During the storage and transportation of the mango fruit, the major source of disease is anthracnose, caused by the fungus Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The objective of this study is to find an appropriate method that not only reduces mango decay but also maintains its postharvest quality. The effects of chemicals, the use of the yeast species Metschnikowia pulcherrima and their combination on storage quality, focusing on the enzyme activity related to disease of Tainong mangos was studied. By immersing the mangoes in M. pulcherrima suspension(1.0×10~8 cfu mL^(–1)), salicylic acid(SA) solution(50 mg L^(–1)) or calcium chloride(CaCl_2) solution(1.0 g L^(–1)), the lesion expansion and decay of the mango fruit caused by C. gloeosporioides could be significantly delayed. These treatments also delayed the changes in quality traits(a~* value, firmness, contents of total soluble solids(TSS) and vitamin C(Vc), while the activities of anti-disease enzymes such as polyphenol oxidase(PPO), phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL), chitinase(CHT) and β-1,3-glucanase(GUN) were enhanced as compared to the control treatment. Furthermore, the combination of SA solution, CaCl_2 solution and M. pulcherrima suspension presented an additive effect, increasing the efficacy in controlling the disease and maintaining the storage quality of mango fruits. Taken together, our data suggest that the integration of chemical treatments combined with M. pulcherrima could be an alternative to the use of fungicides in postharvest treatment of the mango fruit, specifically for improving storage quality as well as the control of the anthracnose.

Chiral activated alkene, L-menthyl acrylate and （＋）-N-α-phenylethyl acrylamide, induced asymmetric Baylis-HiUman reaction of aromatic aldehydes was realized at 25℃ for 7 days in Me3N/H2O/solvent homogeneous medium. The corresponding Baylis-Hillman adducts were obtained in good chemical yield with moderate to excellent diastereoselectivity （up to 99% de）.

A novel phthalonitrile derivative containing an amino group, 3,5-bis（3,4-dicyanophenoxy）aniline （CPA）, was synthesized via a nucleophilic displacement of 4-nitrophthalonitrile and 5-aminoresorcinol hydrochloride. The structure of CPA was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectra （FT-IR） and nuclear magnetic resonance （^1H NMR）. Thermal analysis performed on CPA revealed that the novel phthalonitrile derivative showed a self-promotion curing behavior and the resulting polymer exhibited outstanding heat-resistance.

The leaf area index（LAI） is an important vegetation parameter,which is used widely in many *** sensing techniques are known to be effective but inexpensive methods for estimating the LAI of crop *** the last two decades,hyperspectral remote sensing has been employed increasingly for crop LAI estimation,which requires unique technical procedures compared with conventional multispectral data,such as denoising and dimension ***,we provide a comprehensive and intensive overview of crop LAI estimation based on hyperspectral remote sensing ***,we compare hyperspectral data and multispectral data by highlighting their potential and limitations in LAI ***,we categorize the approaches used for crop LAI estimation based on hyperspectral data into three types：approaches based on statistical models,physical models（i.e.,canopy reflectance models）,and hybrid *** summarize and evaluate the theoretical basis and different methods employed by these approaches（e.g.,the characteristic parameters of LAI,regression methods for constructing statistical predictive models,commonly applied physical models,and inversion strategies for physical models）.Thus,numerous models and inversion strategies are organized in a clear conceptual ***,we highlight the technical difficulties that may hinder crop LAI estimation,such as the ＂curse of dimensionality＂ and the ill-posed ***,we discuss the prospects for future research based on the previous studies described in this review.

Compressed Air Energy Storage(CAES) has tremendous promotional value in the intermittent renewable energy supply systems. CAES has special requirements for compressor(e.g. heavy load, high pressure ratio, wide range). With advantages of higher efficiency and wider operation range, IGC(Integrally Geared Compressors) is selected to fulfill the special requirements of the large-scale CAES. To get a better aerodynamic performance, in this paper, based on the analysis of internal flow of centrifugal compressor, a multi-objective one-dimensional optimization design program was put forward combined with modified Two-Zone model and a low solidity vaned diffuser(LSVD) design method. Then, a centrifugal compressor aerodynamic component optimization design system was established with the three-dimensional blade optimization design method based on neural network and genetic optimization algorithm. Then a validation was done by redesigning the Krain-Impeller to get better performance. Finally, the aerodynamic design of the first stage of IGC was completed. The CFD calculation results indicated that the total-to-total pressure ratio of the first stage was 2.51 and the polytropic efficiency was 91.0% at the design point. What’s more, an operation margin and surge margin of the compressor was about 26.5% and 16.4% respectively.

The voltage-dependent anion channel （VDAC） plays an essential role in the permeability of mltochondrial membrane. In the present study, we isolated a novel VDAC gene （brvdac） based on the assembly of expressed sequence tag sequences from Brassica rapa L. and explored its differential expression patterns In growth, tissues, abiotlc stress, and stress recovery. Results of a tissue-specific expression study in young seedlings Indicated that, of all tissues tested, brvdac expression was the highest in the leaves. Under cold, drought, and salt stresses, brvdac expression showed a transient Increase, and then returned to normal levels when the stress was removed. When plants were exposed to heat shock, there was no Increase in brvdac expression, whereas during recovery a quick and considerable increase in expression was observed. These observations indicate that dissimilar modulations of brvdactranscription may occur when plant cells encounter heat shock and the other three types of stress. In addition, phylogenetic analysis Implied that an earlier duplication of vdac probably occurred before the divergence between monocotyledons and dicotyledons.

Land surface temperature(LST),especially day-night LST difference(LSTd-LSTn),is a key variable for the stability of terrestrial ecosystems,affected by vegetation and climate *** the contribution and feedback of vegetation and climate to LST changes is critical to developing mitigation *** on LST,Normalized vegetation index(NDVI),land use(LU),air temperature(AT)and precipitation(Pre)from 2003 to 2021,partial correlation was used to analyze the response of LST to vegetation and *** feedback and contribution of both to LST were further quantifed by using spatial linear relationships and partial derivatives *** results showed that both interannual LST(LSTy)and LSTd-LSTn responded negatively to vegetation,and vegetation had a negative feedback effect in areas with significantly *** was also a major contributor to the decline of *** the advantage of positive partial correlation area of 94.99%,AT became the main driving factor and contributor to LSTy change *** contributed negatively to both LSTy and LSTd-LSTn,with contributions of-0.004℃/y and-0.022℃/y,*** played a decisive role in LST warming of YRB,which was partially mitigated by vegetation and *** present research contributed'to,the,detection,of LST changes and improved understanding of the driving mechanism.
