As a steroid skeleton-based saponin,ginsenoside Rh_(2)(G-Rh_(2))is one of the major bioactive ginsenosides from the plants of genus Panax *** studies have reported the notable pharmacological activities of G-Rh_(2)such as anticancer,antiinflammatory,antiviral,antiallergic,antidiabetic,and anti-Alzheimer’s *** preclinical studies have demonstrated the great potential of G-Rh_(2)in the treatment of a wide range of carcinomatous diseases in vitro and in vivo.G-Rh_(2)is able to inhibit proliferation,induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest,retard metastasis,promote differentiation,enhance chemotherapy and reverse multi-drug resistance against multiple tumor *** present review mainly summarizes the anticancer effects and related mechanisms of G-Rh_(2)in various models as well as the recent advances in G-Rh_(2)delivery systems and structural modification to ameliorate its anticancer activity and pharmacokinetics characteristics.

Wearable electronics powered by flexible energy storage devices have captured global *** low-temperature conditions,unfortunately,solidification of flexible hydrogel electrolyte and decreased pseudo-capacity of these devices largely hamper their practical *** this study,photothermally-active Prussian blue(PB)was introduced onto poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polyacrylamide(PEDOT/PAM)networks to address the challenges of electrolyte solidification and degraded pseudo-capacitance for flexible all-in-one device at low *** as-constructed PB/PEDOT/PAM hydrogel device delivers stable electrochemical performance and remarkable mechanical property with 1652%***,this hydrogel device well retains its flexibility in cold environment with a freezing point below−30℃.The incorporation of PB extends the voltage range to 1.5 V as a single device,thus significantly enhancing the electrochemical performance as an all-inone integrated *** from the outstanding photo-to-thermal conversion ability of embedded PB nanocubes,the temperature of the assembled all-in-one PB/PEDOT/PAM device increased from^(−2)0 to 17.7℃ after solar-light irradiation for only 5 ***,the degraded pseudo-capacitance was subsequently boosted to 287.1%of its original capacitance at−20℃.This study establishes a connection between flexible all-solid-state hydrogel devices and photothermally enhanced pseudocapacitors in freezing environments,thereby expanding the potential applications of multi-functional pseudo-capacitors.

OBJECTIVE:To detect the impact of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise combined with acupuncture on the attention function of mentally-retarded adolescents from the three dimensions of attention concentration,attention transfer and attention ***:A total of 48 adolescents with mild to moderate mental disabilities were *** participants were randomly divided into four groups:control group(C),Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture group(M),moderate-intensity aerobic exercise group(E)and exercise and acupuncture combined intervention group(J).Before and after the experimental intervention,the participant’s height,weight and attention ability were ***:The improved range of attention total duration of the J group after the intervention was significantly higher than that of the E and M groups(P0.05),whereas the E,M and J groups increased significantly(P<0.05)after intervention than the C ***:Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise combined with acupuncture can more effectively improve the attention concentration and attention span of mentally-retarded adolescents than aerobic exercise or acupuncture alone.

Background:Extra-pair copulation behavior has been widely studied among socially monogamous *** species revealed high rates of extra-pair *** few of the studies have been carried out in the Asian ***:From 2012 to 2019,we explored the extra-pair paternity of Marsh Tits(Poecile palustris)in Xianrendong National Nature Reserve,liaoning Province,*** the study,adult Marsh Tits were captured with mist nets and parental birds,with nest-box *** samples were taken from the brachial *** analyses were carried out using nine highly variable microsatellite loci through Cervus 3.0 software and maximum likelihood ***:Forty-nine offspring(15.08%)from 20 nests(45.45%)were the results of extra-pair fertilization out of a total of 325 offspring in 44 *** average extra-pair offspring ratio was 33.54%,with a set varying from 11.11 to 71.43%.Nine extra-pair fathers had been successfully identified,four of whom were the close neighbors of the focus nest while the nests of the remaining five were relatively *** significant difference was found in the genetic similarity between the social and extra-pair mates of the female,nor in the heterozygosis among the maternal ***:In general,our study proved that the extra-pair paternity in Marsh Tits and its extra-pair mating is independent of the genetic compatibility *** complements the understudied bird's extra-pair paternity in Asian area and contributes to the comprehensive insight of birds'extra-pair paternity behaviors.

Nano zero-valent manganese(nZVMn,Mn^0)was prepared through a borohydride reduction method and coupled with different oxidants(persulfate(S2O8^2-),hypochlorite(CIO^-),or hydrogen peroxide(H2O2))to remove thallium(TI)from *** surface of Mn°was readily oxidized to form a core-shell composite(MnOx@Mn°),which consists of Mn°as the inner core and MnOr(MnO,M112O3,and Mn3O4)as the outer *** Mn^0 was added alone,effective T1(I)removal was achieved at high pH levels(>12).The Mn-H2O2 system was only effective in T1(I)removal at high pH(>12),while the Mn^0-S2O8^0or Mn0-ClO^-system had excellent T1(I)removal(>96%)over a broad pH range(4-12).The Mn-S2O8 oxidation system provided the best resistance to interference from an external organic *** isotherm of T1(I)removal through the Mn°-S2O8^2-system followed the Freundlich *** Mn°nanomaterials can activate persulfate to produce sulfate radicals and hydroxyl *** transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy suggested that oxidation-induced precipitation,surface adsorption,and electrostatic attraction are the main mechanisms for T1(I)removal resulting from the combination of Mn^0 and ***^0coupled with S2O8^2-/ClO^-is a novel and effective technique for T1(I)removal,and its application in other fields is worthy of further investigation.

Coal,a carbon-rich mineral with plentiful reserves,serves not only as a fuel but also as a raw material,presenting lower pollution emissions in the latter *** a materials chemistry standpoint,coal is a viable raw material for graphene *** study develops a promising and sustainable method to convert coal into graphene,leveraging its unique macromolecular aromatic struc-ture and high carbon *** investigation includes an analysis of the lateral size,morphology,and chemical composition of coal-derived graphene using techniques such as X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and op-tical *** confirm that coal can effectively replace natural graphite flakes in graphene production,with the derived graphene featuring three to six exfoliated layers and an oxygen content below 5.5%.While the graphene from coal shares a similar morphology to that derived from graphite,it exhibits more structural ***,the macroscopic size of the coal does not influence the microscopic composition and structure of the ***,the thermal reduction method for oxidized graphene proves more effective at repairing structural defects than chemical *** coal-derived graphene as a supercapacitor electrode demonstrates excellent cycling stability and ultra-high capacitance storage *** H-CG-325 shows the highest dis-charge area-specific capacitance across various current *** an increased current density of 10 A/g,the H-CG-325 maintains 80.6%of its initial capacitance of 79 F/g observed at 1 A/*** tests reveal that coal-based graphene holds significant potential as a supercapacitor material,indicating promising applications in energy storage and conversion.

Drug abuse directly endangers human health and social security,hence its sensitive and rapid detection is vitally *** recent years,organic film-based fluorescent sensing technology has attracted more and more attention in the detection of drugs and explosives due to its advantages of simple operation and rapid *** film-based fluorescent sensors,in addition to sensitive materials,the surface morphology of the film is also an important factor affecting the *** previous studies,the regulation of surface morphology mainly depends on concentration changes or complex ***,a novel fluorescent polymer probe was designed and synthesized,and a simple and efficient ultraviolet(UV)-ozone substrate treatment method is used to adjust their surface *** results show that film has an excellent fluorescence enhancement effect upon exposure to methylphenethylamine(MPEA,a simulant of methamphetamine)*** sensing effect of the film is significantly improved after UV-ozone substrate treatment,and the limit of detection was decreased by 10.4 times from 2.59 to 0.25 *** experiments show that the sensing performance of other fluorescent probe can also be improved by the UV-ozone substrate *** convenient and general method may become a very effective approach to improve the performance of film-based fluorescent sensors.

利用中国地壳运动观测网络6个GNSS基准站2011~2014年的观测数据,解算了芦山Ms7.0级地震近场区域的GNSS基线长度变化时间序列。从投影后的平面基线出发,给出了由基线长度变化求解面应变的方法。利用基线线应变、基线所得的最大剪应变、最大面应变和第一、第二剪应变等5个物理量分析了地震前后地壳运动的动态演变过程。线应变序列结果显示,整体地壳形变表现为NW-SE向挤压,S-N向拉张状态,震前线应变异常并不明显,震后经过调整又恢复为原线性变化趋势,总的线应变仍在持续积累。面应变序列结果显示,震前出现了不同程度的非正常偏离,尤其出现了明显的闭锁状态和反向加速过程,整个变化曲线类似抛物线的弧形,与岩石力学形变理论相吻合。由第一剪应变的显著异常变化,推断发震断层南缘在这次地震活动中产生了强大的左旋剪切构造力。
