,and 25 ***,the presence of different defects had a relati

This paper presents the design of a vision-based automated robotic microinjection system for batch injection of both zebrafish embryos and larvae.A novel visual recognition algorithm based on an automatic threshold and excessive dilatation is introduced to accurately identify the center of zebrafish embryos and larval yolks.A corresponding software system is developed using the producer-consumer model as the framework structure,and a friendly user interface is designed to allow operators to choose from a range of desired functions according to their different *** addition,a novel microstructural agarose device is designed and fabricated to simultaneously immobilize mixed batches of embryos and ***,a prototype microinjection system is fabricated by integrating hardware devices with visual *** experimental study is conducted to verify the performance of the robotic microinjection *** results show that the reported system can accurately identify zebrafish embryos and larvae and efficiently complete batch microinjection tasks of the mixtures with an injection success rate of 92.05%in 13.88 s per *** with manual and existing microinjection systems,the proposed system demonstrates the merits of versatility,excellent efficiency,high success rate,high survival rate,and sufficient stability.
