We pres.nt new quantitative model des.ribing the pres.ure dependence of acous.ic P-and s.wave *** that a variety of individual mechanis.s.or defects.s.ch as.cracks.pore collaps. and grain crus.ing)can contribute to the pres.ure-dependent change of the wave velocity,we order a characteris.ic pres.ure to all of them and allow a s.ries.of exponential terms.in the des.ription of the(Pand s.waves.velocity-pres.ure *** es.imate the parameters.of the multi-exponential rock phys.cal model in invers.on procedures.us.ng laboratory meas.red P-and s.wave velocity *** is.known,the conventional damped leas. s.uares.method gives.acceptable res.lts.only when one or two individual mechanis.s.are *** the number of exponential terms.leads.to highly nonlinear ill-pos.d invers. *** to this.reas.n,we develop the s.ectral invers.on method(s.M)in which the velocity amplitudes.the s.ectral lines.in the characteris.ic pres.ure s.ectrum)are only cons.dered as.*** characteris.ic pres.ures.belonging to the velocity amplitudes.are excluded from the s.t of invers.on unknowns.ins.ead,they are defined in a s.t of fixed pos.tions.equidis.antly dis.ributed in the actual interval of the independent variable(pres.ure).Through this.novel linear invers.on method,we es.imate the parameters.of the multi-exponential rock phys.cal model us.ng laboratory meas.red P-and s.wave velocity *** characteris.ic pres.ures.are related to the clos.ng pres.ures.of cracks.which are des.ribed by well-known rock mechanical relations.ips.depending on the as.ect ratio of elliptical *** gives.the pos.ibility to es.imate the as.ect ratios.in terms.of the characteris.ic pres.ures.

In order to improve and s.abilize the magnetic properties.of nanocompos.te Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe magnetic alloys.by a compos.tional adjus.ment, s.all amount of Dy and/or Co was.added to Nd9Fe84B7 alloys. DTA analys.s.on the amorphous.of the alloys.took place as.the s.ft magnetic phas.s.were crys.allized, and then the hard magnetic Nd2Fe14B was.precipitated from them. While α-Fe and a metas.able 1:7 (TbCu7-type) phas. were formed s.multaneous.y in Dy and Co-free alloys. they were crys.allized s.parately at different temperatures.after Dy or Co was.added. This.phas. s.paration occurred more clearly in the Dy-treated alloys.and the other s.ft magnetic phas. Fe3B was.als. s.abilized by Dy and/or Co. The 1: 7 phas. that was.s.abilized by Dy and/or Co was.not eliminated at 700 ℃, decreas.ng magnetic properties.of the alloys. It was.eventually dis.ppeared above 725 ℃, but Fe3B was.not eliminated even at 750 ℃ when Dy was.added more than 0.5 at% or Co was.added more than 2.0 at%. Amount of Nd2Fe14B in the alloys.tended to increas. as.Dy addition increas.d,whereas.Co addition did not lead to any appreciable change in the ratio of α-Fe and Nd2Fe14B. Moreover, Dy addition apparently increas.d coercivity of an alloy while Co addition had a beneficial effect on remanence. The grains.in the Dytreated alloys.were us.ally finer than thos. in the Co-treated alloys. The grain s.ze of both α-Fe and Nd2Fe14B in the alloys.exhibiting mr ≥ 0.72 was.in the range of 20 ～ 40 nm or even larger 50 nm, which is.larger than the theoretical optimum s.ze ( ～ 10 nm). Typical magnetic properties.obtained from a Nd7.5Dy1.5Fe82.5Co1.5B7 alloy annealed for 12 min at 725 ℃were iHc=4.85 kOe, Br= 11.32 kG, (BH)max = 15.73 MGOe, and mr=0.73.

The objective of this.paper is.to demons.rate neces.ity to inform relevant parties.about engineering-geological conditions.for various.practical purpos.s. es.ecially including appropriate land-us. planning. However, the relations.ip between relevant geological information and the geological environment is.vital for foundation engineering purpos.s. es.ecially where demanding s.ructures.are involved. This.information is.mos. conveniently s.ructured when accumulated information concerning engineering-geological zones.is.utilized. This.neces.arily includes.knowledge of rock workability and als. of the pre-Quaternary bedrock, and thes. characteris.ics.were then related to the current built-up area and future development according to the land-us. plans.in a cas. s.udy are from the Petrvald Region （Czech Republic）. The geological environment of area has.been s.verely influenced by anthropogenic effects.of deep black coal mining. Res.lts.of this.res.arch s.owed that future development s.ould be founded on s.oil banks. dumps. and s.ttling bas.ns. According to the land-us. plan, this.zone occupies.44.9% of the area of interes., and its.materials.predominantly emanate from mining in the Os.rava-karvina Coal Dis.rict. For future foundation s.ructures.planned there, it is.imperative to cons.lt detailed engineering-geological s.udy. However, attention to and reliance on this.neces.ity is.not reflected in the exis.ing land-us. plan.

To characterize how the s.eed and load of a medium-duty dies.l engine affected the organic compounds.in dies.l particle matter（PM） below 1 μm, four driving conditions.were examined. At all four driving conditions. concentration of identifiable organic compounds.in PM ultrafine（34–94 nm） and accumulation（94–1000 nm） modes.ranged from 2.9 to 5.7 μg/m3 and 9.5 to 16.4 μg/m3, res.ectively. As.a function of driving conditions. the non-oxygencontaining organics.exhibited a revers.d concentration trend to the oxygen-containing organics. The identified organic compounds.were clas.ified into eleven clas.es. alkanes.alkenes. alkynes. aromatic hydrocarbons. carboxylic acids. es.ers. ketones. alcohols. ethers.nitrogen-containing compounds. and s.lfur-containing compounds. At all driving conditions.alkane clas. cons.s.ently s.owed the highes. concentration（8.3 to 18.0 μg/m3） followed by carboxylic acid, es.ers. ketones.and alcohols. Twelve polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.PAHs.were identified with a total concentration ranging from 37.9 to 174.8 ng/m3. In addition, nine nitrogen-containing polycyclic aromatic compounds.NPACs. were identified with a total concentration ranging from 7.0 to 10.3 ng/m3. The mos. abundant PAH（phenanthrene）and NPACs.7,8-benzoquinoline and 3-nitrophenanthrene） compris. a s.milar molecular（3 aromatic-ring） s.ructure under the highes. engine s.eed and engine load.

Difructos. dianhydride Ⅳ(DFA-Ⅳ) is.produced from levan, which is.a natural polys.ccharide that belongs.to the fructan family, through the activity of levan fructotrans.eras.(LF) derived from microorganis.s. Recently, DFA-Ⅳ has.been expected to have divers. applications.in the food and medical indus.ry. Here, we examined the potential application of DFA-Ⅳ for in vitro fertilization(ⅣF) in pigs. In the as.es.ment of acros.mal integrity during incubation, intact acros.mal or viable s.ermatozoa were highly s.s.ained in 0.1% or 0.25% DFA-Ⅳ(69.8%-70.8%,Ps.ecies.ROs. levels.during s.erm incubation decreas.d following the addition of DFA-Ⅳ, and 0.1 %-0.5% DFA-Ⅳ in particular s.gnificantly decreas.d ROs.production relative to that s.en with no addition or 0.75% DFA-Ⅳ. Total fertilization(mono + polys.ermic oocyte) rate was.s.gnificantly higher in the addition of0.1% DFA-Ⅳ(94.2%) than with other concentrations.71.8%-86.7%, Ps.ng reduced ⅣF times.and lower s.erm numbers. we found that addition of 0.1%-0.5% DFA-Ⅳ s.gnificantly increas.d the fertilization rate(Ps.treated with 0.1% DFA-Ⅳ exhibited higher embryonic development and blas.ocys. formation than thos. treated with other concentrations.Ps.quently, the addition of DFA-Ⅳ during ⅣF improved fertilization and embryonic development, s.gges.ing the pos.ible us. of novel s.gars.for enhancement of as.is.ed reproductive technology(ART) in mammals.
