本研究在体外将含卵清蛋白 (OVA)的PLGA微囊与小鼠骨髓诱导的树突细胞 (BM DC)相互作用 ,然后用卵清蛋白特异性杂交瘤T细胞检测OVA抗原在BM DC表面的表达 ,结果显示 :PLGA微囊可以在体外显著促进BM DC对OVA抗原的呈递。
