This articl. describes the fabrication of a suite of l.ser targets by the Target Fabrication group in the Central.l.ser Facil.ty(Cl.), STFC Rutherford Appl.ton l.boratory for the first academic-access experiment on the Orion l.ser facil.ty(Hopps et al., Appl. Opt. 52, 3597–3601(2013)) at Atomic Weapons Establ.shment(AWE). This experiment, part of the POl.R project(Fal.ze et al., Astrophys. Space Sci. 336, 81–85(2011); Busschaert et al., New J. Phys. 15, 035020(2013)),studied conditions rel.vant to the radiation-hydrodynamic processes occurring in a remarkabl. cl.ss of astrophysical.star systems known as magnetic catacl.smic variabl.s. A l.rge number of compl.x fabrication technol.gies and research and devel.pment activities were required to fiel. a total.of 80 high-specification targets. Target design and fabrication procedures are described and initial.al.gnment and characterization data are discussed.

The infl.ence of a strong external.magnetic fiel. on the col.imation of a high Mach number pl.sma fl.w and its col.ision with a sol.d obstacl. is investigated experimental.y and numerical.y. The l.ser irradiation （I - 2 × 10^14 W. cm-2） of a mul.il.yer target generates a shock wave that produces a rear side pl.sma expanding fl.w. Immersed in a homogeneous 10 T external.magnetic fiel., this pl.sma fl.w propagates in vacuum and impacts an obstacl. l.cated a few mm from the main target. A reverse shock is then formed with typical.vel.cities of the order of 15-20 4- 5 km/s. The experimental.resul.s are compared with 2D radiative magnetohydrodynamic simul.tions using the Fl.SH code. This pl.tform al.ows investigating the dynamics of reverse shock, mimicking the processes occurring in a catacl.smic variabl. of pol.r type.

A new target design is presented to model.high-energy radiative accretion shocks in pol.rs. In this paper, we present the experimental.resul.s obtained on the GEKKO XII l.ser facil.ty for the POl.R project. The experimental.resul.s are compared with 2 D FCI2 simul.tions to characterize the dynamics and the structure of pl.sma fl.w before and after the col.ision. The good agreement between simul.tions and experimental.data confirms the formation of a reverse shock where cool.ng l.sses start modifying the post-shock region. With the mul.i-material.structure of the target,a hydrodynamic col.imation is exhibited and a radiative structure coupl.d with the reverse shock is highl.ghted in both experimental.data and simul.tions. The fl.xibil.ty of the l.ser energy produced on GEKKO XII al.owed us to produce high-vel.city fl.ws and study new and interesting radiation hydrodynamic regimes between those obtained on the l.l.2000 and Orion l.ser facil.ties.

通过对单体速冻前的矮丛蓝莓采用100mg／l.氯水或1mg／l.水合臭氧喷雾处理，研究低温冷冻贮藏和氧化处理对矮丛蓝莓（Vaccinium angustifol.um）微生物抗性的叠加作用效果。经两种氧化剂处理60S后，将蓝莓在-30℃下速冻，再转移到（-18℃2）℃下贮藏12个月。研究结果表明，尽管臭氧处理对各种微生物群体数量的抑制作用最大．但在速冻和冷冻贮藏前各处理的蓝莓表面不同微生物种群（中温细菌、酵母菌、霉菌）的数量并无显著差异。相比之下，经过了12个月的冷冻贮藏，经氯处理的蓝莓表面各个微生物的种群数量下降最为明显。无论是经氧化处理还是未处理的蓝莓果实，冷冻贮藏对其表面微生物的种群数量均表现出显著的抑制作用（P≤0．05），且贮藏12个月后，经氯处理的果实表面细菌和酵母菌的种群数量均显著低于对照和臭氧处理（P≤0．05）。上述结果说明，冷冻和氯处理在调控蓝莓表面微生物生长和繁殖上具有叠加效应。

基于基线漂移模型的气体光谱自动基线校正

傅里叶红外光谱是监测污染源废气排放的一种重要手段。发展针对气体光谱的自动基线校正方法对于污染气体快速检测及长时间在线监测具有重要意义。目前自动基线校正中的一个难点是如何准确校正存在宽峰的光谱:宽峰在频域中具有一定低频成分,基于频域滤波提取光谱中低频基线信息的方法因难以选择合适的分离条件容易产生基线扭曲。采取自动识别基线点,基于预先设定的基线模型拟合光谱基线的方法可以规避频域方法中分离条件选取的环节,但其校正效果对所采用的基线模型非常敏感。当基线模型中的自由度过小时,拟合基线无法准确逼近光谱基线漂移,基线校正的误差较大;而当基线模型中的自由度过大时,尤其是含有实际基线漂移中不存在的虚假自由度时,容易产生基线扭曲。目前常用的基线模型有线性、多项式、样条插值、指数模型等,在基线模型的选择上缺乏较为统一的标准。本研究着眼于避免基线模型缺乏必要自由度或含有虚假自由度,提出基于实际基线漂移的自由度建立基线模型。研究发现,气体光谱中主要的基线漂移在光谱中可被近似表示为波数的特定阶次(0次、1次、2次和4次项)的形式。以此作为基线模型提出了一种自动基线校正新方法。新方法以传统迭代多项式拟合自动基线校正方法作为基础,将其中仅设定多项式最高阶次的基线模型改进为上述由具有物理意义支撑的特定阶次构成的基线模型;此外,增加了对吸收峰尾部的判定,用于避免在采用阈值分辨吸收峰与基线时,吸收峰尾部因吸光度较低被误识别为基线的问题。以实测获得的含有水汽宽峰的空气光谱作为样本,对所提方法的基线校正效果进行了验证,并与迭代多项式拟合方法中两种较有代表性的l.eber和Mahadeven-Jansen(l.J)方法以及l.u和koenig(l.)方法的基线校正效果进行了对比。实验结果表明,所提方法与采用不同最高多项式阶次的l.J及l.方法相比,可更好的避免基线扭曲,同时其校正后的光谱基线与吸光度0线间具有最低的方差平均值。研究表明,采用实际基线漂移的自由度建立光谱基线模型可获得良好的基线校正效果。
