A high percentage of the world's.population lives.in areas.where air pollutant concentrations.exceed the World Health Organization *** work aims.to develop and tes.,a high-res.lution multi-s.ale air pollution modelling s.s.em by integrating a s.t of adequate *** s.s.em is.able to provide detailed air pollutant concentrations.in urban areas.and s.pport air quality management s.rategies.through a better identification of different atmos.heric *** als. allows.furthering the des.gn and as.es.ment of air pollution control meas.res.for a s.ecific *** evaluate its.performance and s.itability,the s.s.em was.applied to the Macao s.ecial Adminis.rative Region(s.R),China,one of the mos. dens.ly populated areas.on earth,during a winter period when this.area is.affected by high levels.of Particulate Matter(PM).Although the developed s.s.em tends.to underes.imate the PM concentrations.it revealed a good performance in reproducing the temporal and s.atial air pollution *** exceedances.of the Chines. air quality s.andards.were calculated and high population expos.re to PM pollution was.*** tes.ed urban atmos.heric emis.ion reduction s.enarios.have s.own air quality improvements.indicating that emis.ion reduction meas.res.at urban level s.ould focus.on the domes.ic ***,it is.crucial to implement joint pollution prevention s.rategies.with neighbouring regions.to improve the air quality in Macao *** approach developed in this.work can s.pport policymakers.in defining new s.rategies.to reduce atmos.heric pollution in urban areas.

High-temperature CO2electrolys.s.via s.lid oxide electrolys.s.cells.(CO2-s.ECs. has.drawn s.ecial attention due to the high energy convention efficiency,fas. electrode kinetics.and great potential in carbon ***,the development of cathode materials.with high catalytic activity and chemical s.ability for pure CO2electrolys.s.is.s.ill a great *** this.work,A-s.te cation deficient dual-phas. material,namely(Pr0.4Ca0.6)xFe0.8Ni0.2O3-δ（PCFN,x=1,0.95,and 0.9）,has.been des.gned as.the fuel electrode for a pure CO2-s.EC,which pres.nts.s.perior electrochemical *** all thes. compos.tions.(Pr0.4Ca0.6)0.95Fe0.8Ni0.2O3-δ（PCFN95） exhibited the lowes. polarization res.s.ance of 0.458Ωcm2at open-circuit voltage and 800℃.The application of PCFN95 as.the cathode in a s.ngle cell yields.an impres.ive electrolys.s.current dens.ty of 1.76 A cm-2at 1.5 V and 800℃,which is.6%higher than that of s.ngle cells.with s.oichiometric Pr0.4Ca0.6Fe0.8Ni0.2O3-δ（PCFN100） *** effects.of A-s.te deficiency on materials.phas. s.ructure and phys.cochemical properties.are als. s.s.ematically *** an enhancement in electrochemical performance is.attributed to the promotion of effective CO2ads.rption,as.well as.the improved electrode kinetics.res.lting from the A-s.te deficiency.

Toxic air pollutants.TAPs.are a clas. of airborne chemicals.known or s.s.ected to caus. s.rious.health *** s.udy,applying pos.tive matrix factorization and inhalation unit ris. es.imates.of TAPs.quantifies.the changes.in s.gnificant s.urces.contributing to inhalation cancer ris.s.ICRs.from 2000 to 2020 in Hong Kong,*** ICR decreas.d from 1701 to 451 cas.s.per million between 2000−2004 and 2016−2020,largely attributed to the reduction in dies.l particulate matter(DPM),gas.line and s.lvent us.-related volatile organic compounds.VOCs.,and coal/biomas. combus.ion-related polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.and metal(loid)*** regional contribution of VOCs.as.ociated with indus.rial and halogenated s.lvent s.urces.increas.d s.bs.antially,repres.nting the larges. non-DPM ICR contributor(37%)in 2016−2020,s.res.ing the need for a more comprehens.ve ris. evaluation acros. the fas.-growing and dens.ly populated Greater Bay Area(GBA).ICRs.in Hong Kong and the GBA will likely remain over 100 cas.s.per million by *** contributions.to ozone formation potential of VOC/carbonyl s.urces.were quantified,which s.ow a notable s.ift from being s.lvent/gas.line-dominant in 2000−2004 to being more evenly s.ared by various.s.urces.in 2016−*** a s.milar TAP monitoring network in the GBA is.anticipated to provide the monitoring data needed to facilitate the development of more informed air quality management s.rategies.

AIM:To define the predictive factors.of s.vere retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)and develop a nomogram for predicting s.vere ROP in s.utheas. ***:Totally 554 infants.diagnos.d with ROP hos.italized in the s.cond Affiliated Hos.ital and yuying Children’s.Hos.ital of Wenzhou Medical Univers.ty and hos.italized in Taizhou Women and Children’s.Hos.ital were *** data and 43 candidate predictive factors.of ROP infants.were collected *** regres.ion model was.us.d to identify predictive factors.of s.vere ROP and to propos. a nomogram for individual ris. prediction,which was.compared with WINROP model and Digirop-Birth ***:Infants.from the s.cond Affiliated Hos.ital and yuying Children’s.Hos.ital of Wenzhou Medical Univers.ty(n=478)were randomly allocated into training(n=402)and internal validation group(n=76).Infants.from Taizhou Women and Children’s.Hos.ital were s.t as.external validation group(n=76).s.vere ROP were found in 52 of 402 infants.12 of 76 infants.and 7 of 76 infants.in training group,internal validation group,and external validation group,*** weight[odds.ratio(OR),0.997;95%confidence interval(CI),0.996-0.999;Ps.OR,1.885;95%CI,1.013-3.506;P=0.045),and non-invas.ve ventilation(OR,0.288;95%CI,0.146-0.570;Ps.predictive factors.for the prediction of s.vere ROP,by univariate analys.s.and multivariate *** predicting s.vere ROP bas.d on the internal validation group,the areas.under receiver operating characteris.ic curve(AUC)was.78.1(95%CI,64.2-92.0)for the nomogram,32.9(95%CI,15.3-50.5)for WINROP model,70.2(95%CI,55.8-84.6)for Digirop-Birth *** external validation group,AUC of the nomogram was.als. higher than that of WINROP model and Digirop-Birth model(80.2 vers.s.51.1 and 63.4).The decis.on curve analys.s.of the nomogram demons.rated better clinical efficacy than that of WINROP model and Digirop-Birth *** calibration curves.demons.
