The development of the climate-change-mitigation technology has received widespread attention from both academic and policy ***,very few studies have explained how and why economies contribute differently to global *** paper decomposed the development of the global climate-change-mitigation technology,proxied by patent-based indicators,from 1996 to 2015 into several predefined *** results show that the worldwide surge of climate-change-mitigation-technology patents from 1996 to 2011 is driven by increased concentration on green invention,improved research intensity,and enlarged economic scale,while the falling of patent counts from 2011 to 2015 is predominantly due to less concentration on green *** different climate-change-mitigation technologies,the type-specific development is attributed to different dominant factors,and the resulting priority change can reflect the shift of both global research and development(R&D)resource and market *** regional contributions,the resulting economy-specific contributions to each driving factor can be used to design the policies to promote the development of the global climate-change-mitigation technology.

The rebound effect refers to the phenomenon that individuals tend to consume more energy in the face of energy efficiency improvement,which reduces the expected energy-saving *** empirical studies on the rebound effect of regions and sectors do not provide microscopic *** fill this gap,we use China's firmlevel data to estimate the rebound effect in China's manufacturing subsectors,providing a detailed picture of China's rebound effect across different sectors and different regions in *** show that a partial rebound effect robustly appears in all industries,and the disparity between sectors is quite broad,ranging from 43.2%to 96.8%.As for the dynamic rebound effect of subsectors,most subsectors present an upward trend,whereas few subsectors show a clear downward *** a whole,the declined trend of the rebound effect is driven by the descent of minority sectors with high energy consumption and high energy-saving *** addition,we find that the disparity of the rebound effect across sectors is more significant than that across regions.

Pure cobalt(Co)thin films were fabricated by direct current magnetron sputtering,and the effects of sputtering power and pres-sure on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of the films were *** the sputtering power increases from 15 to 60 W,the Co thin films transition from an amorphous to a polycrystalline state,accompanied by an increase in the intercrystal pore ***,the resistivity decreases from 276 to 99μΩ·cm,coercivity increases from 162 to 293 Oe,and in-plane magnetic aniso-tropy *** the sputtering pressure decreases from 1.6 to 0.2 Pa,grain size significantly increases,resistivity significantly de-creases,and the coercivity significantly increases(from 67 to 280 Oe),which can be attributed to the increase in defect ***-pondingly,a quantitative model for the coercivity of Co thin films was *** polycrystalline films sputtered under pressures of 0.2 and 0.4 Pa exhibit significant in-plane magnetic anisotropy,which is primarily attributable to increased microstress.

基于2009年至2021年中国A股上市公司数据,考察股价崩盘风险在风险投资网络中的传染效应.研究发现:当公司与发生股价崩盘风险的公司具有共同的风投联结时,更可能发生股价崩盘风险.机制分析表明,风投网络中的股价崩盘风险主要通过影响信息披露质量和委托代理关系进行传染.进一步分析表明,网络位置会负向调节股价崩盘风险传染效应,且在具有国有背景、内部控制水平低、未聘请四大会计师事务所审计和分析师关注度高的公司中该传染效应更强.研究拓宽了我国风投网络“传染”问题的研究范畴,为降低股价崩盘风险及传染效应提供了新思路.

High-resolution remote sensing image segmentation is a challenging task. In urban remote sensing, the presenceof occlusions and shadows often results in blurred or invisible object boundaries, thereby increasing the difficultyof segmentation. In this paper, an improved network with a cross-region self-attention mechanism for multi-scalefeatures based onDeepLabv3+is designed to address the difficulties of small object segmentation and blurred targetedge segmentation. First,we use CrossFormer as the backbone feature extraction network to achieve the interactionbetween large- and small-scale features, and establish self-attention associations between features at both large andsmall scales to capture global contextual feature information. Next, an improved atrous spatial pyramid poolingmodule is introduced to establish multi-scale feature maps with large- and small-scale feature associations, andattention vectors are added in the channel direction to enable adaptive adjustment of multi-scale channel *** proposed networkmodel is validated using the PotsdamandVaihingen datasets. The experimental results showthat, compared with existing techniques, the network model designed in this paper can extract and fuse multiscaleinformation, more clearly extract edge information and small-scale information, and segment boundariesmore smoothly. Experimental results on public datasets demonstrate the superiority of ourmethod compared withseveral state-of-the-art networks.

自然资源是环境保护和经济发展的关键要素,可持续发展是整个人类社会共同的诉求,考虑到生态效率在可持续发展中的重要性,本文扩展了"资源诅咒"的研究范围,克服了传统两阶段效率分析的缺陷,首先通过建立条件松弛测度(SBM)模型对生态效率进行测度,然后利用局部线性的非参数估计方法和非参数显著性检验方法,对资源丰裕度与城市可持续发展之间的关系进行经验分析。基于中国258个地级城市2003—2012年的数据样本进行的实证分析发现:中国城市的可持续发展程度总体上处于较低水平,大部分城市的可持续发展指数处于0.5以下,这意味着中国当前经济发展仍以牺牲资源和环境为代价;自然资源丰裕度与生态效率之间存在一个非线性的关系,适度的自然资源丰裕度(8%—15%)能够促进城市的可持续发展,而过低或者过高的资源丰裕度都会对城市的可持续发展造成负作用。

Protein recognition using host-guest recognition approach is of great interest but has been limited mainly to the protein N-terminal ***,we site-specific incorporated two novel non-canonical amino acids containing supramolecular guest motifs into protein via an expanded genetic *** Staudinger reduction reactions,the encoded unnatural residues on protein becoming activated and can be specifically recognized by cucurbit[7]uril(CB[7])and cucurbit[8]uril(CB[8]).We demonstrated that enzyme containing guest amino acid incorporated near the active site can be reversibly regulated by CB[7]recognition,and CB[8]recognition induces protein *** amino acids will make useful addition to the supramolecular toolbox for protein targeting using molecular recognition approaches.

低碳技术创新被视为解决全球气候变暖问题的最关键工具之一,然而其碳强度抑制效应及影响机理却较少获得实证经验支持。本文基于全球专利数据库,利用专利统计方法,测算1992-2012年全球15个经济体的低碳技术创新水平。事实特征分析发现,低碳技术创新水平、能源使用结构和碳强度在演变规律上存在密切联系。本文进一步提出理论假设,利用中介效应模型实证探讨低碳技术创新的碳强度影响机理。实证结果表明:(1)无论是低碳技术创新,还是细分的清洁技术创新和灰色技术创新,都具有直接且显著的碳强度抑制效应;(2)低碳技术创新和能源使用结构皆为碳强度变化的关键影响因素,且低碳技术创新能够以提升清洁能源使用比例为中介渠道,发挥显著的碳强度间接抑制效应。
