Carbonate samples were collected from the northern Okinawa Trough in the East China Sea in *** petrology,mineralogy,carbon and oxygen isotopes,and rare earth elements(REEs)of these samples were ***,high-Mg calcite,and dolomite were the main carbonate minerals,the contents of which varied greatly among the carbonate *** observations revealed the common occurrence of framboidal ***δ^(13)C values of carbonates varied from-53.7‰to-39.3‰(average of-47.3‰based on Vienna Pee Dee Belemnite(V-PDB),n=9),and theδ^(18)O values ranged from 0.6‰to 3.4‰(average of 1.9‰;V-PDB,n=9).The carbon and oxygen isotope characteristics indicated that the carbonates precipitated during the anaerobic oxidation of *** carbon source was a mixture of thermogenic methane and biogenic methane,possibly with a greater contribution from the *** oxygen isotope data showed that gas hydrate dissociation occurred during carbonate *** Ce anomalies suggested that the carbonates precipitated in an anoxic environment.A slight enrichment of middle REEs(MREEs)could be attributable to the early *** structures,minerals,oxygen isotopes,and MREEs all indicated that the carbonates experienced some degree of early ***,the infl uence of early diagenesis should be considered when using geological and geochemical proxies to reconstruct original methane seepage environments.

恶性肿瘤已成为威胁全人类生命健康的重大公共卫生问题,其中乳腺癌是全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。现阶段针对乳腺癌的常规治疗方法(如手术、放疗、化疗等)的副作用较大,患者预后仍不理想,因此迫切需要更有效的治疗手段。在乳腺癌中,Janus激酶(JAK)/信号转导子及转录激活因子(STAT)信号通路与细胞凋亡、侵袭转移、耐药性、肿瘤免疫等方面相关。JAK/STAT信号通路的异常会促进乳腺癌的发生与发展。本文从细胞凋亡、侵袭转移、耐药性、肿瘤免疫等角度对JAK/STAT信号通路介导乳腺癌发生与发展的作用机制,以及该信号通路在乳腺癌治疗中的应用进行综述,以期为乳腺癌防治的深入研究提供参考。

目的探讨羟基积雪草酸(madecassic acid,MA)对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖、凋亡及自噬的影响。方法将MCF-7细胞分为阴性对照组、不同浓度的MA(80、100、120、140、160μmol/L)组、不同浓度的他莫昔芬(10、20、30、40、50、35μmol/L)组,干预24、36、48 h。初步确定MA发挥抗乳腺癌作用的最佳浓度和最佳时间后,采用MTT法检测细胞活力,计算相应的半抑制浓度(half maximal inhibitory concentration,IC50)值;流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡;JC-1荧光探针检测线粒体膜电位变化;Western blot法检测细胞增殖蛋白细胞核抗原蛋白(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)、自噬蛋白苄氯素-1(Beclin-1)、微管相关蛋白1轻链3-Ⅱ/Ⅰ(microtubule-associated protein1 light chain 3Ⅱ/Ι,LC3Ⅱ/Ι)、螯合体1(protein 62,p62)的蛋白相对表达水平。透射电镜检测自噬小体。结果发挥抗肿瘤作用的他莫昔芬最佳浓度为35μmol/L,MA最佳浓度为140μmol/L,最佳时间均为48 h。与阴性对照组相比,MA140μmol/L组和他莫昔芬35μmol/L组的细胞凋亡率,细胞荧光相对强度以及LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ、Beclin-1蛋白相对表达水平均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);PCNA、P62蛋白相对表达水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与MA 140μmol/L组相比,他莫昔芬35μmol/L组细胞凋亡率、细胞荧光相对强度以及Beclin-1蛋白相对表达水平明显升高(P<0.01),PCNA蛋白相对表达水平明显降低(P<0.01)。阴性对照组MCF-7细胞膜完整,核膜清晰,细胞形态良好;MA 140μmol/L组细胞膜、细胞核形态不规则,线粒体基质密度较高、嵴扩张,可见自噬小体;他莫昔芬35μmol/L组细胞膜局部溶解、破损,可见双核仁,线粒体肿胀、基质溶解,可见自噬小体。结论MA可抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖、诱导细胞凋亡和自噬。

The occurrence of seep carbonates is one of the characteristic features for cold seep sites at continental *** carbonates documented the venting history of methane-rich *** to the chemoherm carbonates and carbonate pavements which formed on the sediment-water interface,chimney-like seep carbonates precipitated around fluid conduits below the sediment-water interface therefore better recording information of the past fluid flow and *** the chimney-like seep carbonate samples from the northeastern Dongsha area of the South China Sea were studied to understand the origin and nature of the venting fluids and their potential relationship with gas hydrate deposits underneath the *** on the occurrence,morphology,petrology,mineralogy and C-and O-isotope compositions,combined with present and past bottom water temperatures and the timing of methane release events,the oxygen isotopic fractionation between calcite and water were used to estimate the equilibriumδ18O values of the precipitating ***δ13C values ranging from 56.33‰to 42.70‰V-PDB and thus clearly show that the studied chimneys were mainly derived from biogenic methane *** calculated equilibriumδ18O values of the precipitating fluids ranged from 1.9‰0.3‰to 0.6‰0.3‰V-SMOW,with an average of 1.4‰0.3‰V-SMOW which is heavier than those of seawater even at the last glacial *** is considered that the formation of chimney-like carbonates was closely related to methane hydrate dissociation in the *** methane hydrates contributed as much as45.7%of water to the venting *** is suggested that the climate and environmental changes(***-level lowering,down-cutting canyons and mass wasting)are the major mechanisms maybe responsible for the destabilization of methane hydrates in the study *** extensive occurrence of seep carbonates indicates that a large amount of the methane released from methane hydrate dissociation has been effectively captured

Authigenic carbonate samples were collected from the northern Okinawa *** on their carbon and oxygen isotopes,these samples were found to be methane-related carbonates precipitated by the anaerobic oxidation of methane(AOM).Petrological analysis revealed numerous framboidal pyrites that had been partly *** order to trace the variation and diagenetic information of these framboidal pyrites,their diameters and geochemical components were studied using an electron *** results showed that their diameters varied from 4μm to 17μm(n=60;geometric mean of 9.9μm)and were of a normal *** diameters of single pyrite that formed the framboidal pyrites varied from 1μm to 2μ*** framboidal pyrites with diameters of 6–14μm accounted for~80%of the *** geometric mean of 9.9μm indicates that they are probably diagenetic pyrites that were precipitated in a lower dysoxic environment(weakly oxygenated bottom waters).The S/Fe ratio of the framboidal minerals ranged from 0 to 1.67,and the pyrite content of single framboid varied between 0%and 86.4%.Therefore,numerous pyrites were oxygenated to iron oxides or oxyhydroxides,and were retained as pseudomorphism *** size of framboidal pyrites precipitated in cold seeps can be used to trace the redox environment;however,acquisition of additional data via investigation of different cold seeps is necessary to obtain more persuasive results.

The history of the East Asian monsoon(EAM)since Last Glacial Maximum is reconstructed based on records in a sediment core retrieved from the northern South China *** provenance of organic carbon and the EAM’s evolution are investigated using combined organic carbon,grain size,and AMS 14 C dating *** to the strong winter monsoon,the marine organic matter was dominated in the sediments,andδ13 C of organic matter was high during the last glacial *** the Holocene,the primary productivity decreased and the dilution effect of riverine inorganic clastics ***,the total organic carbon contents andδ13 C values decreased,and terrestrial organic matter content increased in the core *** 4μm grain size fraction,as the environmental sensitive grain size component,is determined to reconstruct the paleoclimatic *** the last glacial period,the contents of 4μm grain size component were mainly controlled by the sea level *** the Holocene,the influence of the sea level changes weakened and the roles of current system and provenance *** correlation between the EAM and solar insolation forcing is also discussed in this paper.

Geochemical characteristics of platinum-group elements in polymetallic nodules from the Northwest Pacific Ocean

Polymetallic nodules and cobalt (Co)-rich crusts are enriched in platinum-group elements (PGEs),especially platinum (Pt) and may be important sinks of *** present,little information is available on PGEs in polymetallic nodules,and their geochemical characteristics and the causes of PGEs enrichment are *** PGEs of polymetallic nodules from abyssal basin in the Marcus-Wake Seamount area of the Northwest Pacific Ocean are reported and compared with the published PGEs data of polymetallic nodules and Co-rich crusts in the *** total PGEs (ΣPGE) content of polymetallic nodules in study area is 258×10^–9) in average,markedly higher than that of Clarion-Clipperton Zone (CCZ) nodules (ΣPGE=127×10^–9) and lower than that of Co-rich crusts in the Marcus-Wake Seamount (ΣPGE=653×10^–9),similar to that of Co-rich crusts in the South China Sea(ΣPGE=252×10^~–9).The CI chondrite-normalized PGEs patterns in different regions of polymetallic nodules and cobalt-rich crusts are highly consistent,with all being characterized by positive Pt and negative Pd anomalies These results,together with those of previous studies,indicate that PGEs in polymetallic nodules and Co-rich crusts are mainly derived directly from *** contents of polymetallic nodules from the study area are negatively correlated with water depth,and Pt/ΣPGE ratios in nodules there are also lower than those of the Corich crusts in the adjacent area,indicating that sedimentary water depth and oxygen fugacity of ambient seawater are the possible important controlling factors for Pt accumulation in crusts and nodules.

The spatial multiscale variability of heavy metals based on factorial kriging analysis: A case study in the northeastern Beibu Gulf

Factorial kriging analysis is applied to the research on the spatial multiscale variability of heavy metals in submarine. It is used to analyze the multiscale spatial structures of seven heavy metals, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, As and Cd in the surface sediment from the northeastern of Beibu Gulf, identify and separate spatial variations at different scales of heavy metals, and discuss the provenance of heavy metals and the influencing factors. The results show that the existence of three-scale spatial variations those consist of nugget effect, a spherical structure with range of 30 km（short-range scale） and a spherical structure with range of 140 km（long-range scale） in the linear model of coregionalization fitted. The spatial distribution features of seven heavy metals at short-range scale reflect ＂spot-like＂ or ＂stripe-like＂ local-scale spatial variations; the spatial distribution features of the seven heavy metals at long-range scale represent ＂slice-like＂ regional-scale spatial variations. At local scale, Zn, Cr, Ni,Cu, Pb and Cd are derived primarily from parent materials of Hainan Island, Leizhou Peninsula and Guangxi land, whose spatial distribution characteristics are controlled by granularity of sediments, while As is influenced dominantly by human pollution components from Hainan Island and Leizhou Peninsula. At regional scale, Zn,Cr, Ni and Cu originate primarily from parent rock materials of Leizhou Peninsula and Hainan Island, secondly from Guangxi land; As originated primarily from parent rock materials from Hainan Island, secondly from Leizhou Peninsula and Guangxi land. These metals are transported and migrated with sediments dominated by the anticlockwise circulation of Beibu Gulf year-round, deposited in ＂convergence center＂, forming the whole sedimentary pattern in direction of NWW-NNW at regional scale. The difference in distribution type between As and other metals at regional scale is mainly due to their different geochemical behavior.

Enhancing the therapeutic effect of existing treatments or developing new non-invasive treatments are important measures to achieve high-efficiency treatment of malignant *** therapy(PDT)is an emerging treatment modality,and the key for achieving high-efficiency PDT is to select light with strong tissue penetration depth and enhance the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Although the upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)modified with the photosensitizers could achieve PDT with strong penetration depth under near-infrared light irradiation,the ROS generated by traditional single-pathway PDT is still ***,we developed a novel nanoconjugate(UCNP-Ce6/AIEgen)for dual-pathway reinforced PDT,in which the UCNPs were co-modified with chlorin e6(Ce6)and luminogen with aggregation-induced emission(AIEgen).Due to the presence of AIEgen,UCNP-Ce6/AIEgen could avoid aggregation-caused luminescence quenching in biological water environments and convert upconversion luminescence(UCL)of UCNPs to Ce6-activatable ***,under the irradiation of 808 nm laser,UCNP-Ce6/AIEgen can not only undergo direct lanthanide-triplet energy transfer to activate Ce6,but also convert the UCL of UCNPs to the light that can activate Ce6 through Fӧrster resonance energy transfer to generate more ROS,thus promoting tumor cell *** work broadens the applications of nanoconjugates of lanthanide-based inorganic materials and organic dyes,and provides a conception for reinforced PDT of tumors.

标准养护的大掺量粉煤灰混凝土(High Fly-ash Content Concrete,简称HFCC)试块,经历250、450、650℃及自然冷却或喷淋冷却后,于不同静置时间(1、3、7、14、28、56 d)进行抗压强度测试,以研究高温后HFCC抗压强度随冷却方式与静置时间的变化规律。结果表明:250、450℃后,采用不同冷却方式试块的抗压强度相较于常温情况下均有不同程度降低,且随静置时间趋于稳定;650℃后,采取自然冷却的HFCC其抗压强度会大幅降低,且在静置期间难以恢复,但采取喷淋冷却的HFCC在静置期间其抗压强度却有很强的“自我修复能力”。同时,通过XRD与SEM分别研究了HFCC常温与高温静置1 d后的物相组成和形貌特征变化,从微观层面对高温前后HFCC的抗压强度变化作出解释。
