One of the important issues in bio-ethanol production from lignocellulosic biomass is the effective usage of sacchararification *** sacchararification residue includes lignin,which is contained a variety of functional *** is possible to apply the lignin as raw martial for chemical agents and plastics,thus there is a need for an effective extraction technique of lignin from the sacchararification *** this study,enzymatic sacchararification residue was applied to the extraction technique that was reported in previous *** results,the method could extract acetic acid lignin from the sacchararification *** addition,the yield of acetic acid lignin increased with extraction time was *** extraction of acetic acid lignin,chemical natures of the lignin were estimated with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy *** results indicated the hydroxylation of the acetic acid lignin with extraction *** generally,many types of polymer are produced by polymerization of hydroxyl containing ***,it is possible that the acetic acid lignin extracted from sacchararification residue is used as plastics material.

癫痫是儿童期常见的神经系统疾病,为了明确癫痫性脑病的基因检出率,对一个癫痫遗传诊所进行了一项回顾性队列研究.2012年1月-2014年6月,在一个癫痫遗传诊所纳入了所有兼有难治性癫痫、整体性发育迟滞和认知功能障碍的患者.通过回顾电子病历,获得了患者的临床特征、神经影像、生化检验及分子遗传学资料,包括对癫痫性脑病基因的第二代目的基因测序.在110例患者中,发现28%是有基因异常的:7%有遗传性代谢障碍,包括由ALDH7A1变异引起的吡哆醇依赖性癫痫、Menkes病、吡哆醇-5-磷酸氧化酶缺乏、钴胺素G缺乏、亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶缺乏、Ⅰ型葡萄糖载体缺陷、甘氨酸脑病和丙酮酸脱氢酶复合体缺陷;21%有其他的基因病因,包括遗传性综合征、在阵列比较基因组杂交上的致病性拷贝数变异,以及与SCN1A、SCN2A、SCN8A、KCNQ2、STXBP1、PCDH19和SLC9A6基因变异相关的癫痫性脑病.4.5%的患者得到了由第二代目的基因测序的癫痫性脑病面板作出的基因诊断.值得注意的是,4.5%的患者有可治的遗传性代谢性疾病.该研究为首个将遗传性代谢障碍和癫痫性脑病的其他遗传病因结合起来的研究.第二代目的基因测序面板将癫痫性脑病患者的基因诊断检出率从25%.

急性颅内出血（ICH）时,若血压升高则与其血肿扩散、神经功能退变等诸不良预后明显有关,而降压治疗则可降低诸种风险。然而降压过程中可能存在每日血压变异,迄今关于每日血压变异与接受降压治疗的急性ICH近期不良预后间关系尚不清楚,现就此进行分析。受试对象为205例急性ICH患者,平均年龄65岁。均于急性ICH超急期（发病〈3 h内）接受降压治疗,且初始收缩压（SBP）均〉180 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 3 k Pa）,

A new dinosaur Chuxiongosaurus lufengensis *** *** erected based on a nearly complete *** taxon is characterized by the lacrimal perpendicular to the ventral margin of the upper jaw,which is similar to that of Thecodontosaurus;a depression present on the dorsal profile of the snout behind the naris;the rostral profile of the maxilla slopes continuously towards the rostral tip;and the presence of 25 dentary *** also displays prosauropod characters such as a relatively long skull,the slope of the maxillary rostral profile,and teeth that do not have basically constricted *** new specimen is more basal than Anchisaurus and represents the first basal sauropod dinosaur from the Early jurassic of China.

Epigenetic regulators have been implicated in tumorigenesis of many types of cancer;however,their roles in endothelial cell cancers such as canine hemangiosarcoma(HSA)have not been *** this study,we find that lysine-specific demethylase 2 b(KDM2 B)is highly expressed in HSA cell lines compared with normal canine endothelial *** of KDM2 B in HSA cells results in increased cell death in vitro compared with the scramble control by inducing apoptosis through the inactivation of the DNA repair pathways and accumulation of DNA ***,doxycycline-induced KDM2 B silencing in tumor xenografts results in decreased tumor sizes compared with the ***,KDM2 B is also highly expressed in clinical cases of *** hypothesize that pharmacological KDM2 B inhibition can also induce HSA cell death and can be used as an alternative treatment for *** treat HSA cells with GSK-j4,a histone demethylase inhibitor,and find that GSK-j4 treatment also induces apoptosis and cell *** addition,GSK-j4 treatment decreases tumor ***,we demonstrate that KDM2 B acts as an oncogene in HSA by enhancing the DNA damage ***,we show that histone demethylase inhibitor GSK-j4 can be used as a therapeutic alternative to doxorubicin for HSA treatment.

Description and Phylogenetic Position of Dinosaur Eggshells from the Luanchuan Area of Western Henan Province,China

Here, we examine 145 dinosaur eggshells from a new fossil locality in the Qiupa Formation （Upper Cretaceous） of the Luanchuan area in western Henan Province, China. The eggshells display elongatoolithid macro- and microstructures, including ridges and nodes on the outer surface, two ultrastructurai layers, and an undulatory boundary between the mammillary and continuous layers. A phylogenic analysis shows that the Luanchuan eggshells belong to the ooclade Elongatoolithidae. Within Elongatoolithidae, the thickness ratio of the mammillary layer to the entire eggshell, and the porosity of the Luanchuan eggshells are comparable to the oogenera Macroolithus and Elongatoolithus. There is no direct evidence for the taxonomic identity of the Luanchuan eggshells; however, they were likely laid by oviraptorids based on their phylogenetic position and their similarities with known oviraptorid eggs.
