We introduce Quafu-Qcover,an open-source cloud-based software package developed for solving combinatorial optimization problems using quantum simulators and hardware ***-Qcover provides a standardized and comprehensive workflow that utilizes the quantum approximate optimization algorithm(QAOA).It facilitates the automatic conversion of the original problem into a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization(QUBO)model and its corresponding Ising model,which can be subsequently transformed into a weight *** core of Qcover relies on a graph decomposition-based classical algorithm,which efficiently derives the optimal parameters for the shallow QAOA ***-Qcover incorporates a dedicated compiler capable of translating QAOA circuits into physical quantum circuits that can be executed on Quafu cloud quantum *** to a general-purpose compiler,our compiler demonstrates the ability to generate shorter circuit depths,while also exhibiting superior speed ***,the Qcover compiler has the capability to dynamically create a library of qubits coupling substructures in real-time,utilizing the most recent calibration data from the superconducting quantum *** ensures that computational tasks can be assigned to connected physical qubits with the highest *** Quafu-Qcover allows us to retrieve quantum computing sampling results using a task ID at any time,enabling asynchronous ***,it incorporates modules for results preprocessing and visualization,facilitating an intuitive display of solutions for combinatorial optimization *** hope that Quafu-Qcover can serve as an instructive illustration for how to explore application problems on the Quafu cloud quantum computers.

目的使用网络药理学探究清解化攻方对重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)相关急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,Ali)的可能作用机制,并通过动物实验验证。方法检索TCMSP、BATMAN-TCM、ETCM、SwissTargetPrediction数据库获取清解化攻方中各药物入血有效成分的作用靶点,在GeneCard数据库中检索获得SAP-Ali疾病靶点,将药物靶点与疾病靶点取交集获得共同靶点,随后通过STRING数据库及Cytoscape3.7.1软件对共同靶点进行蛋白互作网络分析,借助DAVID数据库行GO、KEGG富集分析,最后动物实验对关键信号通路予以验证。结果共筛选出清解化攻方治疗SAP-Ali有效活性成分28种,作用于42个共同靶点。PPI网络分析显示,STAT3、IL-6、TGFB1可能是核心靶点;GO、KEGG富集分析主要涉及细胞增殖、PI3K/AKT信号通路等。动物实验证实,清解化攻方能够改善SAP-Ali大鼠模型的胰腺、肺组织的病理情况,下调血清中α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α表达水平,下调肺组织中PI3K/AKT1信号通路相关蛋白及mRNA表达水平。结论清解化攻方可能通过多成分、多靶点,多通路协同治疗SAP-Ali,其机制可能与抑制PI3K/AKT信号通路活化有关。

With the rapid advancement of quantum computing,hybrid quantum–classical machine learning has shown numerous potential applications at the current stage,with expectations of being achievable in the noisy intermediate-scale quantum(NISQ)*** reinforcement learning,as an indispensable study,has recently demonstrated its ability to solve standard benchmark environments with formally provable theoretical advantages over classical ***,despite the progress of quantum processors and the emergence of quantum computing clouds,implementing quantum reinforcement learning algorithms utilizing parameterized quantum circuits(PQCs)on NISQ devices remains *** this work,we take the first step towards executing benchmark quantum reinforcement problems on real devices equipped with at most 136 qubits on the BAQIS Quafu quantum computing *** experimental results demonstrate that the policy agents can successfully accomplish objectives under modified conditions in both the training and inference ***,we design hardware-efficient PQC architectures in the quantum model using a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm and develop a learning algorithm that is adaptable to quantum *** hope that the Quafu-RL can be a guiding example to show how to realize machine learning tasks by taking advantage of quantum computers on the quantum cloud platform.

光伏故障检测对光伏电站智能运维具有重要意义。针对光伏组件红外图像中热斑目标小、难检测的问题,研究了基于改进Faster R CNN的光伏组件红外热斑故障检测模型。将Swin Transformer作为Faster R CNN模型中的特征提取模块,捕获图像的全局信息,建立特征之间的依赖关系,提高模型的建模能力;进一步利用BiFPN进行特征融合,改善了热斑故障由于目标小和特征不明显容易被模型忽略掉的问题;同时为了抑制光伏红外图像中背景和噪声的干扰,加入轻量级注意力模块CBAM,使模型更加关注重要通道和关键区域,提高对热斑故障检测精度。在自建光伏组件图像数据集上进行实验,热斑故障检测精度高达915,验证了本文模型对光伏组件热斑故障检测的有效性。

In this study,CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloys(HEAs)with a surface gradient nanostructure were produced using industrial shot blasting,which improved their mechanical properties compared to the untreated *** severely plastically deformed(SPD)surface layer had a multi-scale hierarchical structure with a high density of stacking faults,deformation nanotwins,and amorphous *** depth of the SPD layer steadily increased as the shot-blasting time *** differences in the microhardness and tensile strength before and after shotblasting demonstrated the significant effect of the SPD layer on the mechanical *** microhardness of the homogenized HEA was~5 *** comparison,the maximum microhardness of the specimens after 20 min of shot blasting was~8.0 GPa at the *** yield strength also improved by 178%,and a large ductility of~36%was *** nanograin boundary,stacking fault,and twin strengthening within the gradientnanostructured surface layer caused the strength to *** tensile deformation,strain concentration began at the surface of the specimen and gradually spread to the ***,the gradient-nanostructured surface layer with improved strain hardening can prevent early necking and ensure steady plastic deformation so that high toughness is achieved.

In this paper we present a motion compensation (MC) design for the newest Audio Video coding Standard (AVS) of China. Because of compression-efficient techniques of variable block size (VBS) and sub-pixel interpolation, intensive pixel calculation and huge memory access are required. We propose a parallel serial filtering mixed luma interpolation data flow and a three-stage multiplication free chroma interpolation scheme. Compared to the conventional designs, the integrated architecture supports about 2.7 times filtering throughput. The proposed MC design utilizes Vertical Z processing order for reference data re-use and saves up to 30% memory bandwidth. The whole design requires 44.3k gates when synthesized at 108 MHz clock frequency using 0.18-μm CMOS technology and can support up to 1920×1088@30 fps AVS HDTV video decoding.

To investigate the influence of adding CeO2 on the hydrogen storage characteristics of Sm-Mg-Ni-based SmMg11Ni-type alloy,mechanical milling was utilized to synthesize SrnMg11Ni and SmMg11Ni +5 wt.%CeO2 (named SmMg11Ni- 5CeO2)*** microstructure of as-castand as-milled samples was measured via X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron *** device was utilized to measure the isothermal hydriding and dehydriding kinetics. The non-isothermal dehydrogenation performance was explored by thermogravimetry and differential scanning *** hydrogen desorption activation energy of the compound metal hydride can be computed by both Arrhenius and Kissinger *** related data show that adding CeO2 can engender a very slight influence on the hydrogen storage thermodynamics,but it can result in an obvious reduction in hydrogen absorption and desorption ***,the hydrogen desorption performance of experimental alloys is conspicuously ameliorated by the addition of CeO2,*** the initial hydrogen desorption temperature and enhancing hydrogen desorption *** hydrogen desorpfion activation energies with and without CeO2 addition are 84.28 and 100.31 kJ/mol,respectively,with an obvious decrease of 16.03 kJ/*** is thought to be responsible for the ameliorated hydrogen desorption kinetics by adding CeO2.

为了提升棉花和花生产量,开展棉花-花生轮作模式研究,分析轮作模式下土壤根系微生物的群落结构与功能。以棉花连作、花生连作、棉花花生轮作、花生棉花轮作和休耕为研究对象,探明轮作后作物根际土壤微生物群落结构变化,利用16S rRNA基因高通量测序技术分析根系细菌群落结构与功能。结果发现:轮作提高了根系细菌群落的多样性;土壤样本中共获得5009952个有效序列,休耕模式下OTU(operational taxonomic units)含量最多。在轮作种植模式中变形菌门、酸杆菌门和放线菌门为优势菌门;其次轮作模式增加了厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门和芽单胞菌门的丰富度。根据功能不同,将菌群共划分为8类,轮作出现较多微生物基因遗传相关的功能类群,整体以代谢相关的类群居多,与人类和植物病原菌的功能蛋白组富集明显。由此得出,棉花,花生轮作能够提高微生物丰富度,增加多样性,改变土壤微生物群落结构,促进作物根系对营养物质的吸收,提高作物产量。
