The rapid growth of machine learning(ML)across fields has intensified the challenge of selecting the right algorithm for specific tasks,known as the Algorithm Selection Problem(ASP).Traditional trial-and-error methods have become impractical due to their resource *** Machine Learning(AutoML)systems automate this process,but often neglect the group structures and sparsity in meta-features,leading to inefficiencies in algorithm recommendations for classification *** paper proposes a meta-learning approach using Multivariate Sparse Group Lasso(MSGL)to address these *** method models both within-group and across-group sparsity among meta-features to manage high-dimensional data and reduce multicollinearity across eight meta-feature *** Fast Iterative Shrinkage-Thresholding Algorithm(FISTA)with adaptive restart efficiently solves the non-smooth optimization *** validation on 145 classification datasets with 17 classification algorithms shows that our meta-learning method outperforms four state-of-the-art approaches,achieving 77.18%classification accuracy,86.07%recommendation accuracy and 88.83%normalized discounted cumulative gain.

The thermal nanofluids have garnered widespread attention for their use in multiple thermal systems, including heating processes, sustainable energy, and nuclear reactions. Research on nanofluids has revealed that the thermal efficiencies of such materials are adversely affected by various thermal features. The purpose of the current work is to demonstrate the thermal analysis of Jeffrey nanofluids with the suspension of microorganisms in the presence of variable thermal sources. The variable effects of thermal conductivity, Brownian diffusivity, and motile density are utilized. The investigated model also reveals the contributions of radiation phenomena and chemical reactions. A porous, saturated, moving surface with a suction phenomenon promotes flow. The modeling of the problem is based on the implementation of the Cattaneo-Christov *** convective thermal constraints are used to promote the heat transfer features. A simplified form of the governing model is treated with the assistance of a shooting technique. The physical effects of different parameters for the problem are presented. The current problem justifies its applications in heat transfer, coating processes, heat exchangers, cooling systems in microelectronics, solar systems, chemical processes, etc.

A simple and practical method for the synthesis of N-substituted-2-aminobenzothiazoles via a crosscoupling reaction of 2-iodo anilines with isothiocyanates is envisaged using nano copper oxide as a recyclable catalyst and Cs2CO3as a base in PEG-400,as a bio-degradable,reusable,inexpensive and nontoxic reaction medium,under ligand-free *** present tandem process underlines environmental acceptability to access a wide range of N-substituted-2-aminobenzothiazoles in good to excellent yields.

The modified BaTiO3 ferroelectric materials are suitable for pyroelectric applications. This paper reports the structural, dielectric and electrical properties on copper influence in BaTiO3 when it was substituted site “A” of perovskite structure of BaTiO3. Copper has been chosen for modified BaTiO3 with different concentrations with stoichiometry Ba1-xCuxTiO3, where x = 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03% and 0.04%. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the samples doped with different composition of CuO are found to be that the positions and intensities of the diffraction peaks are similar and no secondary phases were observed. The Curie’s temperature (Tc) for all CuO doped BaTiO3 with were found to be in the range of 120°C to 125°C. The frequency dependence of relative permittivity (εr) and dielectric loss (Tanδ) of Ba1-xCuxTiO3 samples at room temperature were reported in the range 100 KHz - 1 MHz. The temperature dependence of D.C electrical resistivity studies were reported for all samples indicating that the participation of Cu2+-Cu+ ions in the conduction process around their Curie’s temperature.

Polytypic transformations of aluminum hydroxide: A mechanistic investigation

The diffusion of ammonia vapors into a solution of aluminum nitrate or ferric nitrate results in the precipitation of their respective hydroxides and oxyhydroxides. Polymorphic phase formation of aluminum hydroxide is controlled by the rate of crystallization. The PXRD patterns of products obtained via vapor phase diffusion revealed that poorly ordered aluminum hydroxide is formed during the initial stages of crystallization. After 8 days, the formation of the bayerite phase of aluminum hydroxide was observed. Upon prolonged exposure to ammonia vapors, bayerite was transformed into gibbsite. The infrared spectrum of the product confirmed the presence of different polytypic phases of aluminum hydroxide. The results demonstrated that the crystal structure of metal hydroxides is controlled by the rate of crystallization, nature of the metal ion, site selectivity and specificity and preparative conditions.
