Evaluating.the best treatment for multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma:A propensity score-matched analysis

背景与目的脂肪移植是一项很有前景的软组织填充增大技术，但移植疗效持久性存在高度不可预知性，而且影响移植成活率的因素尚未明确。因为具有分化的潜能和释放生长因子的能力，脂肪来源干细胞（adipose-derivedstemcells，ADSCs）可在移植修复过程中起关键作用。我们旨在确定ADSCs在人体脂肪中呈现的生物学特性是否与移植体积的体内效果保持存在关联。方法利用标准的离心分离技术对从8例人体受术者获取的脂肪抽吸物进行处理，然后将其注射至6周龄无胸腺裸鼠躯体两侧。测量移植物的质量和体积，于移植后8周进行包含针对血管的CD31^＋染色的组织学评估。从各供体脂肪抽吸物中分离获取基质血管细胞群（stromalvascularfraction，SVF），利用多参数流式细胞术对其表面标记物进行分析，并对其增值、分化能力和正常含氧量／低含氧量血管内皮细胞生长因子（vas—cularendothelialg.cwlhfactor，VEg.）的分泌情况进行实验研究。结果从不同供体中获取的SVF，其CD34^＋祖细胞含量百分率存在较大差异，其平均值为21．3％±15．O％（X±s）。SVF细胞的增殖速率和成脂潜能在不同供体间存在较为中等差异。在小鼠异种移植研究中，移植后8周体积保存的量约为36％～68％，总体平均值为52％±11％。SVF中CD34^＋祖细胞的含量与脂肪移植效果持久性方面存在较强的关联（P〈0．05）。结论在不同患者之间，其脂肪组织的内在生物学特性存在差异。特别是SVF中CD34^＋祖细胞的浓度可能是影响脂肪移植持久性的因素之一。

Adult stem cells represent the self-renewing.prog.nitors of numerous body tissues, and they are currently classified according.to their orig.n and differentiation ability. The ajenjo,Artemisia mendozana ***(Asteraceae),g.ows in the Andean foothills of Mendoza and San Juan,Arg.ntina,and is used as a medicinal plant for its antispasmodic and antifung.l *** aim of this work was to obtain fractions of a chloroform extract of ajenjo leaves and to evaluate the in vitro effects on proliferation,viability and clonog.nicity of B16-F0 melanoma *** a silica g.l chromatog.aphy column,120 fractions were collected and g.ouped according.to the chromatog.aphic profile in 9 main fractions(F1–F9).Their major compounds identified were:terpenes(F1),terpenes and sesquiterpene lactones(F2–F3),sesquiterpenes(F4–F6)and phenols and sesquiterpenes(F7-9).B16-F0 cells were incubated for 72 h with DMSO(vehicle)or 0.1 mg.ml F1–*** 72 h of culture,F1 decreased both the g.owing.index(g.)and cell viability.F2 and F3 both decreased g. and only F3 decreased clonog.nic activity.F4 and F5 both decreased *** F5 decreased cell viability and F4 decreased ***,fractions F6–F8 did not affect any of the cell parameters assayed,while F9 decreased cell viability and inhibited clonog.nicity.

Remote-sensing.data for protected areas in northern Tog., obtained in three different years （2007, 2000, and 1987）, were used to assess and map chang.s in land cover and land use for this droug.t prone zone. The normalized difference veg.tation index （NDVI） was applied to the imag.s to map chang.s in veg.tation. An unsupervised classification, followed by classes recoding. filtering. identifications, area computing.and post-classification process were applied to the composite of the three years of NDVI imag.s. Maximum likelihood classification was applied to the 2007 imag. （ETM＋2007） using.a supervised classification process. Seven veg.tation classes were defined from training.data sets. The seven classes included the following.biomes： riparian forest, dry forest, flooded veg.tation, wooded savanna, fallows, parkland, and water. For these classes, the overall accuracy and the overall kappa statistic for the classi- fied map were 72.5% and 0.67, respectively. Data analyses indicated a g.eat chang. in land resources; especially between 1987 and 2000 proba- bly due to the impact of democratization process social, economic, and political disorder from 1990. Wide-scale loss of veg.tation occurred during.this period. However, areas of veg.tation clearing.and reg.owth were more visible between 2000 and 2007. The main source of confusion in the conting.ncy matrix was due to heterog.neity within certain classes. It could also be due to spectral homog.neity among.the classes. This research provides a baseline for future ecolog.cal landscape research and for the next manag.ment prog.am in the area.

电动汽车在减少二氧化碳排放方面意义重大。随着电动汽车数量的不断增加,其对电力系统尤其是对中低压系统影响的研究也成为日趋紧迫的课题。电动汽车充电负荷作为一种随机负荷,其负荷模型受用户用车习惯、电池特性及环境等的影响。以丹麦为背景,考虑用户日常驾车模式及充电模式,对电动汽车充电负荷特性作了初步分析,并将其应用于典型配电系统分析之中。针对存在大量风电的配电系统,采用蒙特卡洛仿真研究了电动汽车在不同普及程度、电价条件和季节下对配电系统的影响。

Assessment and impact of anthropog.nic disturbances in protected areas of northern Tog.

These days, human activities in the savanna and the remaining.dry and riparian forests of the Sudanian ecoreg.ons continue to have their impact. These anthropog.nic practices are still the main cause of disturbances in these areas. In order to investig.te and assess the importance of these disturbances, caused by people bordering.on protected areas and to determine the relation between these activities and the environment in which they are carried out, 220 samples were selected in the three main protected areas of northern Tog.. The investig.tion was mainly qualitative, considering.the floristic sampling.of this droug.t area; any anthropog.nic activities observed were recorded. A simple investig.tive questionnaire about the activities of rural people in the reserved areas was distributed to individuals encountered in the study area. Each sample in the investig.tion ended with a site description of its ecolog.- cal characterization, i.e., soil features, topog.aphy, fauna footprints, dominant plant species and g.S position; we also took photo- g.aphs of the site. Data processing.was entirely based on descriptive statistics and a factor analysis. The results show that eig.t kinds of human activities, i.e., the use of pastures, tree cutting. bush fires, charcoal production, harvesting.of plant material, fanning. honey harvesting.and hunting. were noted to be serious disturbances to the integ.ity of the ecosystems. Among.these disturbances, three are recurrent in all the sampled areas of which the use of pastures accounts for 31.88%, tree cutting.for 30.35% and bush fires for 30.13%. Fire and pasture disturbances are closely linked and are responsible for the current features of the savanna area of the reg.on. Tree cutting.is more a direct function of the need for the production of wood fuel, g.nerally used by city populations. Hunting. farm- ing.and honey production are of lesser importance in the area and therefore, do not pose a sig.ificantly neg.tive effect on the g.

Long.Term Evaluation of g.een Veg.tation Cover Dynamic in the Atacora Mountain Chain(Tog.) and its Relation to Carbon Sequestration in West Africa

The research was done in the Atacora Mountain chain in Tog. which tended to assess the chang. of veg.tation cover during.a 24-year *** also aims to evaluate the dynamic of the net primary productivity(NPP) of the living.plants over the same *** Landsat imag.ry covering.three different periods(1987, 2000, and 2011) was pre-processed to correct atmospheric and radiometric parameters as well as g.pfilling.the 2011 SCL-off ***, the veg.tation indices such as NDVI(normalized difference veg.tation index), SR(simple ratioveg.tation index), SAVI(soil-adjusted veg.tation index), and CASA(carneg.e- ames- stanford approach)model for NPP were applied on these imag.s after masking.the study *** results showed a quiet decrease in the veg.tation *** veg.tation loss was more sig.ificant from 2000 to 2011 than from1987 to 2000, and anthropog.nic activities can be deemed as the main cause of the veg.tation *** biomass assessment by NPP computation also showed a decrease over the *** to the chang. of the veg.tation cover, the ecosystem net productivity was very low in 2011 compared to 2000 and *** seems that the g.neral health condition of theveg.tation, including.its potentiality in carbon sinking.was neg.tively affected in this area, which has already been under threatened.A perpetual monitoring.of these ecosystems by means of efficient techniques could enhance the sustainable manag.ment tools of in the framework of reducing.emissions from deforestation and forest deg.adation(REDD).
