自主制造系统的研究既受益于信息物理融合系统这一新技术的推动，也响应工业实际需求的号召。目前，先进的传感器技术、数字孪生、人工智能和新型通信技术可以支持半结构化工业环境中的自主操作，可实现对生产过程的实时监控、情况识别和预测、自动和自适应（重新）规划、团队合作，以及通过学习提高性能。本文总结了实现自主工业机器人技术的主要需求，提出了实现此类系统的通用工作流程，并介绍了HUN-REN SZTAKI最近在装配、焊接、打磨、拾取和放置以及机械加工等多个应用领域的广泛实践。这些解决方案的共同点是以通用的数字孪生概念为核心。最后，本文提出实现工业自主机器人解决方案的一般建议，并讨论了未来要研究的一些开放性问题。

The discovery that contracting skeletal muscle generates reactive oxygen species(ROS)was first reported over 40 years *** prevailing view in the 1980s was that exercise-induced ROS production promotes oxidation of proteins and lipids resulting in muscle ***,a paradigm shift occurred in the 1990s as growing research revealed that ROS are signaling molecules,capable of activating transcriptional activators/coactivators and promoting exercise-induced muscle *** evidence supports the notion that reduction-oxidation(redox)signaling pathways play an important role in the muscle remodeling that occurs in response to endurance exercise *** review examines the specific role that redox signaling plays in this endurance exercise-induced skeletal muscle *** begin with a discussion of the primary sites of ROS production in contracting muscle fibers followed by a summary of the antioxidant enzymes involved in the regulation of ROS levels in the *** then discuss which redox-sensitive signaling pathways promote endurance exercise-induced muscle adaptation and debate the strength of the evidence supporting the notion that redox signaling plays an essential role in muscle adaptation to endurance exercise *** hopes of stimulating future research,we highlight several important unanswered questions in this field.

干辣椒复水模型构建及复水后特性和发酵品质研究

为探究干辣椒复水后的加工适应性,选取西南地区常见的5个辣椒品种进行复水试验,采用主成分分析筛选综合得分最高的品种并以其为原料制备辣椒酱。结果表明,Peleg模型适用于料液比1:50(g:mL),恒温45℃干辣椒复水过程,复水90 min时5种辣椒质构特性较好,微观结构最接近新鲜辣椒,其中二荆条为最适宜复水再加工辣椒品种。以鲜二荆条发酵辣椒酱(A)为对照,对比研究复水二荆条发酵辣椒酱(B)和复水二荆条加蔗糖发酵辣椒酱(C),辣椒酱A的总酸、还原糖和氨基酸含量显著高于辣椒酱B和C(P<0.05),但辣椒酱C的必需氨基酸含量占比(38.43%)最接近理想蛋白模式;辣椒酱B的辣度最高,添加蔗糖后辣椒酱C的辣度显著改善;辣椒酱C和A的感官评分最为接近。试验表明复水二荆条添加蔗糖发酵可提升复水辣椒酱的营养价值,感官品质也更接近鲜二荆条发酵辣椒酱。该研究结果可为复水辣椒的高值化应用提供理论参考。

A noteworthy feature of the living world is its bewildering variability. A key issue in several biological disciplines is the achievement of an understanding of the hereditary basis of this variability. Two opposing, but not necessarily irreconcilable conceptions attempt to explain the underlying mechanism. The gene function paradigm postulates that phenotypic variance is generated by the polymorphism in the coding sequences of genes. However, comparisons of a great number of homologous gene and protein sequences have revealed that they predominantly remained functionally conserved even across distantly related phylogenic taxa. Alternatively, the gene regulation paradigm assumes that differences in the cis-regulatory region of genes do account for phenotype variation within species. An extension of this latter concept is that phenotypic variability is generated by the polymorphism in the overall gene expression profiles of gene networks. In other words, the activity of a particular gene is a system property determined both by the cis-regulatory sequences of the given genes and by the other genes of a gene network, whose expressions vary among individuals, too. Novel proponents of gene function paradigm claim that functional genetic variance within the coding sequences of regulatory genes is critical for the generation of morphological polymorphism. Note, however, that these developmental genes play direct regulatory roles in the control of gene expression.

Car manufacturing is always regarded as the key industry behind sheet metal forming, and thus, the requirements of and developments in car manufacturing play a decisive role in the development of sheet metal forming. The automotive industry is faced with contradictory demands and requirements： better performance with lower consumption and less harmful emissions, more safety and comfort; these are extremely difficult to supply simultaneously with conventional materials and conventional manufacturing processes. The fulfillment of these often contradictory requirements is one of the main driving forces in the automotive industry and thus in the material and process developments in sheet metal forming, as well. In recent years, significant developments can be observed in the application of high-strength steels. In this respect, the application of various dual-phase steels is one of the best examples. However, the application of these highstrength steels often leads to formability and manufacturing problems. One formability problem is the springback occurring after sheet metal forming. In the current research, we have dealt mainly with advanced high-strength steels, primarily with dual-phase steels. When applying them, the springback phenomenon is one of the most critical issues. To reduce the tremendous amount of experimental work needed, we also applied numerical simulation using isotropic–kinematic hardening rules. The isotropic–kinematic hardening behavior of a given material in the applied Auto Form numerical package may be characterized with three independent material parameters c, v and K（a detailed explanation of their meaning will be given in the main part of this paper）. However, we found that the material data included in simulation packages for these new high-strength steels are not fully adequate. In this short review we describe implications of age-related changes of protein and DNA oxidation as a public mechanism of biological aging. Oxidatively modified protein and DNA have been demonstrated to increase with advancing age in rodents. Half-life of proteins is extended and DNA repair activity declines in old animals. Dietary restriction initiated late in life can shorten the half-life of proteins to levels of young animals, thus contributing to reduce level of altered proteins in old animals by the regimen. Regular exercise reduced oxidatively modified proteins in the brain with improved cognitive functions. It attenuated oxidative stress in the liver, i.e., ameliorating activation of nuclear factor κB, increasing reduced glutathione, and decreasing oxidized guanine base in nuclear and mitochondrial DNA. These findings suggest that regular exercise has systemic effects in reducing oxidative stress. Thus, life-styles such as diet and exercise may extend health span, by up-regulating overall anti-oxidant capacities that include proteins involved in protein turnover and DNA repair, resulting in reduction of damaged proteins and DNA that potentially promote physiological and pathological aging.

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infects more than half of the world’s human population, but only 1% to 3% of infected people consequently develop gastric adenocarcinomas. The clinical outcome of the infection is determined by host genetic predisposition, bacterial virulence factors, and environmental factors. The association between H. pylori infection and chronic active gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, gastric cell carcinoma, and B cell mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma has been well established. With the exception of unexplained iron deficiency anemia and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, H. pylori infection has no proven role in extraintestinal diseases. On the other hand, there is data showing that H. pylori infection could be beneficial for some human diseases. The unpredictability of the long-term consequences of H. pylori infection and the economic challenge in eradicating it is why identification of high-risk individuals is crucial.
