Background HEPS-BPIX is a prototype of photon counting pixel detector developed for the High Energy Photon *** consists of 16 silicon pixel modules which should be tested individually to ensure the function and *** Due to various factors such as the non-uniformity of the processes and voltage drop,the response of each pixel in the silicon pixel module is not identical *** response difference of pixels can be minimized by the threshold *** system is developed for the quality test and calibration of the silicon pixel *** The system consists of a mother board,a control board and a data acquisition(DAQ)*** mother board provides necessary resources including power supplies and the fanout of calibration ***,it can be used to test the connectivity by monitoring the power *** control board reads data out and provides the clock,trigger and configuration data for the silicon pixel *** DAQ system sends the control commands and receives the readout data through an Ethernet *** Compared with the previous readout system,this designed system has a lower noise level and better scanning curves making the calibration more *** it has been successfully applied to the comparison experiments of the through silicon via and wire-bonding silicon pixel *** The results show that this test system can be used to the quality test and calibration of the silicon pixel *** addition,the system can be adapted to the measurement of different pixel array detector modules.

目的探讨不同BMI的宫颈癌患者放疗时CTV至PTV外扩边界,为实现精准的个体化分组治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2017年3—9月复旦大学附属肿瘤医院接受IMRT宫颈癌患者40例,参考国家卫生和计划生育委员会提出的标准进行分组,BMI≤18.4 kg/m2为过轻组,18.5~23.9 kg/m2为正常组,24.0~27.9 kg/m2为过重组,≥28.0 kg/m2为肥胖组。在膀胱容积测量仪干预下分别采集9次治疗前的千伏级CBCT图像进行在线配准,并对配准结果进行分析。通过MPTV=2.5Σ＋0.7σ分析4组患者CTV至PTV外扩边界的差异。行单因素方差分析,两两比较行LSD检验。结果过轻组,正常组,过重组及肥胖组患者CTV至PTV的外扩边界在左右、头脚、腹背方向上分别为6.87、6.06、8.49 mm,3.13、3.02、3.14 mm,4.70、4.86、5.31 mm及7.63、8.28、8.54 mm （P=0.038、0.048、0.004）。结论过轻患者和肥胖患者的摆位误差高于正常者和过重患者,故对于过轻患者和肥胖患者应适当增加CTV至PTV的外扩边界。

Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have garnered great attention in recent years due to their outstanding electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. The incorporation of small amounts of CNTs in polymers can substantially improve the sensitivity of the polymer's electrical conductivity. This paper presents a modified Maxwell model to evaluate the electrical conductivity of CNTs-filled polymer composites by introducing a transition zone to account for the tunneling effect. In this modified Maxwell model, the CNTs-filled polymer composite is modeled as a three-phase composite, consisting of a matrix(polymer), inclusions(CNTs), and a transition zone(tunneling zone). The effective electrical conductivity(EEC) of the composite is calculated based on the volume fractions and electrical conductivities of the matrix, inclusions, and transition zone. The model's validity is confirmed through the use of available test data, which demonstrates its capability to accurately capture the nonlinear conductivity behavior observed in CNTs-polymer composites. This study offers valuable insights into the design of high-performance conductive polymer nanocomposites, and enhances the understanding of electrical conduction mechanisms in CNT-dispersed polymer composites.

The unavoidable dendrite growth and shuttle effect have long been stranglehold challenges limiting the safety and practicality of lithium-sulfur ***,we propose a dual-action strategy to address the lithium dendrite issue in stages by constructing a multifunctional surface-negatively-charged nanodiamond layer with high ductility and robust puncture resistance on polypropylene （PP） *** uniformly loaded compact negative layer can not only significantly enhance electron transmission efficiency and promote uniform lithium deposition,but also reduce the formation of dendrite during early deposition *** importantly,under the strong puncture stress encountered during the deterioration of lithium dendrite growth under limiting current,the high ductility and robust puncture resistance（145.88 MPa） of as-obtained nanodiamond layer can effectively prevent short circuits caused by unavoidable lithium *** Li||Li symmetrical cells assembled with nanodiamond layer modified PP demonstrated a stable cycle of over 1000 h at 2 mA cm-2with a polarization voltage of only 29.3 ***,the negative charged layer serves as a physical barrier blocking lithium polysulfide ions,effectively mitigating capacity *** improved cells achieved a capacity decay of only 0.042%per cycle after 700 cycles at 3 C,demonstrating effective suppression of dendrite growth and capacity attenuation,showing promising prospect.

The ^(232)Th(n,f)cross section is very important in basic nuclear physics and applications based on the Th/U fuel *** the time-of-flight method and a multi-cell fast-fission ionization chamber,a novel measurement of the^(232)Th(n,f)cross sec-tion relative to^(235)U in the 1–200 MeV range was performed at the China Spallation Neutron Source Back-n white neutron source(Back-n).The fission event-neutron energy spectra of^(232)Th and^(235)U fission cells were measured in the single-bunch *** 232Th/235U fission cross-sectional ratios were obtained,and the measurement uncertainties were 2.5–3.7%for energies in the 2–20 MeV range and 3.6–6.2%for energies in the 20–200 MeV ***^(232)Th(n,f)cross section was obtained by introducing the standard cross section of^(235)U(n,f).The results were compared with those of previous theoreti-cal calculations,measurements,and *** measured 232Th fission cross section agreed with the main evaluation results in terms of the experimental uncertainty,and 232Th fission resonances were observed in the 1–3 MeV *** present results provide^(232)Th(n,f)cross-sectional data for the evaluation and design of Th/U cycle nuclear systems.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.
