Radiolabeling of lacosamide using highly purified rhenium-188 as a prospective brain theranostic agent

Rhenium-188 is prospectively effective for both diagnosis and radiotherapy as it appropriately emits gamma rays and beta ***(LCm)is a newly approved antiepileptic medication for focal drug-resistant ***-188 was separated with high elution yield and high purity using the new 188W/188Re generator based on the ZrSiW gel matrix.188Re-LCm was prepared with high radiochemical yield and high *** of 188Re-LCm in normal Swiss albino mice was investigated to determine its utility as a potential brain therapy *** 188W/188Re generator was used to obtain 188Re based on the ZrSi188W gel matrix,and the chemical,radiochemical,and radionuclidic purity of the obtained 188Re was determined using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),a paper chromatography technique,and high-purity germanium(HPGe)detection,respectively,to assess its validity for LCm *** factors,such as the pH,reaction time,and LCm quantity,were therefore studied in order to improve the yield and purity of 188Re-LCm,as determined by various chromatographic techniques such as electrophoresis,thin layer chromatography(TLC),and highpressure liquid chromatography(HPLC).188Re was obtained with a high elution yield(75±3%)and a low 188W breakthrough(0.001±0.0001%).The maximum radiochemical yield of 188Re-LCm(87.5±1.8%)was obtained using 50 ll LCm(4 mm),250 ll stannous chloride(4.4 mm)at pH 4,100 ll 188Re(37 mBq),within 30 min,at room temperature(25±3C),as determined by TLC,electrophoresis,and HPLC *** analysis showed that 188Re-LCm was primarily localized in the brain(5.1%)with a long residence time(240 min).

Production routes were recorded on available reactions for^(111)Ag production from nuclear reactors or cyclotrons using a natural palladium target based on^(110)Pd(n,γ)and^(110)pd(d,n)reactions,respectively.^(nat)Cd(γ,x)based on^(110)Cd(γ,p)has also been studied as a prospective reaction for the production of^(111)***,these nuclear reactions are difficult to utilize because,in some cases,they reduce the specific activity of^(111)*** is a consequence of the stable silver isotopes produced in high *** isotopes include^(107,109)Ag and,in other cases,the high impurity of silver radioisotopes,such as^(110)m,^(106)m,^(105)Ag,that are produced during parallel nuclear *** to a scarcity of data regarding the(γ,α)reaction,the gamma reaction on natural indium for^(111)Ag production based on the^(115)In(γ,α)reaction was *** ^(nat)In(γ,α)reaction satisfies the criteria as a possible reaction to produce^(111)Ag with a sufficient yield and purity as consequence of the high^(115)In(95.7%)abundance as an enriched form and a relatively soft background caused by the parallel nuclear reactions.

Regression analysis of squeezing-induced hybrid nanofluid flow in Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium

This article presents a mathematical model addressing a scenario involving a hybrid nanofluid flow between two infinite parallel plates. One plate remains stationary, while the other moves downward at a squeezing velocity. The space between these plates contains a Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium. A mixture of water-based fluid with gold(Au) and silicon dioxide(Si O2) nanoparticles is formulated. In contrast to the conventional Fourier's heat flux equation, this study employs the Cattaneo-Christov heat flux equation. A uniform magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the flow direction, invoking magnetohydrodynamic(mHD) effects. Further, the model accounts for Joule heating, which is the heat generated when an electric current passes through the fluid. The problem is solved via NDSolve in mATHEmATICA. Numerical and statistical analyses are conducted to provide insights into the behavior of the nanomaterials between the parallel plates with respect to the flow, energy transport, and skin *** findings of this study have potential applications in enhancing cooling systems and optimizing thermal management strategies. It is observed that the squeezing motion generates additional pressure gradients within the fluid, which enhances the flow rate but reduces the frictional drag. Consequently, the fluid is pushed more vigorously between the plates, increasing the flow velocity. As the fluid experiences higher flow rates due to the increased squeezing effect, it spends less time in the region between the plates. The thermal relaxation, however, abruptly changes the temperature, leading to a decrease in the temperature fluctuations.

The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems *** search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these *** scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated *** goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site *** characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these *** tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s *** this,an intelligent algorithm is *** steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains *** compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their *** study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,*** uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior *** is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is *** the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties.

Corrosion Behaviour of Stainless Steel in Acidic Water-Organic Solvent mixtures

electrochemical behaviour of stainless steel type 430 in acidic solutions of methanol, ethanol and in their binary mixtures with water (from 0 to 100% alcohol) at 25℃ has been studied. using potentiostatic poIarization technique and weight loss method. It was found that the corrosion rate of the metal was affected by the physico-chemical properties of the media such as, viscosity, state of solvation, molar volume contraction, proton availability and dielectric constant, it was demonstrated from the potentiostatic study that the active passive transition strongly depended on the concentration of the acid, and on the water content of the media.

Feasibility of new ladle-treated Hadfield steel for mining purposes

A debate has arisen over the possibility of using a new ladle-treated Hadfield steel instead of conventional heat-treated Hadfield steel in mining applications. This debate might be solved by identifying the differences between the mechanical properties and strain-hardening properties of conventional heat-treated Hadfield steel and its counterpart ladle-treated Hadfield steel. Tensile and compression tests demonstrated that the ductility of ladle-treated Hadfield steel is similar to that of conventional heat-treated steel. However, the strain-hardening property of the ladle-treated Hadfield steel is almost two times higher than that of the heat-treated Hadfield steel. The results of this study demonstrate that the improvement of the strain-hardening behavior is attributable to the low stacking-fault energy of the main austenite matrix, which results from the high segregation coefficient of carbon and manganese solutes of the main austenite matrix into the new eutectic phase. Superior wear abrasion resistance is a potential consequence of different strain-hardening properties under low and high loads.

Formation of Alfvénic supernonlinear waves in a plasma containing double spectral distributed electrons

The characteristics of nonlinear and supernonlinear Alfvén waves propagating in a multicomponent plasma composed of a double spectral electron distribution and positive and negative ions were investigated. The Sagdeev technique was employed, and an energy equation was derived. Our findings show that the proposed system reveals the existence of a double-layer solution, periodic, supersoliton, and superperiodic waves. The phase portrait and potential analysis related to these waves were investigated to study the main features of existing waves. It was also found that decreasing the electron temperature helps the superperiodic structure to be excited in our plasma model. Our results help interpret the nonlinear and supernonlinear features of the recorded Alfvén waves propagating in the ionosphere D-region.
