Glutamatergic projection neurons generate sophisticated excitatory circuits to integrate and transmit information among different cortical areas,and between the neocortex and other regions of the brain and spinal *** development of cortical projection neurons is regulated by certain essential events such as neural fate determination,proliferation,specification,differentiation,migration,survival,axonogenesis,and *** processes are precisely regulated in a tempo-spatial manner by intrinsic factors,extrinsic signals,and neural *** generation of correct subtypes and precise connections of projection neurons is imperative not only to support the basic cortical functions(such as sensory information integration,motor coordination,and cognition)but also to prevent the onset and progression of neurodevelopmental disorders(such as intellectual disability,autism spectrum disorders,anxiety,and depression).This review mainly focuses on the recent progress of transcriptional regulations on the development and diversity of neocortical projection neurons and the clinical relevance of the failure of transcriptional modulations.

Effect of Potassium on Ammonium Fixation and Adsorption of Vermiculite in Binary and Ternary Systems

Ammonium fixation and adsorption experiments were conducted to study the effect of potassium on ammonium fixation into interlayer of vermiculite and ammonium adsorption at the surface of vermiculite both in the binary (NH-4～(+)-Ca～(2+)) and ternary (NH-4～(+)-K～(+)-Ca～(2+)) systems. In the ammonium fixation experiment, 5 mmol NH-4～(+) kg～(-1) was added alone, or after, before or simultaneously with 5 mmol K～(+) kg～(-1) to the vermiculite (vermiculite:solution = 1:1), and the incubation was conducted for 3 days under constant 20℃. In the adsorption experiment, after addition of 10 mmol Ca～(2+) L～(-1) as matrix ions, either NH-4～(+) alone with a concentration series from 0.1 to 5.0 mmol NH-4～(+) L～(-1) (binary exchange system of NH-4～(+) and Ca～(2+) or NH-4～(+) together with 5 mmol K～(+) L～(-1) (ternary exchange system of NH-4 ～(+), K～(+) and Ca～(2+) was added to vermiculite at a vermiculite to solution ratio of l:10 for 24-h equilibrium. The results of the fixation experiment showed that the presence of K～(+) increased NH-4～(+) fixation for all the treatments, regardless of the addition orders. For ammonium adsorption a linear relationship between activity ratios of NH-4～(+) to Ca～(2+) and Mg～(2+) in the equilibrium solutions (ARNH-4) and increases of exchangeable NH-4～(+) at the surface of vermiculite after 24- h equilibrium (△Ex-NH-4) was shown for almost the whole concentration ranges tested. Compared with the binary system, the slope of the curve of the ternary system was steeper, indicating a more intensive adsorption of NH-4～(+) in the presence of K～(+). It was demonstrated that K ～(+) did not reduce the ammounium fixation into the interlayer and ammonium adsororption at the surface of vermiculite, which indicated that, under the experimental conditions of this study, K～(+) did neither occupy the sites for NH-4～(+)-fixation in the interlayer nor the sites for NH-4～(+)-adsorption at the surface of vermiculite.

Digital twinning enables manufacturers to create digital representations of physical entities,thus implementing virtual simulations for product *** efforts of digital twinning neglect the decisive consumer feedback in product development stages,failing to cover the gap between physical and digital *** work mines real-world consumer feedbacks through social media topics,which is significant to product *** specifically analyze the prevalent time of a product topic,giving an insight into both consumer attention and the widely-discussed time of a *** primary body of current studies regards the prevalent time prediction as an accompanying task or assumes the existence of a preset ***,these proposed solutions are either biased in focused objectives and underlying patterns or weak in the capability of generalization towards diverse *** this end,this work combines deep learning and survival analysis to predict the prevalent time of *** propose a specialized deep survival model which consists of two *** first module enriches input covariates by incorporating latent features of the time-varying text,and the second module fully captures the temporal pattern of a rumor by a recurrent network ***,a specific loss function different from regular survival models is proposed to achieve a more reasonable *** experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate that our model significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art methods.

The ultimate goal of the protection and restoration of water ecosystem is intended to facilitate the healthiness of ecosystems in rivers and lakes, and the basic premise of river healthiness is to ensure the ecological water demand of rivers. Shenyang City is the economic and cultural center of Northeastern China, and most rivers in the territory of Shenyang City are plagued with the ecology and environment problems such as dry-up of river way, wetland shrinkage and groundwater overdraft. In protection and restoration of water ecosystem, Shenyang City should first study the ecological water demand of rivers. In this paper, we first defined the connotation, composition and calculation method of ecological water demand of rivers and selected eight major rivers in Shenyang City for ecological water demand study and calculation according to the characteristics of the rivers and water resources conditions in Shenyang City. We calculated the basic eco-environmental water demand and consumptive water demand for evaporation and seepage of river ways respectively and thus obtained the total eco-environmental water demand for eight rivers. In total eco-environmental water demand of rivers, consumptive water demand for evaporation and seepage of river ways accounts for 51% and the eco-environmental water demand of rivers accounts for 49%.

Tungsten oxides(WO_(3))are widely recognized as multifunctional systems owing to the existence of rich *** diverse phases exhibit distinct octahedra-tilting patterns,generating substantial tunnels that are ideally suited for ***,a quantitative comprehension regarding the impact of distinct phases on the kinetics of intercalated conducting ions remains ***,we employ first-principles calculations to explore the spatial and orientational correlations of ion transport inγ-and h-WO_(3),shedding light on the relationship between diffusion barriers and the size of the conducting *** findings reveal that different types and concentrations of alkali-metals induce distinct and continuous lattice distortions in WO_(3)***,γ-WO_(3)is more appropriate to accommodate Li+ions,exhibiting a diffusion barrier and coefficient of 0.25 eV and 9.31×10^(-8)cm^(2)s^(-1),***,h-WO_(3)features unidirectional and sizeable tunnels that facilitate the transport of K+ions with an even lower barrier and a high coefficient of 0.11 e V and 2.12×10^(-5)cm^(2)s^(-1),***,the introduction of alkali-metal into WO_(3)tunnels tends to introduce n-type conductivity by contributing s-electrons to the unoccupied W 5d states,resulting in enhanced conductivity and tunable electronic *** alkali metals in WO_(3)tunnels are prone to charge transfer,forming small polaronic states and modulating the light absorption in the visible and nearinfrared *** tunable electronic and optical properties,combined with the high diffusion coefficient,underscore the potential of WO_(3)in applications such as artificial synapses and chromogenic devices.
