Guaico Culex virus(GCXV)is a newly identified segmented Jingmenvirus from Culex *** in Central and South *** genome of GCXV is composed of four or five single-stranded positive RNA ***,the infection kinetics and transmission capability of GCXV in mosquitoes remain *** this study,we used reverse genetics to rescue two GCXVs(4S and 5S)that contained four and five RNA segments,respectively,in C6/36 *** in vitro characterization revealed that the two GCXVs exhibited comparable replication kinetics,protein expression and viral ***,GCXV RNAs were detected in the bodies,salivary glands,midguts and ovaries of Culex quinquefasciatus at 4–10 days after oral *** addition,two GCXVs can colonize *** eggs,resulting in positive rates of 15%–35%for the second gonotrophic *** conclusion,our results demonstrated that GCXVs with four or five RNA segments can be detected in *** eggs during the first and second gonotrophic cycles after oral infection.

The aim of the present study was to develop layered double hydroxide(LDH) nanoparticles coated with PEGylated phospholipid membrane. By comparing the size distribution and zeta potential, the weight ratio of LDH to lipid materials which constitute the outside membrane was identified as 2:1. Transmission electron microscopy photographs confirmed the core-shell structure of PEGylated phospholipid membrane coated LDH(PEG-PLDH)nanoparticles, and cell cytotoxicity assay showed their good cell viability on Hela and BALB/C-3 T3 cells over the concentration range from 0.5 to 50 μg/mL.

社会形态更替本质上是生产力从低质到高质的发展过程,生产力水平提升是人类社会发展的根本动力。新质生产力以“新”为起点,以“质”为重点,以“生产力”为落脚点,培育新质生产力着力点在新科技、新产业和新要素。数据要素作为数字时代战略性生产要素,是实现企业数字化、智能化的关键。国家级大数据综合试验区深耕数据蓝海,培育大数据产业,释放强劲生产力效能。探究大数据试验区依托数据要素助力现代化经济体系建设的现实路径,对加快形成新质生产力,利用科技创新实现经济高质量增长,推进中国式现代化建设具有重要意义。文章梳理现有新质生产力的概念与内涵,引入数据要素,理清大数据综合试验区赋能新质生产力理论机制,基于2011—2021年全国230个地级市面板数据,以科技生产力、绿色生产力和数字生产力三维度构建城市层面新质生产力指标体系,将国家级大数据综合试验区试点政策视为准自然实验,构建多期双重差分模型实证检验试点政策效应,并从多维度刻画试点政策效应异质性。研究结果发现:国家级大数据综合试验区显著赋能新质生产力提升,且这一结论在多种稳健性检验下仍然成立。维度异质性分析表明,试点政策在科技生产力、绿色生产力和数字生产力三个维度均存在显著赋能;地域异质性分析表明,在东部沿海地区和长江经济带地区政策赋能效应更为明显;经济特征异质性分析表明,拥有较高水平产业结构、人力资本和数字基础设施的城市政策赋能作用突出。机制分析表明,试点政策激励企业加大研发投入进而赋能新质生产力。据此提出政策建议:依据新质生产力子维度优化试点政策驱动数据要素渠道;针对地区产业结构异质性,有的放矢推进大数据综合试验区改革;政策实施环节充分发挥地方政府引导和企业模范带头作用。

Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)is a globally important oil *** blotch is one of the most important foliar diseases affecting peanut,which results in serious yield losses *** web blotch-resistant peanut varieties is the most effective and economically viable method for minimizing yield losses due to web *** the current study,a bulked segregant analysis with next-generation sequencing was used to analyze an F2:3 segregating population and identify candidate loci related to web blotch *** on the fine-mapping of the candidate genomic interval using kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)markers,we identified a novel web blotch resistance-related locus spanning approximately 169 kb on chromosome *** region included four annotated genes,of which only Arahy.35VVQ3 had a non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphism in the coding region between the two *** markers(Chr.16.12872635 and Chr.16.12966357)linked to this gene were shown to be co-segregated with the resistance of peanut web blotch by 72 randomly selected recombinant inbred lines(RIL),which could be used in marker-assisted breeding of resistant peanut varieties.

The critical role of vanadium in metallurgy and the increasing commercialization of vanadium redox flow batteries have contributed to a rise in market demand for vanadium, emphasizing the need to ensure the sustainability of vanadium production. Converter vanadium slag and stone coal, generated during the smelting process of vanadium–titanium magnetite, serve as primary raw materials for vanadium extraction. This paper reviews the process mineralogy of converter vanadium slag and stone coal, encompassing the chemical and physical phase compositions of the raw materials and the state of vanadium occurrence. The aim is to establish a theoretical foundation for the mechanistic study of the vanadium extraction techniques and to provide a reference for the optimization of the process afterward. This paper systematically summarizes the current vanadium extraction technology from converter vanadium slag, covering roasting,direct leaching, sub-molten salt method, and the technology and research status of vanadium extraction from stone coal. Most importantly, it identifies key issues in the current vanadium extraction techniques and challenges faced in actual production, based on the analysis of the current vanadium extraction process and mechanism research. The forward feasibility and prospects for the development of vanadium extraction technology are outlined.

BACKGROUND The incidence of gastric cancer remains high,and it is the sixth most common cancer and the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths *** contrastenhanced ultrasonography is a simple,non-invasive,and painless method for the diagnosis of gastric *** To explore the diagnostic value of oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for the detection of gastric *** The screening results based on oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and electronic gastroscopy were compared with those of the postoperative pathological *** Among 42 patients with gastric tumors enrolled in the study,the diagnostic accordance rate was 95.2%for oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(n=40)and 90.5%for electronic gastroscopy(n=38)compared with postoperative pathological *** Kappa value of consistency test with pathological findings was 0.812 for oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and 0.718 for electronic gastroscopy,and there was no significant difference between them(P=0.397).For the TNM staging of gastric tumors,the accuracy rate of oral contrast enhanced ultrasonography was 81.9%for the overall T staging and 50%,77.8%,100%,and 100%for T1,T2,T3,and T4 staging,*** sensitivity and specificity were both 100%for stages T3 and *** diagnostic accuracy rate of oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was 93.8%,80%,100%,and 100%for stages N0,N1-N3,M0,and M1,*** The accordance rate of qualitative diagnosis by oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography is comparable to that of gastroscopy,and it could be used as the preferred method for the early screening of gastric tumors.

随着中国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,养老服务设施供给与需求的矛盾日益凸显。本文以无锡市为研究区,使用地理统计、缓冲区分析、高斯两步移动搜索等方法评价无锡市养老服务设施的可达性特征,分析无锡市养老服务设施的空间分布和供需状况,引入XGBoost算法计算不同类型养老服务的分布影响因素。研究发现,无锡市的居家和机构养老资源分布都具有空间异质性,存在供需不匹配、区域发展不协调的问题,不同地区养老服务可达性差异巨大。社区居家养老服务站的分布相对更加公平,但仍然与老年人口数量不匹配。影响养老机构和社区居家养老服务站分布的因素存在明显差异。养老机构分布受到交通基础设施、老年人口数量、医疗资源数量、环境、经济水平等多种因素的影响,而社区居家养老主要受老年人口数量的影响。为了更好地满足居民的养老服务需求,无锡市需要加大养老服务设施的投入,并采取多种措施促进养老服务设施的发展和提升。
