中、小型船舶吃水较浅,其螺旋桨转速快、直径小、重量轻,一旦艉管前后轴承跨距较大,艉管后轴承支点位置就将超出标准给定的范围。本文基于有限元法,将轴系简化为Timoshenko梁单元建立有限元模型,考虑船舶轴系实际安装间隙和基于赫兹接触理论计算的载荷-刚度曲线,使用不同支撑位置和多种支撑模型对艉轴大跨距轴系进行校中计算对比。研究发现,对于艉轴大跨距的轴系,CB/Z 338-2005中对艉管后轴承支点位置的取值已不适合。如果轴承支点选取准确,则单点刚性支承、单点弹性支承、多点非线性弹性支承的轴承负荷计算结果相近。

该文归纳整理永磁同步电机交直轴电流解耦控制方法,分析各种解耦方法的思想来源、脉络体系和演变过程,论证不同解耦方法的解耦本质和内在联系。从整体和局部视角出发,建立解耦问题的思维架构,概括出对角化解耦、抗干扰解耦和逆系统解耦3类方法。3类方法依次体现出模型依赖性降低、鲁棒性增强、算法复杂度提高的趋势,呈现出从“模型论”向“控制论”过渡的技术发展路线。讨论参数不确定条件下各种解耦控制方法的鲁棒性,指出将解耦方法与先进控制算法、扰动观测技术、系统辨识方法以及人工智能方法相结合,并充分利用已知的模型信息,有利于提升交直轴电流解耦效果,增强系统鲁棒性,减弱单一观测器、控制器、滤波器等的设计难度与参数整定要求,有助于实现系统全局最优。最后,对永磁同步电机交直轴电流解耦问题的关键技术、应用与发展做出展望。

目的探索心脏、肺及膈肌超声多模态参数联合应用是否能够预测危重症患者脱机结局。方法前瞻性选取2022年12月至2023年12月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院重症医学科机械通气>48 h且准备进行自主呼吸试验(SBT)的患者53例。患者满足脱机拔管的条件,并且准备进行30 min SBT,在SBT期间对患者进行心脏、肺及膈肌的超声检查。根据脱机结果将患者分为脱机成功组与脱机失败组。将单因素分析中差异有统计学意义的超声参数纳入二元Logistic回归模型中分析脱机结局的独立影响因素,绘制ROC曲线并计算曲线下面积(AUC)进行统计学分析。结果53例患者中13例患者脱机失败,成功组与失败组膈肌移动度(DE)、膈肌增厚率(DTF)、双侧肺部超声评分(LUS)、LUS总分及左心室射血分数(LVEF)差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。LVEF的AUC为0.709(95%CI=0.534~0.883,P=0.025),截断值为57.95%,敏感性为85.0%,特异性为61.5%;LUS总分的AUC为0.878(95%CI=0.772~0.984,P<0.001),截断值为17.50,敏感性为77.5%,特异性为92.3%;DE的AUC为0.876(95%CI=0.777~0.975,P<0.001),截断值为1.205 cm,敏感性为80.0%,特异性为92.3%;DTF的AUC为0.902(95%CI=0.818~0.986,P<0.001),截断值为22.1%,敏感性为82.5%,特异性为92.3%。将差异有统计学意义的超声参数LVEF、LUS、DE、DTF四者联合绘制ROC曲线的AUC为0.948(95%CI=0.889~1.000,P<0.001),敏感性为85.0%,特异性为92.3%。结论心脏、肺和膈肌的超声参数提供了SBT期间心肺功能和膈肌功能的关键信息。若存在LUS升高,LVEF、DE及DTF降低,则脱机失败的结局更为常见,四者联合可提高对脱机结局预测的准确性。

突破省域边界的突发事件具有复杂性、不确定性与突发性,灾害后果严重。实践中,各省级政府通过签订应急协同协议、新设应急协同组织、开展联席会议与会商应对跨省突发事件,形成了多元化的应急协同机制,契合中国特色应急管理制度的改革方... 详细信息

突破省域边界的突发事件具有复杂性、不确定性与突发性,灾害后果严重。实践中,各省级政府通过签订应急协同协议、新设应急协同组织、开展联席会议与会商应对跨省突发事件,形成了多元化的应急协同机制,契合中国特色应急管理制度的改革方向。但是,相关机制不仅面临合法性质疑,还存在效力薄弱、协同动力不足和未突破区域壁垒的弊病,需要完善相关合法性保障与实效保障。协同机制具备实质合宪性,《中华人民共和国地方各级人民代表大会和地方各级人民政府组织法》赋予其组织法依据,一些仅供协调而未涉及职权调整的协同机制不违反职权法定原则与组织法定原则,具备合法性。然而,应对跨省突发事件需要整合各省政府部门职权以形成区域性应急行政权,该权力源自政府的行政授权,可由《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》完善相关法律依据。协同机制的实效保障需要多路并进:在协同协议层面,应当进一步提升协议的法律效力与可操作性;在协同组织层面,需要健全应急协同组织及其内部结构;在协同信息层面,完善应急协同信息平台建设有助于收集、共享常态化信息与突发事件预警和处置信息;在协同动力层面,可以通过夯实协同观念基础与信任基础、增加协同净收益和加强中央政府的高位推动增强协同动力。

Patients with refractory immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)frequently encounter substantial bleeding risks and demonstrate limited responsiveness to existing *** cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)present a promising alternative,capitalizing on their low immunogenicity and potent immunomodulatory effects for treating diverse autoimmune *** prospective phase I trial enrolled eighteen eligible patients to explore the safety and efficacy of UC-MSCs in treating refractory *** research design included administering UC-MSCs at escalating doses of 0.5×10^(6)cells/kg,1.0×10^(6)cells/kg,and 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg weekly for four consecutive weeks across three cohorts during the dose-escalation phase,followed by a dose of 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg weekly for the dose-expansion *** events,platelet counts,and changes in peripheral blood immunity were monitored and recorded throughout the administration and follow-up ***,12(with an addition of three patients in the 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg group due to dose-limiting toxicity)and six patients were enrolled in the dose-escalation and dose-expansion phase,*** patients(13/18,72.2%)experienced one or more treatment emergent adverse *** adverse events occurred in four patients(4/18,22.2%),including gastrointestinal hemorrhage(2/4),profuse menstruation(1/4),and acute myocardial infarction(1/4).The response rates were 41.7%in the dose-escalation phase(5/12,two received 1.0×10^(6)cells/kg per week,and three received 2.0×10^(6)cells/kg per week)and 50.0%(3/6)in the dose-expansion *** overall response rate was 44.4%(8/18)among all enrolled *** sum up,UC-MSCs are effective and well tolerated in treating refractory ITP(*** ID:NCT04014166).

Retroperitoneal liposarcoma(RLPS)is the main subtype of retroperitoneal soft sarcoma(RSTS)and has a poor prognosis and few treatment options,except for *** proteomic and metabolic profiles of RLPS have remained *** aim of our study was to reveal the metabolic profile of ***,we performed proteomic analysis(n=10),metabolomic analysis(n=51),and lipidomic analysis(n=50)of retroperitoneal dedifferentiated liposarcoma(RDDLPS)and retroperitoneal well-differentiated liposarcoma(RWDLPS)tissue and paired adjacent adipose tissue obtained during *** analysis mainly revealed that glycolysis,purine metabolism,pyrimidine metabolism and phospholipid formation were upregulated in both RDDLPS and RWDLPS tissue compared with the adjacent adipose tissue,whereas the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle,lipid absorption and synthesis,fatty acid degradation and biosynthesis,as well as glycine,serine,and threonine metabolism were *** particular importance,the glycolytic inhibitor 2-deoxy-D-glucose and pentose phosphate pathway(PPP)inhibitor RRX-001 significantly promoted the antitumor effects of the MDM2 inhibitor RG7112 and CDK4 inhibitor *** study not only describes the metabolic profiles of RDDLPS and RWDLPS,but also offers potential therapeutic targets and strategies for RLPS.

The use of low-dimensional(LD)perovskite materials is crucial for achieving high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,LD perovskite films fabricated by conventional approaches give rise to full coverage of the underlying 3D perovskite films,which inevitably hinders the transport of charge carriers at the interface of ***,we designed and fabricated LD perovskite structure that forms net-like morphology on top of the underlying three-dimensional(3D)perovskite bulk *** net-like LD perovskite not only reduced the surface defects of 3D perovskite film,but also provided channels for the vertical transport of charge carriers,effectively enhancing the interfacial charge transfer at the LD/3D *** net-like morphological design comprising LD perovskite effectively resolves the contradiction between interfacial defect passivation and carrier extraction across the ***,the net-like LD perovskite morphology can enhance the stability of the underlying 3D perovskite film,which is attributed to the hydrophobic nature of LD *** a result,the net-like LD perovskite film morphology assists PSCs in achieving an excellent power conversion efficiency of up to 24.6%with over 1000 h long-term operational stability.

Silicon （Si） has mild discharge potential and high theoretical capacity,making it a highly desirable material for lithium-ion batteries （LIBs）.Nevertheless,the excessive volume expansion,poor ion/electron conductiv ity and unstable solid electrolyte interface （SEI） hinde practical application to ***,the metallic antimony（Sb） stabilized porous Si （SiDSb） composite was prepared by magnesiothermic reduction of Sb2O3and Mg2Si and chemical etching to remove the by-product of *** highly conductive Sb nanodots embedded in the Si liga ments promote not only the formation of conductive and stable LiF-rich SEI,but also the electron/ion transpor ability of *** to the outstanding bulk/interface stability,excellent conductivity,as well as ideal porous structure,the SiDSb electrode demonstrates a capacity of820 mAh·g-1after undergoing 320 turns at 1000 mA·***,it exhibits a stable capacity of 675 m Ah·g-1when tested at a higher current density of 5000 m A·*** results reveal a viable solution to solve three problems at the same time,namely the poor conductivity,inferior SEI and excessive volume expansion of Si,boding well for the design of Si-based materials for high-energy LIBs.

Analysis of amino acid enantiomers in ambient aerosols:Effects and removal of coexistent aerosol matrix

Amino acids(AAs)including D-and L-enantiomers are a group of organic nitrogen species in ambient *** to the low abundances of AAs(level of ng/m^(3))and the matrix effects by coexistent components,it is challenging to quantify AA enantiomers in ambient aerosols especially under pollution *** this study,we present an optimized method for analyzing AA enantiomers in atmospheric aerosol samples including a pretreatment process and the detection by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to a fuorescence detector(HPLC-FLD).Matrix effects caused by coexistent chemicals on AA enantiomers analysis in ambient aerosol samples were investigated especially for those collected in pollution *** results revealed that the determination of AA enantiomers is significantly affected by the coexistent organic carbon(as a proxy of organic matter)and water-soluble ion of NH_(4)^(+).To remove the matrix effects,we applied a pretreatment using the solid phase extraction column coupled with alkaline adjustment to sample *** pretreatment,18 AAs including 6 pairs of D-and L-enantiomers(i.e.,leucine,isoleucine,valine,alanine,serine,and aspartic acid)can be successfully separated and quantified in aerosol samples by *** recoveries are in the range of 67%-106%.This method was successfully applied to the urban aerosol samples from pollution and non-pollution periods for AA enantiomers *** suggest that the concentrations of D-AAs and the ratio of D-AA/L-AA are indicative of the contribution of bacterial sources and the infuence of biomass burning.
