Objective:To elucidate the relationship among.knowledg.,attitudes,and practices reg.rding.Covid-19 and their relationship with booster vaccination status among.women with ***:This questionnaire-based cross-sectional study was performed online and offline among.women with infertility who visited an infertility clinic in Jakarta,*** assessed the patient’s knowledg.,attitudes,and practices reg.rding.Covid-19 and their relationship with booster vaccination status and sociodemog.aphic ***:A total of 178 subjects participated in this study,and most participants(92.6%)had received booster Covid-19 *** the questionnaire,74.2%had g.od knowledg.,and 99.4%had g.od attitudes reg.rding.Covid-19;however,only 57.9%of patients had g.od practices.A weak positive correlation existed between knowledg. and attitudes(r=0.11,P=0.13)and a moderate neg.tive correlation between attitudes and practices(r=-0.44,P=0.56).Participants’knowledg. about vaccines and infertility was correlated with booster vaccination status(P=0.04).Academic backg.ound(P=0.01)and attitudes(P=0.01)were also correlated with booster vaccination *** sig.ificant determinants of hesitance of receiving.Covid-19 booster vaccines were hig. school education or below(OR=0.08,95%CI 0.02-0.36)and poor practices(OR=0.21,95%CI 0.05-0.95).Conclusions:The majority of the participants had received the Covid-19 booster vaccine and had g.od knowledg. and attitudes but poor practices reg.rding.*** participants had poor knowledg. about the relationship between infertility and the Covid-19 *** g.neral population should be more informed and reminded about practices to prevent Covid-19 and the relationship between vaccination and fertility to increase the number of people who receive Covid-19 booster vaccines.

Backg.ound: The prolong.d slow expiratory (PSE) technique can induce sig. breaths related to the Hering.Breuer reflex in *** is a specific chest physiotherapy technique often used in children to help with the clearance of secretions, reduce pulmonary obstruction and decrease ventilatory effort. Purpose: The main objective of this review was to synthesize and clarify the existing.knowledg. of the physiolog.cal mechanism behind the Hering.Breuer reflex and its utility in the PSE technique. The secondary objective was to provide an overview of PSE which is probably the main mechanical feature for mucus clearance in infants and to identify g.ps and any further research required. Method: A comprehensive literature search was performed using.PubMed/MEDLINE and Ovid EMBASE, from 1968 to January 2024, using.search terms relating.to “Interaction of Hering.Breuer reflex and chest physiotherapy therapy, sig. breath in infants and prolong.d slow expiration technique” to create an overview of the advances and g.ps in current knowledg. of PSE. Result: The data obtained following.treatment with PSE maneuvers in infants with histories of recurrent wheezing.shows that the presence of sig.s could be the main active principle of treatment. Conclusion: Chang.s in volume induced by PSE technique and, effects from crying.may stimulate the Hering.Breuer deflation reflex and sig.s in turn improving.alveolar ventilation as well as lung.volume in infants.

Nowadays,the chemical recycling.is applied for only 1%of total waste plastics,larg.ly due to contaminants in plastic waste and difficulty in product *** the major contaminant,polyvinyl chloride(PVC)often forms corrosive hydrog.n chloride(HCl)during.the chemical recycling.which may cause severe catalyst deactivation and equipment ***,the investig.tion on catalytic pyrolysis(the major route for plastics chemical recycling.of the PVC containing.mixed plastics has been rarely ***,catalytic co-pyrolysis of PVC and polyethylene(PE)was studied over an aromatization catalyst,Pt/ZSM-5,since the basic building.block aromatics are desired products from plastics chemical *** poisoning.effect of PVC vapor on the catalyst stability was explored by collective efforts of thoroug. product analysis and catalyst *** was found that the HCl evolving.from PVC has an autocatalytic effect that promotes the scission of dehydrochlorinated PVC,resulting.in the hig. yield of benzene and acetylene from *** the other hand,the presence of PVC suppressed the aromatics formation from PE,larg.ly due to the poisoning.effect of PVC-derived HCl on the Pt/*** deactivation is irreversible as evidenced by the decreased zeolite crystallinity and the loss of strong.acid sites that are key to the aromatization,possibly due to the removal of framework Al upon the interaction with *** modification with octadecylphosphonic acid only slig.tly alleviated the PVC poisoning.*** insig.ts on the PVC poisoning.of zeolite catalysts provided in this work may g.ide the process desig. of chemical recycling.of PVC containing.waste plastics.

Chinese Assam tea(Camellia sinensis ***)is an important tea crop with a long.history of cultivation in Yunnan,*** its potential value as a g.netic resource,its g.netic diversity and domestication/breeding.history remain *** address this issue,we g.notyped 469 ancient tea plant trees representing.26 *** *** populations,plus two of its wild relatives(six and three populations of *** and ***,respectively)using.16 nuclear microsatellite *** showed that Chinese Assam tea has a relatively hig.,but comparatively lower g.ne diversity(H_(S)=0.638)than the wild relative ***(H_S=0.658).Clustering.in STRUCTURE indicated that Chinese Assam tea and its two wild relatives formed distinct g.netic g.oups,with considerable interspecific *** Chinese Assam tea accessions clustered into three g.ne pools,corresponding.well with their g.og.aphic ***,New Hybrids analysis indicated that 68.48%of ancient Chinese Assam tea plants from Xishuang.anna were g.netic intermediates between the Puer and Lincang.g.ne *** addition,10%of the ancient Chinese Assam tea individuals were found to be hybrids between Chinese Assam tea and *** results sug.est that Chinese Assam tea was domesticated separately in three g.ne pools(Puer,Lincang.and Xishuang.anna)in the Mekong.River valley and that the hybrids were subsequently selected during.the domestication *** the domestication history of Chinese Assam tea in southwestern Yunnan remains complex,our results will help to identify valuable g.netic resources that may be useful in future tea breeding.prog.ams.

The intrinsic affinity of DNA molecules toward metallic ions can drive the specific formation of copper nanostructures within the nucleic acid helix structure in a sequence-dependent manner. The resultant nanostructures have interesting.fluorescent and electrochemical properties, which are attractive for novel biosensing.applications. However, the potential of using.DNA-templated nano- structures for precision disease diag.osis remains unexplored. Particularly, DNA- templated nanostructures show hig. potential for the universal amplification-free detection of different RNA biomarker species. Because of their low cellular levels and differing.species-dependent leng.h and sequence features, simultaneous detection of different messeng.r RNAs, microRNAs, and long.non-coding.RNAs species with a sing.e technique is challeng.ng. Here, we report a contemporary technique for facile in situ assembly of DNA-templated copper nanoblocks （CuNBs） on various RNA species targ.ts after hybridization-based mag.etic isolation. Our approach circumvents the typical limitations associated with amplification and labeling.procedures of current RNA assays. The synthesized CuNBs enabled amplification-free fM-level RNA detection with flexible fluorescence or electrochemical readouts. Furthermore, our nanosensing.technique displays potential for clinical application, as demonstrated by non-invasive analysis of three diag.ostic RNA biomarkers from a cohort of 10 prostate cancer patient urinary samples with 100%-concordance （quantitative reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction （PCR） validation）. The g.od analytical performance and versatility of our method may be useful in both diag.ostics and research fields.
