High fecundity is a common characteristic of insect pests which increases the difficulty of population ***/threonine kinase Akt is an indispensable component of the insulin signaling *** of LsAkt severely hinders reproduction in Lasioderma serricorne,a stored product insect ***,the post-transcriptional pathway of LsAkt in *** remains *** study identified 2 binding sites of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 in the coding sequences of *** expression profiles of 2 microRNAs(miRNAs)and LsAkt displayed an opposite pattern during the adult *** reporter assay showed that novel-mir50 and miR-9c-5p could downregulate the expression of *** of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 by injection of mimics inhibited the expression of LsAkt and reduced oviposition,decreased egg hatchability,and blocked ovarian *** also decreased the expression of genes involved in ovarian development(LsVg and LsVgR)and the nutritional signaling pathway(LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP),and reduced the phosphorylation of ***,injection of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 inhibitors induced the expressions of LsAkt,LsVg,LsVgR,LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP,enhanced Akt phosphorylation level,and accelerated ovarian *** of bovine insulin downregulated the expression of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 and upregulated the LsAkt *** also rescued the reproductive development defects associated with miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 overexpression,forming a positive regulatory loop of insulin *** results indicate that miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 regulates the female reproduction of *** by targeting Akt in response to insulin *** data also demonstrate the effects of the insulin/miRNA/Akt regulatory axis in insect reproduction.

BACKGROUND Intestinal tuberculosis is a chronic disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that mainly affects the ileum and *** bowel tuberculosis,characterized by predominant involvement of the small intestine,is an extremely rare condition with highly atypical clinical presentations,making diagnosis even more *** SUMMARY We report three cases of small intestinal tuberculosis,two of the patients pre-sented primarily with abdominal pain,and one presented with gastrointestinal *** patients underwent blood tests and imaging *** bowel endoscopy(SBE)revealed that the main lesions in these patients were in-testinal stenosis or gastrointestinal bleeding caused by small intestinal *** patient ultimately underwent surgical *** a complex diagnostic process and comprehensive analysis,all patients were confirmed to have small intestinal tuberculosis and received standard antituberculosis treatment,leading to an improvement in their *** Patients with SBTs present with nonspecific symptoms such as abdominal pain,weight loss,and occasional gastrointestinal *** diagnosis requires a thorough evaluation of clinical symptoms and various tests to avoid misdiagno-sis and complications.

Background:Choerospondias axillaris(CA)is a traditional Mongolian medicine that has been proven to have a good therapeutic effect on cerebrovascular *** Ischemia(CI)is a severe and life-threatening cerebrovascular ***,the specific mechanism of action of CA in the treatment of CI is still ***:In this study,the related targets and pathways of CA in the treatment of CI were first predicted by system pharmacology and then verified by relevant ***:The results showed that 12 active ingredients and 208 targets were *** validation through protein-protein interaction(PPI)network analysis and active ingredients-target-pathway(A-T-P)network analysis has confirmed the pivotal roles of the main bioactive constituents,including quercetin,kaempferol,naringin,β-sitosterol,and gallic *** components exert their anti-ischemic effects by modulating key targets such as IL6,TNF,MAPK3,and CASP3,thereby regulating the PI3K-Akt,HIF-1,and MAPK signaling pathways,which are integral to processes like inflammation,apoptosis,and oxidative *** importantly,through experimental verification,this study confirmed our prediction that CAE significantly reduced neurological function scores,infarct volume,and the percentage of apoptosis ***:This indicates that CA acts on CI through multi-target synergistic mechanism,and this study provides theoretical basis for the clinical application of CA.

研究了高超声速飞行器控制通道存在未知环境干扰时的指定时间跟踪控制问题.基于高超声速飞行器的输入输出线性化模型,借助参量Lyapunov方程的一些性质,设计一种光滑、有界的时变高增益控制律.相比于现有的高超声速飞行器有限/固定时间控制方法,该算法不会出现抖振现象,同时收敛时间不依赖于初始状态且可以事先设定.当高超声速飞行器存在未知的有界环境匹配干扰时,该控制器能使高度和速度在指定时间跟踪上参考信号.仿真结果验证了方法的有效性.

Yogurt is a traditional dairy product well known in all the regions of the world. In Cameroon, the most popularly known type is “kossam” also called curdled milk. Kossam is a set of milk based beverage from northern Cameroon presenting great symbolic, economic and social values for local population [1]. 150 Kossam samples were collected from neighborhoods of PK8, Bonamoussadi, Nyalla, cite des palmier, Deido and Bedi community and later on reconstituted into 50 different samples of 350 mL, each containing 1/3 of 3 individual samples. They were analyzed for their physiochemical properties such as: PH, titratable acidity, density, brix and dry matter using most at times the standard Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC) methods with slight modifications and results compared to a licensed brand sold in the Cameroonian market. The results of the study showed that, the physico-chemical properties of the locally made yogurts were different within the different samples. Analysis of variance revealed a significant difference in the levels of the parameters analyzed in the different yogurt samples (p −1 Kg/L), Brix (8˚ - 24˚B), Dornic (23˚ - 160˚D). others contents per 100 g fresh matter are as follows: dry matter (average mean of 16.54%). Hence, the significant variations in the physico-chemical properties of kossam are a call for concern since as it impacts on the health of the population consuming this product.

CoT-YOLO水下目标检测算法

水下检测由于背景复杂、光线暗淡、目标遮挡重叠等问题导致检测精度较低,提出一种CoT-YOLO水下目标检测算法提高检测精度。使用YOLOv5s作为基础模型,构建注重上下文信息的卷积神经网络,充分利用特征信息,增强全局特征表达能力,解决模型漏检、误检问题;改用解耦头,加快收敛速度;增添新的检测层并重获先验框,增强模型对小目标的检测能力,提高水下小目标检测效果;采用EIoU损失函数提高目标边界框的定位与回归。实验结果表明,改进后算法精确度达到77.9%,相较于基线提升了3.7%,mAP提升了5.2%,验证了该方法的有效性。

现代军事和体育训练对士兵和运动员提出更高要求,但也增加了应力性骨损伤(bone stress injuries, BSI)和女性运动员三联征(female athlete triad, FAT)的风险。BSI是体育运动和军事训练中常见的损伤,能量摄入不足(low energy availability)相关的危险因素,而女性运动员三联征是一种以低能量摄入为主要诱因,且涉及营养、生殖和骨骼系统的综合症候群。本综述旨在深入探讨BSI与FAT之间的关系,以运动中的能量摄入问题贯穿全文,通过详细阐述FAT与BSI的发病机制与能量摄入的相关性,以期提高对这两种疾病的认识,促进更好的预防和康复策略,以确保女性运动员和士兵的骨骼健康。
