An Al62.5Cu25Fe12.5 quasi-crystalline alloy was prepared by are m.lting. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron m.croscopy were used to study the m.crostructure of the quasi-crystalline alloy. Isotherm.l weight gain of the Al-Cu-Fe quasi-crystal at elevated tem.erature in dry air was m.asured by m.ans of a therm.l balance and the oxidation behavior was evaluated by oxidation kinetic curves, from.which it was deduced that the quasi-crystal exhibits good oxidation resistance. The surface m.rphologies of the Al-Cu-Fe quasi-crystal after isotherm.l oxidation at 700°C and 800°C for different tim.s were observed. The oxidation resistance of quasi-crystalline powder and norm.l crystalline powder in the Al-Cu-Fe system.was also quantitatively com.ared in quantity.

Parkinson’s disease is a com.on neurodegenerative disease with m.vem.nt disorders associated with the intracytoplasm.c deposition of aggregate proteins such asα-synuclein in *** one of the m.jor intracellular degradation pathways,the autophagy-lysosom. pathway plays an im.ortant role in elim.nating these *** evidence has shown that upregulation of the autophagy-lysosom. pathway m.y contribute to the clearance ofα-synuclein aggregates and protect against degeneration of dopam.nergic neurons in Parkinson’s ***,m.ltiple genes associated with the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease are intim.tely linked to alterations in the autophagy-lysosom. ***,this pathway appears to be a prom.sing therapeutic target for treatm.nt of Parkinson’s *** this review,we briefly introduce the m.chinery of ***,we provide a description of the effects of Parkinson’s disease–related genes on the autophagy-lysosom. ***,we highlight the potential chem.cal and genetic therapeutic strategies targeting the autophagy–lysosom. pathway and their applications in Parkinson’s disease.

Tanycytes, specialized ependym.l cells located in the hypothalam.s, play a crucial role in the generation of new neurons that contribute to the neural circuits responsible for regulating the system.c energy balance. The precise coordination of the gene networks controlling neurogenesis in naive and m.ture tanycytes is essential for m.intaining hom.ostasis in adulthood. However, our understanding of the m.lecular m.chanism. and signaling pathways that govern the proliferation and differentiation of tanycytes into neurons rem.ins lim.ted. This article aim. to review the recent advancem.nts in research into the m.chanism. and functions of tanycyte-derived neurogenesis. Studies em.loying lineage-tracing techniques have revealed that the neurogenesis specifically originating from.tanycytes in the hypothalam.s has a com.ensatory role in neuronal loss and helps m.intain energy hom.ostasis during m.tabolic diseases. Intriguingly,m.tabolic disorders are considered early biom.rkers of Alzheim.r's disease. Furtherm.re,the neurogenic potential of tanycytes and the state of newborn neurons derived from.tanycytes heavily depend on the m.intenance of m.ld m.croenvironm.nts, which m.y be disrupted in Alzheim.r's disease due to the im.aired blood–brain barrier ***, the specific alterations and regulatory m.chanism. governing tanycyte-derived neurogenesis in Alzheim.r's disease rem.in unclear. Accum.lating evidence suggests that tanycyte-derived neurogenesis m.ght be im.aired in Alzheim.r's disease, exacerbating neurodegeneration. Confirm.ng this hypothesis, however, poses a challenge because of the lack of long-term.tracing and nucleus-specific analyses of newborn neurons in the hypothalam.s of patients with Alzheim.r's disease. The particle packed bed energy storage system.has advantages such as low costs and wide tem.erature ranges,which can be com.ined with solar therm.l power generation system. to solve the inherent volatility and discontinuity of renewable *** new m.terials with low costs and excellent storage perform.nces is one of the eternal research hotspots in the field of energy *** paper innovatively uses sintered ore particles as energy storage m.terial and studies the effect of particle size on the airflow resistance characteristics,energy storage characteristics,and therm.cline evolution characteristics of the packed bed through therm.l energy storage *** results indicate that for the particles in the m.cro scale,the sm.ller the particle,the lower the absolute perm.ability of the bed and the greater the airflow *** packed bed with sm.ller particles has a larger specific surface area,larger bulk m.ss,and sm.ller bed ***,the packed beds with sm.ller particles have better therm.cline characteristics,less irreversible loss,and can achieve higher therm.l efficiency and higher exergy efficiency in the heat storage *** cycle therm.l efficiency in packed beds with 25-40 m.,16-25 m.,and 10-16 m. particles is 53.58%,56.27%,and 57.60%,respectively,and the cycle exergy efficiency is 61.81%,69.25%,and 74.13%,***,this paper also studies the effect of discharging airflow rates on therm.l storage *** experim.ntal results indicate that suitable discharging strategies should be selected based on different heat dem.nds.

Sodium.ion batteries （SIBs） with organic electrodes are an em.rging research direction due to the sustainability of organic m.terials based on elem.nts like C,H,O,and sodium.***,organic electrode m.terials for SIBs are m.inly used as cathodes because of their relatively high redox potentials（>1 V）.Organic electrodes with low redox potential that can be used as anode are ***,a novel organic anode m.terial （tetrasodium.1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylate,Na4TDC） has been developed with low redox potential （m.storage m.chanism.was dem.nstrated with various in-situ/ex-situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations,showing a high capacity of 208 m.h/g and an average decay rate of m.rely 0.022%per ***,the Na4TDC-hard carbon com.osite can further acquire im.roved capacity and cycling stability for 1200 cycles even with a high m.ss loading of up to 20 m. *** pairing with a thick Na3V2（PO4）3cathode (20.6 m. cm.2),the as-fabricated full cell exhibited high operating voltage （2.8 V）,excellent rate perform.nce and cycling stability with a high capacity retention of 88.7% after 200 cycles,well highlighting the Na4TDC anode m.terial for SIBs.
