Rose root rot disease caused by Pythium helicoides Drechsler has brought heavy damage to cut rose production in Japan,and it has became apparent that Rosa multiflora showed resistance to this *** have been bred by interspecies crossing with Rosa species including of ***,and many progenies of *** have been bred as determined cluster-flowered ***,the genetic architecture of this resistance ***,in this study,four kinds of *** and 21 rose cultivars that have been clarified in the cross-fertilization genealogy with *** were used as plant materials,and the inheritability of resistance to root rot disease was *** kinds of *** had all high resistance,and the resistance to root rot disease in *** was inherent characteristic of *** varieties not less than 50% in relatedness with *** were shown as varied ‘resistant’ and ‘moderately resistant’.Therefore,the inherent resistant characteristic in *** was not controlled by single major gene,and the resistibility in *** was not cytoplasmic but nuclear *** there was significant negative relation between relative root rot severity and relatedness with ***,the variance of relative root rot severity had tendency to expand as relatedness with *** *** result,therefore,indicated that the contingency of resistance expression increased as the relatedness with *** was *** varieties having low degree of relatedness with *** had similar relative root rot severity with *** results indicated that we would be able to select resistant roses from progenies crossed with ***.

为了明确天竺葵腐霉枯萎病的病原菌种类,从内蒙古通辽采集天竺葵腐霉枯萎病样品,对病原物进行了分离、纯化和致病性测定,并对病原物进行形态学和rDNA-ITS序列分析鉴定。结果表明,从10个植物样品中分离得到16个腐霉菌株,分别属于终极腐霉Pythium ultimum ***、瓜果腐霉***和两个与*** ***相似的待定种。其中,*** ***的分离频率为75%、***的分离频率为12.5%,两个腐霉待定种的分离频率均为6.25%;*** ***是优势类群。致病性测定结果表明,4种腐霉菌都能引起天竺葵腐霉枯萎病,与自然发病症状相同,其中*** ***和***的致病性较强,发病率分别为71.4%和85.7%。

在内蒙古通辽市、包头市和巴彦淖尔市郊区大棚蔬菜种植区采集菠菜幼苗猝倒病病株,采用形态学和分子生物学方法对分离得到的病原物进行鉴定,并采用平板法测定代表菌株的致病性。结果表明:从82份病样中共获得60株腐霉菌株,分别为德里腐霉(Pythium deliense Meurs)、瓜果腐霉〔Pythium aphanidermatum(Edson)Fitzp〕和终极腐霉(Pythium ultimum Trow var. ultimum)。这3种腐霉均为菠菜猝倒病致病菌,但是发病率有所不同,***的发病率最高,为85.7%;其次是***,发病率为42.9%;发病率最低的是*** var. ultimum,为28.6%。

Prophylactic Pattern Scanning Laser Retinal Photocoagulation for Diabetic Retinopathy in Spontaneously Diabetic Torii Fatty Rats: Preliminary Experimental Results

Research Background and Purpose: The number of diabetic patients is rapidly increasing, making it crucial to find methods to prevent diabetic retinopathy (DR), a leading cause of blindness. We investigated the effects of prophylactic pattern scanning laser retinal photocoagulation on DR development in Spontaneously Diabetic Torii (SDT) fatty rats as a new prevention approach. Methods: Photocoagulation was applied to the right eyes of 8-week-old Spontaneously Diabetic Torii (SDT) fatty rats, with the left eyes serving as untreated controls. Electroretinography at 9 and 39 weeks of age and pathological examinations, including immunohistochemistry for vascular endothelial growth factor and glial fibrillary acidic protein at 24 and 40 weeks of age, were performed on both eyes. Results: There were no significant differences in amplitude and prolongation of the OP waves between the right and left eyes in SDT fatty rats at 39 weeks of age. Similarly, no significant differences in pathology and immunohistochemistry were observed between the right and left eyes in SDT fatty rats at 24 and 40 weeks of age. Conclusion: Prophylactic pattern scanning retinal laser photocoagulation did not affect the development of diabetic retinopathy in SDT fatty rats.

Irsogladine maleate suppresses indomethacin-induced elevation of proinflammatory cytokines and gastric injury in rats

AIM： To investigate the mucosal protective effect and the mechanisms of action of the anti-ulcer drug irsogladine maleate in gastric injury induced by indomethacin in rats. METHODS： Gastric mucosal injury was induced in male Hos：Donryu rats by oral administration of indomethacin at a dose of 48 mg/kg. One hour before indomethacin treatment, animals were orally pretreated with irsogladine maleate at doses of 1 mg/kg, 3 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg. Four hours after indomethacin administration, the animals were sacrificed and their stomachs were rapidly removed and processed for the evaluation of gastric mucosal damage and the determination of the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）, interleukin-1β （IL-1β）, IL-8 and myeloperoxidase （MPO） in mucosal tissues. RESULTS： Linear hemorrhagic mucosal lesions were observed primarily in the glandular stomach 4 h alter oral administration of indomethacin. Pretreatment with irsogladine maleate markedly reduced the number and severity of these lesions in a dose-dependent manner. The mucosal concentrations of proinflammatory cytokines （TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-8） and MPO, which indicates the degree of mucosal infiltration by neutrophils, increased concomitantly with the occurrence of gastric injury in the indomethacintreated rats. Pretreatment with irsogladine maleate significantly decreased the levels of these inflammatory factors in gastric tissue elicited by ***： The mucosal protective effects afforded by irsogladine maleate on gastric injury induced by indomethacin are mediated by inhibition of mucosal proinflammatory cytokine production and neutrophil infiltration, leading to suppression of mucosal inflammation and subsequent tissue destruction.

Conditional Value-at-Risk for Random Immediate Reward Variables in Markov Decision Processes

We consider risk minimization problems for Markov decision processes. From a standpoint of making the risk of random reward variable at each time as small as possible, a risk measure is introduced using conditional value-at-risk for random immediate reward variables in Markov decision processes, under whose risk measure criteria the risk-optimal policies are characterized by the optimality equations for the discounted or average case. As an application, the inventory models are considered.

As the development of new visualization systems,within the field of simulation,offers their users more insights from their simulations,immersive systems are becoming a part of the visualization *** the recent advancements of the Head-Mounted Displays(HMDs)and popularity of motion sensors,human beings and computer become more *** study aims to evaluate the potential of such systems as a visualization tool through the development of a new flexible framework for visualization within virtual reality(VR)environment,using an Oculus Rift and a Leap *** approaches are then compared:high-3D object rendering within the virtual scene approach and a user experience-oriented system with an intuitive *** assess the quality of the interface and its relevance for the user,different types of gestures are implemented and *** an experiment on users to evaluate the developed system as a proper visualization tool,the HMDs,paired with a motion sensor to make a gesture-controlled interface seem to be promising mediums despite various constraints on development regarding the technology limitations.
