Background:Our previous study found that mouse embryonic neural stem cell(NSC)-derived exosomes(EXOs)regulated NSC differentiation via the miR-9/Hes1 ***,the effects of EXOs on brain microvascular endothelial cell(BMEC)dysfunction via the miR-9/Hes1 axis remain ***,the current study aimed to determine the effects of EXOs on BMEC proliferation,migration,and death via the miR-9/Hes1 ***:Immunofluorescence,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,cell counting kit-8 assay,wound healing assay,calcein-acetoxymethyl/propidium iodide staining,and hematoxylin and eosin staining were used to determine the role and mechanism of EXOs on ***:EXOs promoted BMEC proliferation and migration and reduced cell death under hypoxic *** overexpression of miR-9 promoted BMEC prolifera-tion and migration and reduced cell death under hypoxic ***,miR-9 downregulation inhibited BMEC proliferation and migration and also promoted cell ***1 silencing ameliorated the effect of amtagomiR-9 on BMEC proliferation and migration and cell *** structures were observed in the regions of the hippocampus and cortex in hypoxia-induced ***,EXO treatment improved cerebrovascular ***:NSC-derived EXOs can promote BMEC proliferation and migra-tion and reduce cell death via the miR-9/Hes1 axis under hypoxic ***,EXO therapeutic strategies could be considered for hypoxia-induced vascular injury.

AIM： To investigate the regulation of lipoxygenase （LOX）-1 and Dectin-1 on interleukin-10 （IL-10） production in mice with Aspergillus fumigatus （A. fumigatus） keratitis. METHODS： The corneas of C57BL/6 mice were pretreated with LOX-1 inhibitor Poly（I） or Dectin-1 siRNA separately before the infection of A. fumigatus. Polymerase chain reaction （PCR） and Western blot were used to detect the expression of IL-10. RESULTS： The mRNA and protein expressions of IL-10 were significantly increased in mice with A. fumigatus keratitis. Compared with the group pretreated with sterile water before infection, Poly（I） pretreatment suppressed IL-10 expression significantly. Compared with the group pretreated with scrambled siRNA before infection, Dectin-1 siRNA pretreatment significantly reduced IL-10 expression in response to A. fumigatus infection. CONCLUSION： LOX-1 and Dectin-1 regulate IL-10 production in mouse A. fumigatus keratitis.

Calcined ginger nuts admixed by fly ash and quartz sand (CGN-(F+S)) has been validated to be basically compatible to earthen sites as an anchor grout. Accelerated ageing tests including water stability test, temperature and humidity cycling test, soundness test and alkali resistance test are conducted with the objective to further research the property changes of CGN-(F+S) grout. Density, surface hardness, water penetration capacity, water permeability capacity, soluble salt, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) spectrum of these samples have been tested after accelerated ageing tests. The results show that densities of samples decrease, surface hardness, water penetration capacity and water permeability capacity of samples increase generally. Besides, soluble salt analysis, SEM and EDS results well corroborate the changes. Based on the results it can be concluded that property changes are most serious after temperature and humidity cycling test, followed by water stability, soundness and alkali resistance test in sequence. But in general, CGN-(F+S) still has good durability.

目的为人类辅助生殖技术(ART)用液产品中铵离子含量的控制及储存条件提供参考。方法选择市场上6个厂家17批不同作用的ART用液,使用离子色谱法测定铵离子含量,并分析储存温度和储存时间对铵离子含量的影响。结果货架有效期内,冷冻液套装、解冻液套装、培养液、处理液中铵离子含量分别为0.89~3.34µg/mL,0.88~4.68µg/mL,0.75~1.45µg/mL,0.38~3.89µg/mL。胚胎培养液中铵离子含量,37℃储存时30 d内从0.9µg/mL升至3.1µg/mL,4℃储存时240 d内从0.6µg/mL升至1.7µg/mL。结论不同作用ART用液中铵离子含量存在差异,且与产品的储存温度、储存时间呈正相关。在进行货架有效期制订时,应考虑产品中铵离子含量。

Dissipative soliton resonance(DSR) was previously studied in separated mode-locked fiber lasers within different dispersion regimes including anomalous, near-zero and normal dispersion. Here we propose a method to study DSR in a single mode-locked laser in these different dispersion regimes. This is achieved by virtue of a waveshaper which can control the laser dispersion readily using software, avoiding the usual tedious cutback method. We find that dispersion has a negligible effect on DSR since the pulse duration keeps constant while dispersion is varied. Moreover, we examine the dynamics of DSR on the parameters of the SA including modulation depth and saturation power, and find that the pulse duration can be changed in a large range when the saturation power is decreased. Our numerical simulations could be important to guide relative experimental studies.

Intimal hyperplasia(IH)is a negative vascular remodeling after arterial *** occasionally occurs in elastase-induced abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)mouse *** study aims to clarify the incidence and histological characteristics of IH in aneurysmal mice.A retrospective study was conducted by including 42 male elastaseinduced mouse AAA *** IH incidence,aortic diameters with or without IH,and hyperplasia lesional features of mice were *** 42 elastase-induced AAA mouse models,10 mice developed mild IH(24%)and severe IH was found in only 2 mice(5%).The outer diameters of the AAA segments in mice with and without IH did not show significant *** mild and severe IH lesions show strong smooth muscle cell positive staining,but endothelial cells were occasionally observed in severe IH *** was obvious macrophage infiltration in the IH lesions of the AAA mouse models,especially in mice with severe ***,only a lower numbers of T cells and B cells were found in the IH *** cell-secreted matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)2 was highly expressed in all IH lesions,but MMP9 was only overexpressed in severe *** conclusion,this study is the first to demonstrate the occurrence of aneurysmal IH and its histological characteristics in an elastaseinduced mouse AAA *** will help researchers better understand this model,and optimize it for use in AAA-related research.

目的探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛联合经皮穴位电刺激在阴道分娩初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年8月成都市金牛区妇幼保健院收治的130例经阴道分娩的初产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例。对照组单用硬膜外分娩镇痛,观察组采用硬膜外分娩镇痛联合经皮穴位电刺激。比较两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、疼痛评分、产程、新生儿Apgar评分、不良反应总发生率、血清皮质醇(Cor)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果组内比较:观察组宫口开3 cm(T1)与镇痛前(T0)的MAP比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与T0比较,两组血清Cor水平在分娩后30 min(T4)降低,5-HT水平在产后第3天(T5)升高(P<0.01)。观察组血清Cor水平在T4低于对照组,5-HT水平在T5高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论硬膜外分娩镇痛联合经皮穴位电刺激在阴道分娩初产妇中的应用效果较好,可减轻分娩疼痛,降低血清Cor水平,升高5-HT水平,且具有安全性。

Emerging and re-emerging RNA viruses occasionally cause epidemics and pandemics worldwide,such as the on-going outbreak of the novel coronavirus ***,we identified two potent inhibitors of human DHODH,S312 and S416,with favorable drug-likeness and pharmacokinetic profiles,which all showed broad-spectrum antiviral effects against various RNA viruses,including influenza A virus,Zika virus,Ebola virus,and particularly against ***,S416 is reported to be the most potent inhibitor so far with an EC5o of 17 nmol/L and an SI value of 10,505.88 in infec-ted *** results are the first to validate that DHODH is an attractive host target through high antiviral efficacy in vivo and low virus replication in DHODH knock-out *** work demonstrates that both S312/S416 and old drugs(Leflunomide/Teriflunomide)with dual actions of antiviral and immuno-regulation may have clinical potentials to cure SARS-CoV-2 or other RNA viruses circulating worldwide,no matter such viruses are mutated or not.
