Smart industrial IoT empowered crowd sensing for safety monitoring in coal mine

The crowd sensing technology can realize the sensing and computing of people,machines,and environment in smart industrial IoT-based coal mine,which provides a solution for safety monitoring through distributed intelligence ***,due to the difficulty of neural network training to achieve global optimality and the fact that traditional LSTM methods do not consider the relationship between adjacent machines,the accuracy of human body position prediction and pressure value prediction is not *** solve these problems,this paper proposes a smart industrial IoT empowered crowd sensing for safety monitoring in coal ***,we propose a Particle Swarm Optimization-Elman Neural Network(PE)algorithm for the mobile human position ***,we propose an ADI-LSTM neural network prediction algorithm for pressure values of machines supports in underground *** them,our proposed PE algorithm has the lowest average cumulative prediction error,and the trajectory fit rate is improved by 24.1%,13.9%and 8.7%compared with Kalman filtering,Elman and Kalman plus Elman algorithms,***,compared with single-input ARIMA,RNN,LSTM,and GRU,the RMSE values of our proposed ADI-LSTM are reduced by 36.6%,52%,32%,and 13.7%,respectively;and the MAPE values are reduced by 0.0003%,0.9482%,1.1844%,and 0.3620%,respectively.

A Large-Scale Heterogeneous Network(LS-HetNet)integrates different networks into one uniform network system to provide seamless one-world network *** LS-HetNet,various devices use different technologies to access heterogeneous networks and generate a large amount of *** dealing with a large number of access requirements,these data are usually stored in the HetNet Domain Management Server(HDMS)of the current domain,and HDMS uses a centralized Authentication/Authorization/Auditing(AAA)scheme to protect the ***,this centralized method easily causes the data to be modified or *** address this issue,we propose a blockchain-empowered AAA scheme for accessing data of ***,the account address of the blockchain is used as the identity authentication,and the access control permission of data is redesigned and stored on the blockchain,then processes of AAA are ***,the experimental model on Ethereum private chain is built,and the results show that the scheme is not only secure but also decentral,without tampering and trustworthiness.

Governance and Good Governance： A New Framework for Political Analysis

In a time of great change, accelerating globalization and increasing uncertainty, all countries, whether developed or developing, are searching for a new form of governance that is better adapted to the times so as to gain an advantage in economic competitiveness and create substantial and sustainable social growth. As governance theory is becoming the dominant political theory in response to the change, the values backing the discourse and texts consistent with them have helped revise the theory of government in mainstream politics and were agreed upon by global politicians, scholars, officials and entrepreneurs. When we comprehend governance theory based on the practice of public administration in China, it strikes us how theoretically and practically important governance theory is for rebuilding the intellectual system of China’s democratic politics, searching for an institutional platform for good governance, transforming the public policy-making model and getting rid of the practice in public administration in the process of market-oriented development that is inefficient, or even fails in many ways.

3D Reconstruction for Motion Blurred Images Using Deep Learning-Based Intelligent Systems

The 3D reconstruction using deep learning-based intelligent systems can provide great help for measuring an individual’s height and shape quickly and accurately through 2D motion-blurred ***,during the acquisition of images in real-time,motion blur,caused by camera shaking or human motion,*** learning-based intelligent control applied in vision can help us solve the *** this end,we propose a 3D reconstruction method for motion-blurred images using deep ***,we develop a BF-WGAN algorithm that combines the bilateral filtering(BF)denoising theory with a Wasserstein generative adversarial network(WGAN)to remove motion *** bilateral filter denoising algorithm is used to remove the noise and to retain the details of the blurred ***,the blurred image and the corresponding sharp image are input into the *** algorithm distinguishes the motion-blurred image from the corresponding sharp image according to the WGAN loss and perceptual loss ***,we use the deblurred images generated by the BFWGAN algorithm for 3D *** propose a threshold optimization random sample consensus(TO-RANSAC)algorithm that can remove the wrong relationship between two views in the 3D reconstructed model relatively *** with the traditional RANSAC algorithm,the TO-RANSAC algorithm can adjust the threshold adaptively,which improves the accuracy of the 3D reconstruction *** experimental results show that our BF-WGAN algorithm has a better deblurring effect and higher efficiency than do other representative *** addition,the TO-RANSAC algorithm yields a calculation accuracy considerably higher than that of the traditional RANSAC algorithm.

连坐亦称株连,泛指因当事人犯罪而连带惩罚其所有特定关系人的制度,它包括缘坐、伍坐和职坐三种基本形式。缘坐指因当事人犯罪而惩罚与其有血缘关系之人,伍坐指因当事人犯罪而处罚与其有邻里关系之人,职坐指因当事人犯罪而处罚与其有职务关系之人,它们分别体现了传统社会中个人与家族、个人与邻里,以及个人与同僚的关系。连坐是因个人犯罪而对特定共同体内具有连带关系者的集体处罚,它是君主专制的伴生物和重要制度安排,其根本目的就是通过残暴的群体性惩罚来扑灭任何对现存政权的重大威胁。更进一步说,连坐反映的是一种特定的个人-群体关系模式,它清晰地折射出了传统中国以家族本位、忠孝一体和家国同构为基本特征的集体主义群己关系。连坐制度极大地强化了血缘关系、地缘关系和业缘关系对个体的束缚,是造成中国传统社会中严重人身依附的结构基础。

遏制还是张扬人的动物本能,是政治思想史的一个重要分水岭,尼采是现代世界中张扬人的兽性本能的主要思想家。作为尼采政治哲学的核心概念,“权力意志”既是其想象中的“超人”的本质要素,也成为他重估人类价值的基本标准。尼采公然主张人类是野兽、民众是“群畜”、道德是骗术、民主是劣治、平等是谎言、历史无正义、强权即公理、不要工作要斗争、不要和平要战争。尼采政治思想的实质,是企图借“权力意志”,彻底摧毁基于民主、自由、平等、博爱等之上的现代政治价值。从世界历史的经验教训来看,那些为人的邪恶本能和专制独裁进行辩护的理论最终必然在实践中破产。虽然如此,尼采“权力意志”的梦魔仍会迷蒙不少人的眼睛。一旦统治者着了“权力意志”的梦魔,那就将给人类带来难以估量的灾难,对此世人仍须有高度的警惕。

Down-regulation of microRNA-23a promotes pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma initiation and progression by up-regulation of FOXM1 expression

Transcriptional factor Forkhead box M1(FOXM1)plays an important role in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)development and *** molecular mechanisms underlying its dysregulation remain *** identified and functionally validated the microRNAs(miRNAs)that critically regulate FOXM1 expression in *** expression levels of miRNA-23a(miR-23a-3p and-5p)were altered in PDAC cell lines and their effects on FOXM1 signaling and cell proliferation and migration and tumorigenesis were examined in vitro and in vivo using mouse PDAC *** with non-tumor pancreatic tissues,PDAC tissues and cell lines exhibited significantly reduced levels of miR-23a *** miR-23a expression and concomitant increase in FOXM1 expression were also observed in acinar-toductal metaplasia and pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia,the major premalignant lesions of *** expression of miR-23a reduced the expression of FOXM1 and suppressed cell proliferation and migration in PDAC cells,whereas the inhibitors of miR-23a did the *** or reduced levels of miR-23a increased the levels of FOXM1 expression,while increased expression of FOXM1 down-regulated miR-23a expression,suggesting that miR-23a and FOXM1 were mutual negative regulators of their expression in PDAC ***,the miR-23a/FOXM1 signaling axis is important in PDAC initiation and progression and could serve as an interventional or therapeutic target for patients with early or late stages of PDAC.

帝国是人类历史上最重要的国家权力结构和等级秩序体系之一,人类进入文明社会后的绝大部分时间曾经生活在各种形式的帝国体系之下,因而帝国也是政治学最重要的范畴之一。作为一种特殊的国家权力结构,帝国既不同于国家、民族、王国、联邦和民族国家,也不同于大国、霸权、殖民地和帝国主义,从某种意义上说,它是世界历史上一种特定的国际秩序体系。在全球化时代,人类需要一种全新的国际秩序结构,但不再是历史上盛极一时的帝国体系。尽管帝国主义还将存在,但帝国的时代已经一去不复返。

在世界帝国发展史上,大英帝国建立了最为完整和最为发达的全球殖民体系。无论从领土面积、人口数量、军事力量、综合国力、科技水平和国际影响哪个角度看,大英帝国都达到了历史上的帝国所能达到的巅峰状态。大英帝国崛起的因素既有科学技术、生产力水平、军事力量等硬实力,也有国民素质、统治水平和政治经济制度等软实力。“光荣革命”后确立的代议民主制度,相继引发了科技革命和工业革命,极大地解放了社会的生产力,使英国成为世界历史上最早的工业化强国,这是大英帝国走向巅峰的决定性因素。然而,民主政治的逻辑与帝国政治的逻辑本质上是正相对立的,民主政治的发展必然导致帝国政治的消亡。大英帝国的兴盛源于代议民主的产生,大英帝国的解体源自民主政治的进步。大英帝国是世界帝国史上的绝响,它给后人的重要警示是:任何追逐帝国霸业的梦想都与人类民主进步的潮流背道而驰,也必定被人类主流文明抛弃。
