Solar radiation.an. win. speed variation. complicate the in.egration.of win. an. solar gen.ration.in.o power systems an. delay the tran.ition.of these sources from cen.ralized to distributed en.rgy sources. The in.reased pen.tration.of n.n.radition.l en.rgy sources in.o the electric grid stimulates the deman. for large capacities in.the field of en.rgy storage. A mathematical model, which describes the operation.of a proposed hybrid system, in.ludin. solar PV, win. en.rgy, an. a pumped storage hydroelectric power plan. is developed in.this paper. This hydropower plan. utilizes seawater as a lower reservoir, an. on.y a tan. has to be built in.order to reduce the in.tallation.cost of the storin. system. The pumped storage power plan. used for compen.ation.of the variation.of the output en.rgy from the PV an. win. power plan.s by dischargin. water from the upper reservoir, which is previously pumped in.the case of surplus en.rgy from PV an. win. turbin. power plan.s. The impact of the proposed system on.the grid utility is in.estigated in.accordan.e with the values of en.rgy exchan.e(deficits an. surpluses of en.rgy) between.the con.idered hybrid system an. the grid. The optimum design.is determin.d by the pump an. turbin. capacities, upper reservoir volume, an. the volume of water left in.the tan. for emergen.ies. Differen. scen.rios of the optimum operation. are presen.ed for an.lysis. The results obtain.d from the examin.d scen.rios in.icate the ability of such a hybrid en.rgy system to reduce the exchan.e of en.rgy with the grid. This paper in.icates the techn.cal feasibility of seawater pumpedstorage hydropower plan. for in.reasin. the Egyptian.n.tion.l grid’s ability to accept high in.egration.of ren.wable en.rgy sources.

In.luen.ed by rapid chan.es in.climate an. lan.scape features sin.e the Miocen.,widely distributed species provide suitable models to study the en.iron.en.al impact on.their evolution.an. curren. gen.tic diversity.The dice sn.ke n.trix tessellata,widely distributed in.the Western.Palearctic is on. such species.We aimed to resolve a detailed phylogeography of n.tessellata with a focus on.the Cen.ral Asian.clade with 4 an. the An.tolia clade with 3 mitochon.rial lin.ages,trace their origin.an. correlate the en.iron.en.al chan.es that affected their distribution.through time.The expected time of divergen.e of both clades began.at 3.7 Mya in.the Pliocen.,reachin. lin.age differen.iation.approximately 1 million.years later.The gen.tic diversity in.both clades is rich,suggestin. differen. an.estral areas,glacial refugia,demographic chan.es,an. colon.zation.routes.The Caspian.lin.age is the most widespread lin.age in.Cen.ral Asia,distributed aroun. the Caspian.Sea an. reachin. the foothills of the Hin.u Kush Moun.ain. in.Afghan.stan.an. Eastern.European.lowlan.s in.the west.Its distribution.is limited by deserts,moun.tain.,an. cold steppe en.iron.en.s.Similarly,Kazakhstan.an. Uzbekistan.lin.ages followed the Amu Darya an. the Syr Darya water systems in.Cen.ral Asia,with ran.es delimited by the large Kyzylkum an. Karakum deserts.On.the western.side,there are several lin.ages within.the An.tolia clade that con.erged in.the cen.ral part of the pen.n.ula with 2 bein. en.emic to Western.Asia.The distribution.of both main.clades was affected by expan.ion.from their Pleistocen. glacial refugia aroun. the Caspian.Sea an. in.the valleys of Cen.ral Asia as well as by en.iron.en.al chan.es,mostly through aridification.

Bulin.s forskali sn.il population. accordin. to their geographicalorigin.Methods This study was con.ucted on.101 Bi.pfeifferi an. 81 Bu.forskali sn.ils collected in.three distin.t geo-graphical areas of Sen.gal(the n.rth-East,South-East an. cen.ral part of the coun.ry),an. supplemen.ed with wild an. laboratory strain..Specimen. which had previously been.morphologically described were iden.ified by MALDl-TOF MS[iden.ification.log score values(LSV)≥1.7],after an.in.tial blin. test usin. the pre-existin. database.After Dn.-based iden.ification.n.w referen.e spectra of Bi.pfeiferi(n.10)an. Bu.forskali(n.5)from the geographical areas were added to the MALDI-TOF spectral database.The fin.l blin. test again.t this updated database was per-formed to assess iden.ification.at the geographic source level.Results MALDI-TOF MS correctly iden.ified 92.1%of 101 Bi.pfeifferi sn.ils an. 98.8%of 81 Bu.forskali sn.ils.At the fin.l blin. test,88%of 166 specimen. were correctly iden.ified accordin. to both their species an. samplin. site,with LSVs ran.in. from 1.74 to 2.70.The geographical source was adequately iden.ified in.90.1%of 91 Bi.pfeifferi an. 85.3%of 75 Bu.forskalii samples.Con.lusion. In.this study,we determin.d the levels of cytokin. secretory in.ibitors an. the microbiota biofilms of semen.from healthy an. in.ertile subjects.A total of 118 clin.cal bacterial isolates were isolated an. tested.Cytokin. secretory in.ibitors were determin.d based on.the differen.e in.cytokin. con.en. between.the con.rol an. experimen.al samples of cell-free supern.tan.s of isolated microorgan.sms.Biofilm formation.was studied by determin.n. the adhesion.of microorgan.sms to the surface of a 96-well sterile plate an. expressed as the optical den.ity at 630 n.(OD_(630)).Cell-free supern.tan.s of Staphylococcus con.ain.d higher levels of secretory in.ibitor of cytokin.s in.con.ition.lly healthy than.in.in.ertile patien.s.In.con.rast,in.in.ertile men.the ability to reduce cytokin. levels was more characteristic of En.erococcus an. Coryn.bacterium.Semin.l Staphylococcus,Coryn.bacterium,an. En.erococcus isolated from in.ertile subjects showed a greater ability to form biofilms than.the same bacteria isolated from healthy men.Further research is n.eded on.this topic,sin.e it is n.cessary to determin. the relation.hips between.decreased secretory in.ibitors of cytokin.s,production.of biofilms by bacteria in.semen.an. in.ertility.It is likely that the ability of microorgan.sms to chan.e the con.en.ration.of cytokin.s an. in.rease the level of biofilm formation.in.semen.may be associated with min.mal impairmen.s of fertilizin. ability,which are n.t detected usin. other methods.

Potassium carbon.te-based sorben.s are prospective materials for direct air capture(DAC).In.the presen. study,we examin.d an. revealed the in.luen.e of the temperature swin. adsorption.TSA)cycle con.ition. on.the CO_(2) sorption.properties of a n.vel aerogel-based K_(2)CO_(3)/ZrO_(2) sorben. in.a DAC process.It was shown.that the humidity an. temperature drastically affect the sorption.dyn.mic an. sorption.capacity of the sorben..When.a temperature at the sorption.stage was 29℃ an. a water vapor pressure P_(H2O) in.the feed air was 5.2 mbar(1 bar=105 Pa),the composite material demon.trated a stable CO_(2) sorption.capacity of 3.4%(mass).An.in.rease in.sorption.temperature leads to a con.in.ous decrease in.the CO_(2) absorption.capacity reachin. a value of 0.7%(mass)at T=80℃.The material showed the reten.ion.of a stable CO_(2) sorption.capacity for man. cycles at each temperature in.the ran.e.In.reasin. PH2O in.the in.et air from 5.2 to 6.8 mbar leads to in.tability of CO_(2) sorption.capacity which decreases in.the course of 3 con.ecutive TSA cycles from 1.7%to 0.8%(mass)at T=29℃.A further in.rease in.air humidity on.y facilitates the deterioration.of the CO_(2) sorption.capacity of the material.A possible explan.tion.for this phen.men.n.could be the fillin. of the porous system of the sorben. with solid reaction.products an. an.aqueous solution.of potassium salts,which leads to a sign.fican. slowdown.in.the CO_(2) diffusion.in.the composite sorben. grain.To in.estigate the regen.ration.step of the TSA cycle in.situ,the macro ATRFTIR(atten.ated total reflection.Fourier-tran.form in.rared)spectroscopic imagin. was applied for the first time.It was shown.that the migration.of carbon.te-con.ain.n. species over the surface of sorben. occurs durin. the thermal regen.ration.stage of the TSA cycle.The movemen. of the active compon.n. in.the porous matrix of the sorben. can.affect the sorption.characteristics of the composite material.The revealed features make it possible to formulate the requiremen.s an. limitation. th

Plagioclase is the major rock-formin. min.ral con.titutin. the Earth's crust,whereas an.rthite(CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8))is a common.min.rals in.lun.r highlan.s crust,meteorites,possibly in.some comets an. on.Mercury.Besides an.rthite,two high-temperature polymorphs of CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)are kn.wn.dmistein.ergite an. svyatoslavite,which are foun. in.burn. coal dumps,meteorites an. pseudotachylytes.Here we presen. the results of detailed studies(quen.hin. experimen.s,elemen.al an.lysis,Raman.spectroscopy an. in.situ high temperature sin.le crystal X-ray diffraction.up to 1000℃))on.n.turally co-occurrin.
