In this study,phenolic profile of Allium scorodoprasum *** and its bioactivity in multiway approach including antioxidant,antimicrobial,antidiabetic,cytotoxic and antiinflamatory activities were *** extraction of phenolic and flavonoid compounds from Allium scorodoprasum *** was optimized as a function of ethanol percentage,extraction temperature and extraction time by employing a response surface *** optimal extraction conditions were found as 79℃extraction temperature,28%ethanol and 118 min duration of the *** was determined as the major phenolic compound of the extract obtained under the optimal conditions and followed by vanillic,caffeic,2,4 hydroxybenzoic and ellagic *** addition to high antioxidant capacity,the obtained extract showed antimicrobial activity,against different bacteria and *** concentrations of the extract obtained at the optimal conditions that inhibited 50%of Aspergillus oryzae and pancreaticα-amylases andα-glycosidase activities were calculated as 11.56,14.35 and 19.35 mg extract/ml,*** antiinflammatory effect of the obtained extract was also examined,and it was more inhibitory against xanthine oxidase activity than against lipoxygenase *** cytotoxicity of the optimized extract was observed against breast and bone cancer cells,and it showed significant cytotoxic activity especially on bone cancer *** a result,Allium scorodoprasum *** could serve as a promising source of natural bioactive compounds for application in food and non-food products.

In this article we discuss Noether conservation laws admitted by a lagrangian l = gab(dx^a/ds)(dx^b/ds)of a test particle moving in the field of a general plane symmetric non-static spacetime metric. In this context, we first present a general solution representing a Noether symmetry vector subject to differential constraints satisfied by the general plane symmetric non-static metric. We then use a class of plane symmetric non-static metrics obtained by Feroze et al. and discuss, in each case, Noether conservation laws in comparison with Killing symmetries.

AIM To demonstrate the feasibility of cryopreservation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) for prognostic circulating tumor cell(CTC) detection in gastroesophageal *** Using 7.5 m l blood samples collected in EDTA tubes from patients with gastroesopheagal adenocarcinoma, CTCs were isolated by epithelial cell adhesion molecule based immunomagnetic capture using the Iso Flux platform. Paired specimens taken during the same blood draw(n = 15) were used to compare number of CTCs isolated from fresh and cryopreserved PBMCs. Blood samples were processed within 24 h to recover the PBMC fraction, with PBMCs used for fresh analysis immediately processed for CTC isolation. Cryopreservation of PBMCs lasted from 2 wk to 25.2 mo(median 14.6 mo). CTCs isolated from pre-treatment cryopreserved PBMCs(n = 43) were examined for associations with clinicopathological variables and survival *** While there was a significant trend to a decrease in CTC numbers associated with cryopreserved specimens(mean number of CTCs 34.4 vs 51.5, P = 0.04), this was predominately in samples with a total CTC count of > 50, with low CTC count samples less affected(P = 0.06). There was no significant association between the duration of cryopreservation and number of CTCs. In cryopreserved PBMCs from patient samples prior to treatment, a high CTC count(> 17) was associated with poorer overall survival(OS)(n = 43, HR = 4.4, 95%CI: 1.7-11.7, P = 0.0013). In multivariate analysis, after controlling for sex, age, stage, ECOG performance status, and primary tumor location, a high CTC count remained significantly associated with a poorer OS(HR = 3.7, 95%CI: 1.2-12.4, P = 0.03). CONClUSION PBMC cryopreservation for delayed CTC isolation is a valid strategy to assist with sample collection, transporting and processing.

In this study,the electronic transition properties and structural analysis of the metal complexes(Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)and Mn(Ⅱ))of three different polymer ligands were performed by using XRF and X-ray diffraction(XRD)techniques,*** structural analysis of the polymers and their complexes were performed by XRD technique and some of the polymers were found to be in the face-centred cubic(fcc)*** addition,the values of the present K X-ray intensity ratios are significantly greater than the values reported in literature.

Background There are limited numbers of studies focusing on renal efects of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection and proximal tubular dysfunction in children with COVID-19 *** purpose of this study was to evaluate the functions of the proximal tubule in hospitalized children with confrmed acute *** The children who were hospitalized for confrmed COVID-19 were included in this prospective descriptive *** presence of at least two of the following four abnormalities was used to diagnose proximal tubule injury:abnormal tubular reabsorption of phosphate,normoglycemic glycosuria,hyperuricosuria,and *** A total of 115 patients were included in the *** a third of the individuals had elevated blood creatinine levels or *** addition,abnormal renal tubular phosphate loss measured by renal tubular phosphate loss was found in 10(8.7%)patients,as was hyperuricosuria in 28.6%.As a result,total proximal tubular dysfunction was found in 24(20.9%)*** One in every fve children with acute COVID-19 infections had proximal tubular dysfunction,according to our ***,the rate of proximal tubular dysfunction was lower than in adults,it should be *** recovery of proximal tubular function in children with COVID-19 should be followed.

The research findings of the phase composition,nanostructure and optical properties of strontium-barium niobate thin films are ***_(x)Ba_(1−x)Nb_(2)O_(6)nanosized films(x=0.5 and 0.61)were characterized by XRD,SEM and AFM *** multi-angle ellipsometry and spectrophotometry were used to determine the optical parameters(refractive index,its dispersion,and thickness of the damaged surface layer)of thin *** was shown that SBN-50 and SBN-61 thin films were grown c-oriented on Al_(2)O_(3)(0001)and heteroepitaxial on MgO(001)*** increase of refractive index,approaching its maximum value in the bulk material for a given composition as the film thickness increases,is observed.

AIM:To investigate the healing process after severe corneal epithelial damage in rats treated with mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)cultured with or without keratinocyte growth factor(KGF-2)and autologous serum(AS)on amniotic membrane(AM).Many patients are blind and devastated by severe ocular surface diseases due to limbal stem cell *** marrow-derived MSCs are potential sources for cellbased tissue engineering to repair or replace the corneal tissue,having the potential to differentiate to epithelial ***:The study included 5 groups each including 10 female'sprague Dawley'rats in addition to20 male rats used as bone marrow *** I rats received AM+MSCs,Group II rats AM+MSCs cultured with KGF-2,Group III rats AM+MSCs cultured with KGF-2+AS,Group IV rats only AM and Group V rats,*** was derived from blood drawn from male rats and bone marrow was obtained from the femur and tibia bones of the same *** effect was evaluated with clinical,histopathological and immunohistochemical *** engraftment was demonstrated via detection of donor genotype(Y+)in the recipient tissue(X)with polymerase chain ***:Corneal healing was significantly better in Groups I-III rats treated with MSC transplantation compared to Group IV and Group V rats with supportive treatment *** best results were obtained in Group III rats with 90%transparency,70%lack of neovascularization,and 100%epithelium damage limited to less than 1/4 of ***:We suggest that culture of MSCs with KGF-2 and AS on AM is effective in corneal repair in case of irreversible damage to limbal stem cells.

The Effect of Zinc （Zn） Fertilization on Alleviating Cd Accumulation in Durum Wheat Grain

Cadmium （Cd） contamination of agricultural soils may pose severe risks and hazards for humans through food chain, as crop plants accumulate Cd in their edible tissues. Cd translocation from soil to plant is largely dependent on soil and plant type. Cd accumulation occurs much more in crop plants grown in soils with severe zinc （Zn） deficiency and durum wheat tends to accumulate more Cd in grain than the other cereals. The objective of this study was to evaluate the alleviating effect of Zn fertilization on Cd accumulation in durum wheat grain. A pot experiment including foliar Zn application of 0.3% w/v ZnSO4 and soil Cd applications of 0, 0.2 and 1.0 mg/kg was carried out in a completely randomized design using a Zn-deficient soil. Grain Cd concentration of plants receiving 0 mg/kg Cd was 31 μg/kg, whereas with 0.2 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg Cd applications it increased to the levels of 215 μg/kg and 1,489 μg/kg, respectively. Along with 0.3% ZnSO4 leaf applications, grain Cd concentrations decreased to 171 μg/kg and 754 μg/kg, by a reduction of 20.5% and 49.3%, respectively. In conclusion, it was determined that leaf applied Zn fertilizer might alleviate Cd accumulation in durum wheat grain in Zn deficiency conditions.

本文研究了用常规萃取剂Aliquat 336从含铼的弱酸溶液（PH=1—3）中萃取钼的可能性。提出了温度对萃取影响的机理,特别是钼和铼的萃取机理。结果表明,选择性系数（β=DMo/DRe）取决于钼和铼的浓度以及溶液中NO3~浓度。当钼和硝酸根离子增加时,β亦随之增加;升高温度也有相同的效果。萃取时需补加添加剂:铼浓度较低时,最好用高分子醇作添加剂,铼浓度较高时,最好用乙酰苯作添加剂。作者认为研究结果可推广,若用三烷基胺（例如,三辛胺）作萃取剂,也能得到类似的结果。
