目的:分析竞技健美操运动员落地动作的生物力学特征,比较优势侧和非优势侧生物力学指标的偏侧性,探究影响落地稳定性的关键偏侧性因素。方法:以26名高校女性健美操运动员为研究对象,同步采集40 cm高台垂直双脚落地动作中的下肢运动学和动力学数据,比较优势侧和非优势侧的触地时刻关节角度、关节活动度(ROM)、地面反作用力(GRF)、负载率、压力中心(COP)位移和包络面积的差异,计算对称指数(代表偏侧性),并采用多元逐步回归方法分析指标偏侧性和COP包络面积的关系。结果:与非优势侧相比,优势侧在触地时刻具有更大的膝外旋和髋外展角(P<0.05),在落地过程中具有较大的踝屈伸、髋屈伸、髋内收-外展及较小的踝旋转ROM(P<0.05);优势侧的伸膝力矩峰值大于非优势侧(P<0.01);垂直方向负载率和伸膝力矩峰值的对称指数与COP包络面积呈显著正相关(P<0.05);垂直方向负载率、伸膝力矩峰值和膝关节旋转角度的对称指数可以解释COP包络面积差异的83.6%。结论:竞技健美操运动员落地动作存在肢体间的偏侧性,垂直方向负载率和伸膝力矩峰值的偏侧性越大,则落地稳定性越差。此外,垂直方向负载率、伸膝力矩峰值和膝关节旋转角度的对称指数可以作为落地稳定性的预测因子。

Background:The period following pregnancy is a critical time window when future habits with respect to physical activity(pa) and sedentary behavior(SB) are established;therefore,it warrants *** purpose of this scoping review was to summarize public health-oriented country-specific postpartum pa and SB guidelines ***:To identity guidelines published since 2010,we performed a(a) systematic search of 4 databases(CINAHL,Global Health,PubMed,and SPORTDiscus),(b) structured repeatable web-based search separately for 194 countries,and(c) separate web-based *** the most recent guideline was included for each ***:We identified 22 countries with public health-oriented postpartum guidelines for pa and 11 countries with SB *** continents with guidelines included Europe(n=12),Asia(n=5),Oceania(n=2),Africa(n=1),North America(n=1),and South America(n=1).The most common benefits recorded for pa included weight control/management(n=10),reducing the risk of postpartum depression or depressive symptoms(n=9),and improving mood/well-being(n=8).Postpartum guidelines specified exercises to engage in,including pelvic floor exercises(n=17);muscle strengthening,weight training,or resistance exercises(n=13);aerobics/general aerobic activity(n=13);walking(n=11);cycling(n=9);and swimming(n=9).Eleven guidelines remarked on the interaction between pa and breastfeeding;several guidelines stated that pa did not impact breast milk quantity(n=7),breast milk quality(n=6),or infant growth(n=3).For SB,suggestions included limiting long-term sitting and interrupting sitting with ***:Country-specific postpartum guidelines for pa and SB can help promote healthy behaviors using a culturally appropriate context while providing specific guidance to public health practitioners.

The Ediacaran to early Cambrian Blovice accretionary complex,Bohemian Massif,hosts abundant chert bodies that formed on an oceanic plate and were involved in subduction beneath the northern margin of *** relationships of cherts to their host,their microstructure and elemental as well as isotopic compositions revealed diverse processes of chert petrogenesis reflecting depositional environment and position on the oceanic *** deep-water cherts formed through a hydrothermal precipitation of silica-rich gels on outer trench swell of the subducted slab with none or only minor addition of terrigenous *** the contrary,the shallow-water cherts formed in lagoons on seamount slopes,and at least some of them represent a product of hydrothermal replacement of former carbonate and/or evaporite *** both chert types,the hydrothermal fluids were of low temperature and continuous pervasive hydrothermal alteration of oceanic crust,together with an elevated Si content in Neoproterozoic seawater,served as the major source of *** the other hand,minor carbon enrichment in chert is mostly linked to variable incorporation of organic matter that was deposited on the *** earth element(REE)systematics of the cherts indicate predominantly oxygenated environment for the shallow-water cherts whereas the deep-water cherts were deposited in diverse redox conditions,depending on their distance from hydrothermal *** these data,we demonstrate that the cherts once formed a part of Ocean Plate Stratigraphy(OPS)now dismembered and mixed with terrigenous siliciclastic material to form OPS mé*** our data with those from the existing literature,we show that cherts can serve as significant markers of OPS since the Archean,recording a complex interplay between seafloor-related volcanic(production of MORB-and OIB-like magmas)and sedimentary processes,hydrothermal activity at mid-ocean ridges and seamount chains as well as at outer slopes o

根据《西藏王臣记》等史书记载,帕竹政权的第一任第悉大司徒绛曲坚赞为了稳固政权,促进发展,采取了减轻差税、改定法律、在各冲要地点兴建以内邬栋孜为首的城堡(宗)、设立宗谿等一系列制度。关于他所修建的城堡(宗),后人习惯称之为“大司徒的十三大宗”,但相关文献资料中几乎找不到“十三大宗”这样确切数字的表述。因此,对所谓“大司徒的十三大宗”的说法有待进一步考证,并且对于一些史书及论文中出现的琼杰宗、白朗伦珠孜宗、江噶尔达孜宗等类属于“大司徒的十三大宗”的说法更有待于进一步商榷。

Background:Excessive heat exposure can lead to hyperthermia in humans,which impairs physical performance and disrupts cognitive *** heat is a known physiological stressor,it is unclear how severe heat stress affects brain physiology and ***:Eleven healthy participants were subjected to heat stress from prolonged exercise or warm water immersion until their rectal temperatures(T_(re))attained 39.5℃,inducing exertional or passive hyperthermia,*** a separate trial,blended ice was ingested before and during exercise as a cooling *** were compared to a control condition with seated rest(normothermic).Brain temperature(T_(br)),cerebral perfusion,and task-based brain activity were assessed using magnetic resonance imaging ***:T_(br)in motor cortex was found to be tightly regulated at rest(37.3℃±0.4℃(mean±SD))despite fluctuations in T_(re).With the development of hyperthermia,T_(br)increases and dovetails with the rising T_(re).Bilateral motor cortical activity was suppressed during high-intensity plantarflexion tasks,implying a reduced central motor drive in hyperthermic participants(T_(re)=38.5℃±0.1℃).Global gray matter perfusion and regional perfusion in sensorimotor cortex were reduced with passive *** function was poorer under a passive hyperthermic state,and this could relate to compromised visual processing as indicated by the reduced activation of left lateral-occipital ***,ingestion of blended ice before and during exercise alleviated the rise in both T_(re)and T_(bc)and mitigated heat-related neural ***:Severe heat exposure elevates T_(br),disrupts motor cortical activity and executive function,and this can lead to impairment of physical and cognitive performance.
