Onion（Allium cepa l.） is a very important vegetable crop widely cultivated throughout the world. In this study, we measured total anthocyanins and flavonols of onions of three colors. The fresh weight（FW） of total anthocyanins were（29.99±1.19）,（9.64±1.30） and（0.75±0.40） mg 100 g^–1 fruit in red, yellow and white onions, respectively. likewise, the FW of total flavonoids were（111.10±5.98）,（36.64±3.59）, and 0 mg 100 g^–1 in red, yellow and white, respectively. Four types of anthocyanins（delphinidin 3,5-diglycosides, cyanidin 3,5-diglycosides, cyanidin 3-glycosides and cyanidin 3-（6′′-malonyl）-glucopyranoside） and two kinds of flavonoids（quercetin and quercetin 3-glycosides） were identified in two varieties（red and yellow bulb） of onions by HPlC/DAD-ESI/MS. The total polyphenol contents were also measured by means of Folin-Ciocalteu method. Moreover, all the concentrations of anthocyanins, flavonoids and polyphenols showed significantly positive correlations with antioxidant activities measured by DPPH˙, ABTS˙＋ and FRAP assays. This study provided information on anthocyanin and flavonoids compositions that will be useful for onion breeding.

BrcERF-B3 gene, a member of ethylene-responsive factor family, was screened from a mutant plant in non-heading Chinese cabbage（Brassica rapa ssp. chinensis） by cDNA-AFlP technology. We got full length cDNA of two BrcERF-B3 genes by homology-based cloning from two materials and found that their nucleotide sequences were the same by sequencing. The BrcERF-B3 protein, belonging to the B3 subgroup of the ERF subfamily, shared a close relationship with B. rapa. RT-PCR result showed that BrcERF-B3 expressed only in mutant stamen rather than maintainer stamen. qRT-PCR results indicated that BrcERF-B3 expressed highly during reproductive growth development and in the early of mutant buds, suggesting BrcERF-B3 might be involved in the formation of abnormal flower in mutant. What＇s more, the expression of BrcERF-B3 was more significant to ABA, Me JA and cold stresses in mutant than in maintainer and was down-regulated in NaCl treatment in two lines, implying BrcERF-B3 might be different roles in biotic and abiotic stresses.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a rare neurodegenerative disease characterized by the involvement of both upper and lower motor *** bilateral limb involvement significantly affects patients'daily lives and may lead them to be confined to ***,the effect of upper and lower motor neuron impairment and other risk factors on bilateral limb involvement is *** address this issue,we retrospectively collected data from 586 amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients with limb onset diagnosed at Peking University Third Hospital between January 2020 and May 2022.A univariate analysis revealed no significant differences in the time intervals of spread in different directions between individuals with upper motor neuron-dominant amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and those with classic amyotrophic lateral *** used causal directed acyclic graphs for risk factor determination and Cox proportional hazards models to investigate the association between the duration of bilateral limb involvement and clinical baseline characteristics in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis *** factor analyses revealed that higher upper motor neuron scores(hazard ratio[HR]=1.05,95%confidence interval[CI]=1.01–1.09,P=0.018),onset in the left limb(HR=0.72,95%CI=0.58–0.89,P=0.002),and a horizontal pattern of progression(HR=0.46,95%CI=0.37–0.58,Pl until bilateral limb *** results demonstrated that a greater degree of upper motor neuron involvement might cause contralateral limb involvement to progress more quickly in limb-onset amyotrophic lateral sclerosis *** findings may improve the management of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients with limb onset and the prediction of patient prognosis.

数据要素市场化配置对我国数字经济发展至关重要,对数据要素的产权管理是解决目前供需缺口的主要方向。基于数据在不同流通场景下衍生出的数据权利,本文通过建立双重多任务委托代理模型进行效用分析,首次提出构建数据持有权、控制权和使用权三权分离的市场化配置机制来解决数据配置问题。研究表明,该机制能够有效管控数据市场的垄断行为,满足多边利益最大化和数据市场发展诉求。研究发现,一个有效的数据要素三权分离的市场化配置机制有以下特征:(1)企业仅保留剩余控制权,并合理调配数据利用与数据脱敏两项任务的激励强度,使其增减相互制约,激励数据交易所对两项任务的努力水平进行按需分配,形成灵活的收益分配机制;(2)政府掌握剩余索取权,针对各类成本支付较高的情况,提高社会效益分成比例,对成本和风险进行补偿;(3)当数据脱敏努力水平与政府激励相关度不高,或政府加大监管力度时,政府能够通过调整税收比例或提供部分转移支付,提高社会效益分成比例。

Diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor(dTGCT) is a destructive but rare benign proliferative synovial neoplasm. Although surgery is currently the main treatment modality for dTGCT, the recurrence risk is up to 50%. Therefore, there is a great need for effective drugs against dTGCT with minor side effects. The Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) signaling plays a central role in rheumatoid arthritis(RA), a disease with similar characteristics as dTGCT, but its function in dTGCT remains *** fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FlS) and macrophages were isolated from 10 synovial tissue samples from dTGCT patients for the screening and validation of the five clinically approved JAK inhibitors to treat RA against dTGCT. Cell viability, cell death, inflammation and the activity of the JAK family members of cultured dTGCT FlS(both 2-D and 3-D) and macrophages were investigated for the efficacy of the JAK inhibitors. Here, we found that similar to RA, JAK/STAT signaling was markedly activated in the dTGCT synovium. Of the 5 JAK inhibitors, peficitinib was shown to have the most potency in addressing some of the pathological responses of dTGCT FlS and *** potency of peficitinib was much higher than pexidartinib, which is the only FDA-approved drug for dTGCT. Mechanistically, peficitinib inhibited tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2), a JAK family member necessary for the pathological progression of dTGCT FlS and macrophages. In summary, we not only revealed JAK/STAT(especially TYK2) signaling as the major mechanism underlying dTGCT, but also identified peficitinib as a promising drug against dTGCT.

As a typical non-smooth bifurcation, grazing bifurcation can induce instability of elementary near-grazing impact periodic motion in impact oscillators. In this paper,the stability for near-grazing period-one impact motion to suppress grazing-induced instabilities is analyzed, based on which, a control strategy is proposed. The commonly-used leading order zero time discontinuity mapping is extended to a higher order one to aid the perturbation analysis of the characteristic equation. It is shown that the degenerate grazing bifurcation can eliminate the singular term in the characteristic equation, leading to bounded eigenvalues. Based on such a precondition, the bounded eigenvalues are further restricted inside the unit circle, and a continuous transition between non-impact and controlled impact motion is observed. One discrete feedback controller that changes the velocity of the oscillator based on the selected Poincar′e sections is adopted to demonstrate the control procedure.

Strong-scattering inversion or the inverse problem for strong scattering has different physical-mathematical foundations from the weak-scattering *** inversion based on wave equation for strong scattering cannot be directly solved by Newton’s local optimization method which is based on weak-nonlinear *** I try to illustrate the connection between the Schr̈odinger inverse scattering(inverse problem for Schr̈odinger equation)by GlM(Gel’fand-levitan-Marchenko)the-ory and the direct envelope inversion(DEI)using reflection *** difference between wave equation and Schr̈odinger equation is that the latter has a potential independent of frequency while the former has a frequency-square dependency in the potential.I also point out that the traditional GlM equation for potential inversion can only recover the high-wavenumber components of impedance profile.I propose to use the Schr̈odinger impedance equation for direct impedance inversion and introduce a singular impedance function which also corresponds to a singular potential for the reconstruction of impedance profile,including discontinuities and long-wavelength velocity structure.I will review the GlM theory and its application to impedance inversion including some numerical *** I analyze the recently developed multi-scale direct envelope inversion(MS-DEI)and its connection to the inverse Schr̈odinger *** is conceivable that the combination of strong-scattering inversion(inverse Schr̈odinger scattering)and weak-scattering inversion(local optimization based inversion)may create some inversion methods working for a whole range of inversion problems in geophysical exploration.

Special transmission 3D model simulation must be based on surface discretization and reconstruction, but special transmission usually has complicated tooth shape and movement, so present software can＇t provide technical support for special transmission 3D model simulation. Currently, theoretical calculation and experimental method are difficult to exactly solve special transmission contact analysis problem. How to reduce calculation and computer memories consume and meet calculation precision is key to resolve special transmission contact analysis problem. According to 3D model simulation and surface reconstruction of quasi ellipsoid gear is difficulty, this paper employes meshless local Petrov-Galerkin （MlPG） method. In order to reduce calculation and computer memories consume, we disperse tooth mesh into finite points--sparseness points cloud or grid mesh, and then we do interpolation reconstruction in some necessary place of the 3D surface model during analysis. Moving least square method （MlSM） is employed for tooth mesh interpolation reconstruction, there are some advantages to do interpolation by means of MlSM, such as high precision, good flexibility and no require of tooth mesh discretization into units. We input the quasi ellipsoid gear reconstruction model into simulation software, we complete tooth meshing simulation. Simulation transmission ratio during meshing period was obtained, compared with theoretical transmission ratio, the result inosculate preferably. The method using curve reconstruction realizes surface reconstruction, reduce simulation calculation enormously, so special gears simulation can be realized by minitype computer. The method provides a novel solution for special transmission 3D model simulation analysis and contact analysis.

Sensitivity of lake-Effect Convection to the lake Surface Temperature over Poyang lake in China

In this study, high-resolution weather research and forecasting(WRF) simulations are used to explore the sensitivity of lake-effect convection over Poyang lake(Pl) to the change of lake surface temperature(lST). A control experiment(CTR) with climate mean lST(303 K) is compared with six sensitivity experiments(CTR-1/2/3K and CTR+1/2/3K) in which the lSTs are set based on the mean lST difference of 6 K between the maximum and minimum. The results show that the CTR experiment reasonably reproduces the lake-effect convection, and the lake-effect convection in sensitivity experiments is significantly influenced by the lST. With the increase of lST, the initiation time of the lake-effect convection is advanced gradually, while the initiation location moves Pl from its *** lake-effect convection strengthens(weakens) in the increase-temperature CTR+1/2/3K(decrease-temperature CTR-1/2/3K) experiments, but the lake-effect convection does not monotonically strengthen with the lST, for the strongest one occurring in the CTR+1K experiment. The corresponding diagnostic analysis shows that the upward sensible heat flux and latent heat flux over Pl increase with the lST, resulting in the enhancement of the lake-land breeze and the enlargement of the convective available potential energy(CAPE). This is the main reason for the changes in the initiation time and location, as well as the intensity of lake-effect convection in different *** addition, the non-monotonous variation of the level of free convection, which is mainly induced by the non-monotonous variation of the lifting condensation level, is responsible for the non-monotonous variation of the lake-effect convection intensity with the lST.
