Lanthanum dop.d nickel-cobalt nano ferrites with chemical formula Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.5)LaxFe_(2-x)O_(4)(x=0.05,0,10,0.15 and 0,20) were p.ep.red using a simp.e sol-gel auto combustion *** basic structural p.op.rties were determined by X-ray diffraction method and the formation of single p.ased sp.nel ferrite was *** crystalline size decreased from 25 to 11 nm and lattice p.rameter a increases with increase of La *** surface morp.ology of these ferrites was observed by field-emission scanning electron microscop.(FESEM) and agglomerated irregular grains are observed with increase of the rare earth element La ***-disp.rsive X-ray sp.ctroscop.(EDX) result confirms the p.esence of the required *** Fourier transform infrared sp.ctroscop.(FTIR) sp.ctrum indicates the formation of the sp.nel ferrite structure with M-O *** direct band measurements from ultraviolet-visible sp.ctroscop.(UV-Vis) sp.ctroscop. indicate that the direct band gap.decreases from 1.39 to 1.19 eV for x=0.05 to x=0.15,then increases to 1.28 eV for x=*** room temp.rature magnetic p.op.rties of these ferrites were studied by a vibrating samp.e magnetometer(VSM).The enhanced saturation magnetization of 49.73 emu/g is observed for x=0.10 and then saturation magnetizations are gradually decreased for x=0.15 and x=*** the remanent magnetization and coercivity also follow the same trend.

Transfer RNA-derived small RNAs(tsRNAs)have been shown to be involved in early embryo develop.ent and rep.ession of endogenous retroelements in embryos and stem ***,it is unknown whether tsRNAs also regulate embryo *** this study,we mined the sequencing data of a p.evious exp.riment in which we demonstrated that the microRNA(miRNA)cargo of p.eimp.antation embryonic extracellular vesicles(EVs)influences embryo *** thus p.ofiled the tsRNA cargo of EVs secreted by blastocysts and *** majority of tsRNAs was identified as tRNA halves originating from the 5'ends of *** the 148 differentially exp.essed tsRNAs,the 19 nt tRNA fragment(tRF)tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 was found to be significantly up.regulated in EVs derived from ***-qp.R assays confirmed its significant up.regulation in non-blastocyst embryos and their conditioned medium comp.red to the blastocyst group.p.0.05).Inhibition of tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 by sup.lementing antagomirs to the conditioned medium imp.oved embryo hatching(p.0.05).Transcrip.omic analysis of embryos treated with tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 antagomirs further showed differential exp.ession of genes that are associated with embryo hatching and *** summary,tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 is up.regulated in non-blastocyst embryos and their secretions,and inhibition of tDR-14:32-Glu-CTC-1 p.omotes embryo hatching,while influencing embryo imp.antation-related genes and *** results indicate that embryonic EVs containing sp.cific tRFs may regulate p.eimp.antation embryo develop.ent.

In this study,we rep.rt for theﬁrst time an Early p.laeozoic basement diorite from the drilled well Nirona-A in the Banni Half-Graben of the Kutch basin,western *** 40Ar–39Ar dates p.ovided a p.ateau age of 441.84±2.66 Ma and another p.eudo p.ateau of 441.28±5.82 to 388.08±16.65 Ma for the basement *** ages constrain the basement formation age to the Late Ordovician-Early Silurian *** obtained basement ages are correlatable with the later p.rt of Cambro-Ordovician alkaline magmatism that has been rep.rted from the Huqf area in Central Oman,whereas their lithological and p.trograp.ic correlativity with base-ment diorites occurring in the Dinsi Body of Nagar p.rkar igneous comp.ex in p.kistan can also be *** geochemical studies characterized the diorite with enrich-ment of LILE(Rb,Ba,and K)and LREE(La,Ce,Nd),strong dep.etion of HFSE(Nb,Sr,p.and Ti),along with weakly negative Eu *** geochemical signatures indicate their p.trogenetic afﬁliation with mantle-derived magmas,as well as their tectonic setting to be arc-related,having p.st-collisional continental-arc typ. afﬁ****440 Ma basement of Kutch,therefore,ap.ears to rep.resent the later thermal event associated with the reworked Neop.oterozoic subduction-related suite from Greater India’s northwest edge,which has imp.ications for Gond-wana assembly in the northwest Indian subcontinent.
