Kidney transplant(KTx)is considered to be the best treatment for end-stage renal diseases compared with hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis,because it significantly im-proves renal function,reduces cardiovascular events and mortality,enhances quality of life and prolongs life expectancy.[1,2]Atrial fibrillation(AF)is frequently coexistent with KTx,and a higher risk will occur in KTx recipients with AF compared with those aren’t with AF.[3]Patients with AF are at risk of stroke,systemic emboli and *** is recom-mended that high-risk AF patients should use oral anticoagulants for preventive *** oral anticoagulants(DOACs),including dabigatran,rivaroxaban,apixaban and edoxaban,are widely recommended for use in the general population compared to vitamin K antagonists(VKA).

Estimates of heritability and correlation for growth traits of Turbot(Scophthalmus maximus L.) under low temperature conditions

The objectives of this present research were to assess the heritability of growth traits under low temperature conditions in turbot（Scophthalmus maximus L.）, and to analyze the correlation between body weight（BW） and body length（BL）. There were 536 individuals from 25 full- and half-sib families involved in this study. During the entire 90-day period, which was initiated at 233 dph（day old） and ended at 323 dph, the individuals＇ BW and BL were weighed consecutively six times every 18 days. The heritability of BW and BL and the correlation between these two traits were estimated based on an individual animal model with the derivative-free restricted maximum likelihood（DFREML） method. These results showed that the specific growth rates（SGR） of 25 families was from 0.75±0.11 to 1.05±0.14 under water temperature of 10.5–12°C. In addition, the heritability of BW and BL estimated under low-temperature were 0.32±0.04 and 0.47±0.06, respectively. The BW had a medium heritability（0.2–0.4）, and the BL had a high heritability（〉0.45）, which suggested that selection for increased weight and length was feasible. Moreover, there was potential for mass selection on growth. The genetic and phenotypic correlations between BW and BL were 0.95±0.01 and 0.91±0.01（P 〈 0.01）, respectively. A significant correlation between BW and BL showed that BL could be instead of BW for indirect selection, which could be effectively implemented in the breeding program.

Phosphorus(P)in surface runoff from purple soil is a critical element of agricultural nonpoint source pollution,leading to eutrophication of surface waters in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area(TGRA)of *** work aimed to understand the processes and mechanisms of P losses from bare purple *** on an indoor rainfall simulation experiment,we focused on the processes of surface runoff and P losses via different hydrological *** treatments included three simulated rainfall intensities,four slope gradients,and three fertilizer treatments.P loss from sediment was the main pathway in the purple soil,and bioavailable P was mainly transferred in dissolved P(DP)of runoff *** P loss loads tend to grow with the increase of the slope until 25°for the maximum load of runoff water and 20°for the maximum load of *** of DP in the surface runoff after fertilizer application can exceed the estimates of those required for accelerated *** P control might be an essential way for reducing P loss in purple soil for the local government and farmers of TGRA.

The Zongwulong Shan-Qinghai Nanshan tectonic belt of the northern Tibet Plateau experienced a protracted tectonic history， including the openings and closures of the Proto- and Paleo-Tethyan Oceans. Although the tectonic belt has been extensively studied， details regarding the tectonic processes involved in its development remain controversial. To better constrain the tectonic processes of this tectonic belt， we conducted detailed field geological mapping， zircon U-Pb geochronology， and whole-rock geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic analyses. Our results show that intrusive rocks in the tectonic belt crystallized in ca. 292–233 ma， perhaps in an arc/subduction setting. Geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic data suggest that early Permian–late Triassic ultramafic-intermediate intrusions were sourced from the enriched mantle， whereas intermediate-acidic rocks were sourced from mixed crust-mantle. We present the tectonic model that involves: (1) Early Devonian–early Permian intracontinental extension occurred in the northern margin of the Qaidam continent (ca. 416 ma–292 ma); (2) Early Permian–late Triassic northward subduction of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean resulted in arc magmatism (ca. 292 ma–233 ma); and (3) subsequent late Triassic intracontinental extension (ca. 233 ma–215 ma). Our results suggest that the late Paleozoic–early Mesozoic development of the Zongwulong Shan-Qinghai Nanshan was related to the opening， subduction， and slab retreat of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean， which has key implications for the tectonic evolution of the northern Tibetan Plateau.

Persistent luminescence nanoprobes (PLNPs) can remain luminescent after ceasing *** to the ultra-long decay time of persistent luminescence (PersL),autofluorescence interference can be efficiently eliminated by collecting PersL signal after autofluorescence decays completely,thus the imaging contrast and sensing sensitivity can be significantly *** near-infrared (NIR) light shows reduced scattering and absorption coefficient in penetrating biological organs or tissues,near-infrared persistent luminescence nanoprobes (NIR PLNPs) possess deep tissue penetration and offer a bright prospect in the areas of in vivo biosensing/*** this review,we firstly summarize the design of different types of NIR PLNPs for biosensing/bioimaging,such as transition metal ions-doped NIR PLNPs,lanthanide ions-doped NIR PLNPs,organic molecules-based NIR PLNPs,and semiconducting polymer self-assembled NIR ***,organic molecules-based NIR PLNPs and semiconductor self-assembled NIR PLNPs,for the first time,were introduced to the review of ***,the effects of different types of charge carriers on NIR PersL and luminescence decay of NIR PLNPs are significantly emphasized so as to build up an in-depth understanding of their luminescence *** includes the regulation of valence band and conduction band of different host materials,alteration of defect types,depth and concentration changes caused by ion doping,effective radiation transitions and energy transfer generated by different luminescence *** the design and potential of NIR PLNPs as long-lived luminescent materials,the current challenges and future perspective in this rapidly growing field are also discussed.

Hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)is a two-dimensional(2D)layered material with a structure similar to graphite and it has potential as a hydrogen and ammonia storage ***,dense packing in the standard h-BN structure limits its surface area and prevents the B and N from being adsorption *** this study,the addition of Mg^(2+)during h-BN synthesis facilitated the growth of lattice dislocations and led to a crosslinked three-dimensional(3D)porous structure.A proposed formation mechanism for porous h-BN was confirmed by several characterization routes,most clearly by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).Porous Mg/BNs exhibited high H_(2)and NH_(3)uptakes and showed potential for H_(2)and NH_(3)storage.

The double-recessive genic male-sterile(ms)line ms5 ms6 has been used to develop cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)hybrids for many years,but its molecular-genetic basis has remained ***,we identified the Ms5 and Ms6 loci through map-based cloning and confirmed their function in male sterility through CRISPR/Cas9 gene ***5 and Ms6 are highly expressed in stages 7–9 anthers and encode the cytochrome P450 mono-oxygenases CYP703A2-A and *** ms5 mutant carries a single-nucleotide C-to-T nonsense mutation leading to premature chain termination at amino acid 312(GhCYP703A2-A^(312aa)),and ms6 carries three nonsynonymous substitutions(D98E,E168K,and G198R)and a synonymous mutation(L11L).Enzyme assays showed that GhCYP703A2 proteins hydroxylate fatty acids,and the ms5(GhCYP703A2-A^(312aa))and ms6(GhCYP703A2-D^(D98E,E168K,G198R))mutant proteins have decreased enzyme *** and lipidomic analyses showed that in ms5 ms6 plants,C12–C18 free fatty acid and phospholipid levels are significantly elevated in stages 7–9 anthers,while stages 8–10 anthers lack sporopollenin fluorescence around the pollen,causing microspore degradation and male ***,our characterization uncovered functions of GhCYP703A2 in sporopollenin formation and fertility,providing guidance for creating male-sterile lines to facilitate hybrid cotton production and therefore exploit heterosis for improvement of cotton.

The developing flexible electronic equipment are greatly affected by the rapid accumulation of heat,which is urgent to be solved by thermally conductive polymer composite ***,the interfacial thermal resistance(ITR)and the phonon scattering at the interfaces are the main bottlenecks limiting the rapid and efficient improvement of thermal conductivity coefficients(λ)of the polymer composite ***,few researches were focused on characterizing ITR and phonon scattering in thermally conductive polymer composite *** this paper,graphene oxide(GO)was aminated(NH_(2)-GO)and reduced(NH_(2)-rGO),then NH_(2)-rGO/polyimide(NH_(2)-rGO/PI)thermally conductive composite films were *** spectroscopy was utilized to innovatively characterize phonon scattering and ITR at the interfaces in NH_(2)-rGO/PI thermally conductive composite films,revealing the interfacial thermal conduction mechanism,proving that the amination optimized the interfaces between NH_(2)-rGO and PI,reduced phonon scattering and ITR,and ultimately improved the interfacial thermal *** in-planeλ(λ∥)and through-planeλ(λ_(⊥))of 15 wt%NH_(2)-rGO/PI thermally conductive composite films at room temperature were,respectively,7.13 W/mK and 0.74 W/mK,8.2 timesλ∥(0.87 W/mK)and 3.5 timesλ_(⊥)(0.21 W/mK)of pure PI film,also significantly higher thanλ∥(5.50 W/mK)andλ_(⊥)(0.62 W/mK)of 15 wt%rGO/PI thermally conductive composite *** based on the effective medium theory model proved that ITR was reduced via the amination of *** thermal imaging and finite element simulation showed that NH_(2)-rGO/PI thermally conductive composite films obtained excellent heat dissipation and efficient thermal management capabilities on the light-emitting diodes bulbs,5G high-power chips,and other electronic equipment,which are easy to generate heat severely.

Genus Alpinia consists of over 250 species, which are widely distributed in south and southeast Asia. many plants of genus Alpinia have been used for thousands of years to treat digestive system diseases and as anti-inflammatory drugs. Phytochemical research on this genus has led to the isolation of different kinds of diarylheptanoids, terpenes triterpenoids, phenylbutanoids, lignans, and flavonoids. Experimental evidences revealed that both the crude extracts and pure constituents isolated from the genus Alpinia exhibit a wide range of bioactivities such as anticancer, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, cardiovascular, and digestive system protective effects. Here, we summarize the phytochemistry and pharmacology investigation of the genus Alpinia, which can provide reference for further research and drug development.

This study was designed to isolate endophytic fungi from A. mongholicus （growing in northeast China） to determine whether they can produce bioactive metabolites. Four strains of endophytic fungi （strains 16, 17, 23 and 75） were successfully isolated from A. mongholicus using the surface disinfection method. According to ITS-rDNA sequences analysis, strains 16 and 75 were identified as Fusarium oxysporum, and strains 17 and 23 were identified as Bionectria ochroleuca. We applied the Box-Behnken design （BBD） to optimize the liquid fermentation conditions and obtain the maximum cell dry weight （CDW） yield. Opti-mal parameters were obtained under the following experimental condi-tions：temperature of 28＆#176;C, potato dextrose agar （PDA） liquid medium of 80 mL and rotation speed of 150 rpm. The four isolated endophytic fungi did not produce astragalosides I-IV, flavonoids or polysaccharides. Iso-lation of additional species of endophytic fungi from A. mongholicus and determination of their capacity to produce biologically active substances are subjects in need of further research.
