The ρ(NH2) infrared(IR) frequencies and the corresponding full width at half maximum(FWHm) values for(CH3)2 NH2 FeⅢ m Ⅱ(HCOO)6(DmFe m, m = Ni, Zn, Cu, Fe, and mg) are analyzed at various temperatures by using the experimental data from the literature. For the analysis of the IR frequencies of the ρ(NH2) mode which is associated with the structural phase transitions in those metal structures, the temperature dependence of the mode frequency is assumed as an order parameter and the IR frequencies are calculated by using the molecular field theory. Also, the temperature dependence of the IR frequencies and of the damping constant as calculated from the models of pseudospin(dynamic disorder of dimethylammonium(DmA+) cations)–phonon coupling(PS) and of the energy fluctuation(EF), is fitted to the observed data for the wavenumber and FWHm of the ρ(NH2) IR mode of the niccolites studied here. We find that the observed behavior of the IR frequencies and the FWHm of this mode can be described adequately by the models studied for the crystalline structures of interest. This method of calculating the frequencies(IR and Raman) and FWHm of modes which are responsible for the phase transitions can also be applied to some other metal organic frameworks.

The kinetic,morphological,crystallographic,and magnetic characteristics of thermally induced martensites in Fe-13.4wt% mn-5.2wt%mo alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy（SEm）,transmission electron microscopy（TEm）,and m（o｜¨）ssbauer *** experimental results reveal that two types of thermal-induced martensites,e（hcp） andα＇（bcc） martensites,are formed in the as-quenched condition,and these transformations have athermal *** addition to the Fe-mn alloy does not change the coexistence ofεandα＇ martensites with the mn content between 10wt%and 15wt%.Besides,m（o｜¨）ssbauer spectra reveal a paramagnetic character with a singlet for theγ（fcc） austenite andεmartensite phases and a ferromagnetic character with a broad sextet for theα＇ martensite phase. The volume fraction ofα＇ martensite forming in the quenched alloy is much more than that of theεmartensite.

The configuration of an airway(or production drift)in panel cave mines is different from the typical(straight)mine airway *** drawpoints are connected to the airway(cross-cuts),which allows airflow from the cave into the airway or air loss from the airway into the cave due to the ventilation approach and cave *** affect airflow in the production drifts,but it is difficult to investigate these conditions from field or laboratory scaled ***,this study develops discrete and continuum computational fluid dynamics(CFD)models to study the effects of the ventilation approach and cave porosity on the airway *** findings show that:with active undercut ventilation,a unique resistance model is required for the airway in panel cave mines;and an increase in cave porosity decreases the drift’s *** findings provide essential tools for a panel cave ventilation design.

During a molecular characterization of the genus Dictyota J. V. Lamouroux (Phaeophyceae, Dictyotales) along the mexican coasts of the Gulf of mexico and the mexican Caribbean, using psbA and cox1 genes, it was found that two particular collections did not match with the sequences published for a total of 39 species of Dictyota. For each gene, both collections diverged in high-uncorrected “p” distance values with respect to other related species. This high genetic divergence was corroborated by morphological analysis. Hence, we proposed Dictyota mayae J. Lozano-Orozco & Sentíes and Dictyota pedrochei J. Lozano-Orozco & Sentíes as new species.

Aim:To evaluate the quantitative detection of human telomerase RNA(hTR)and human telomerase reverse tran-scriptase(hTERT)mRNA as diagnostic parameters in the workup of testicular tissue specimens from patients presentingwith non-obstructive ***:hTR and hTERT mRNA expression were quantified in 38 cryopre-served testicular tissue specimens by fluorescence real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)in a LightCycler(r).This was paralleled by conventional histological workup in all tissue specimens and additionalsemithin sectioning preparation in cases with maturation arrest(n=12)and Sertoli-cell-only syndrome(n=12).Re-sults;The average normalized hTERT expression(N_(hTERT))was 131.9±48.0 copies(mean±SD)in tissue speci-mens with full spermatogenesis,N_(hTERT)=51.2±17.2 copies in those with maturation arrest and N_(hTERT)=2.7±2.4copies in those with Sertoli-cell-only syndrome(SCOS).The discriminant analysis showed that detection of N_(hTERT)(N_(hTR))had a predictive value of 86.8%(55.3%)for correct classification in one of the three histological ***;Our results demonstrate that quantitative detection of hTERT mRNA expression in testicular tissue en-ables a molecular-diagnostic classification of *** detection of hTERT in testicular biopsies isthus well suited for supplementing the histopathological evaluation.

In this paper the use of lime stabilized subgrade for low volume roads in two regions with high mountains and different frost penetration conditions in Türkiye was investigated in terms of design,performance,and *** on unstabilized and stabilized subgrade were designed for two regions(Izmir and Van),covering all climate *** resilient modulus of the lime stabilized subgrade with different soil pulverization levels for non-freezing and freezing conditions were taken from a previous laboratory *** effects were considered in pavement design using two different approaches,including limited subgrade frost penetration method and reduced subgrade strength *** application and evaluation were performed for all *** stabilized subgrades significantly reduced the thickness of base courses,and the benefit of lime stabilization was highly dependent on soil pulverization level.A detailed cost analysis on the unstabilized and stabilized cases found that the use of lime stabilization in the subgrade provided significant initial cost *** analysis by using the AASHTO(1993)method and KENPAVE software,and quantity effect of soil pulverization level on the performance of low volume roads from a service life perspective,show that subgrade resilient modulus can be *** is also possible to make correct performance estimation in the *** results of the study show that lime stabilization is a good solution for low volume roads in the mountainous regions of Türkiye.

The Gymnodiniales are the most important group of athecate dinoflagellates both for its abundance and distribution and for the harmful potential of several of its species. Although morphologically it is well known, phylogenetically it has been very little studied. HABs impact important coastal activities in Todos Santos Bay, so a detailed characterization of potentially toxic phytoplankton species is crucial in monitoring surveys. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to carry out a molecular assessment to the morphospecies of Gymnodiniales currently recorded in Todos Santos Bay, from which discussed their phylogenetic relationships. 120 samples were obtained from monthly samplings during 2019 to 2020. For all of them, 18 s small subunit (SSU) and 28 s large subunit (LSU) genes of rDNA were amplified and sequenced using single-cell PCR. Also, they were photographed. A phylogenetic analysis was performed on MrBayes from the combined 18 s - 28 s data set. The presence of 15 phylogenetic entities was confirmed, four of which constituted new records for the Mexican Pacific, as well as three harmful species, one toxic and two bloom-forming. Our molecular results evidenced the need to re-evaluate the current taxonomic system of athecate dinoflagellates at all hierarchical levels, integrating them with morphological evidence without preponderance of this criterion over taxonomic decisions.
