As a conse.ue.ce.of the.Vunidogoloa re.ocation, this article.also e.plore. how the.Fiji Gove.nme.t is planning for similar re.e.tle.e.t transitions, including vulne.ability and adaptation asse.sme.ts to de.e.op a list of pote.tial community re.ocations and the.de.e.opme.t of national re.ocation guide.ine.. Spe.ific Me.ical Subje.t He.dings te.ms (colon, colon polyps, ade.omatous polyps, e.ide.iology, natural history, growth, cance. scre.ning, colonoscopy, CRC) we.e.use. in conjunction with subje.t he.dings/ke. words (surve.llance. ade.oma surve.llance. polype.tomy surve.llance. and se.rate. ade.oma). We.de.ine. non-advance. ade.omas as 1-2 ade.omas e.ch 25% villous histology or high-grade.dysplasia. A combine. e.dpoint of advance. ne.plasia include. advance. ade.omas and invasive.CRC. Re.ULTSOur se.rch strate.y ide.tifie. 592 candidate.article. of which 8 me. inclusion crite.ia and we.e.re.e.ant for asse.sme.t of histology (low grade.vs high grade.dysplasia, villous fe.ture.) and ade.oma size.
