The mechanism of Cd（Ⅱ） uptak. by the dead biomass of macrofungus Pleurotus platypus was investigated using different chemical and instrumental techniques. Sequential removal of cell wall components of the biosorbent revealed that structural polysaccharides play a predominant role in the biosorption of Cd（Ⅱ）. The adsorption k.netics fitted well with the pseudo second-order model suggested that the adsorption of Cd（Ⅱ） on P. platypus involved a chemisorption process. Transmission electron microscopy of the cadmium exposed biomass confirmed the deposition of the metal mainly in the metal loaded biosorbent confirmed the participation of-OH, - the cell wall. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic analysis of NH and C-O-C groups in the uptak. of Cd（Ⅱ）. Energy dispersive X-ray analysis of the biosorbent before and after metal uptak. revealed that the main mechanism of adsorption was ion-exchange. The effectiveness of CaCl2 in the desorption of cadmium perhaps suggested the exchange of Ca^2＋ with Cd（Ⅱ）.

Soft set theory has a rich potential application in several fields. A soft group is a parameterized family of subgroups and a fuzzy soft group is a parameterized family of fuzzy subgroups. The concept of fuzzy soft group is the generalization of soft group. Abdulk.dir Aygunoglu and Halis Aygun introduced the notion of fuzzy soft groups in 2009[1]. In this paper, the concept of lattice ordered fuzzy soft groups and its duality has been introduced. Then distributive and modular lattice ordered fuzzy soft groups are analysed. The objective of this paper is to study the lattice theory over the collection of fuzzy soft group in a parametric manner. Some pertinent properties have been analysed and hence established duality principle.

Diverse aquatic microorganisms are capable of colonizing living and non-living surfaces leading to the formation of biofilms. Commonly visualized as a slimy layer, these biofilms are filled with hundreds of other microorganisms compared to free living plank.onic cells. Microbial surface colonization and surface-associated metabolic activities also exert several macroscale deleterious effects, including biofouling, biocorrosion and the persistence and transmission of harmful or pathogenic microorganisms and virulence determinants. The present study deals with the isolation and screening of marine bacteria for biofilm formation. The screened isolates were characterized and identified as Pychrobacter celer, Pychrobacter alimentarius and k.curia rhizophila by 16S rRNA sequencing. Biofilm forming bacteria were isolated by spread plate technique and subjected to screening by microtiter plate assay. The potent biofilm formers were identified by molecular characterization using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Twelve bacterial isolates were obtained by pour plate technique and subjected to biofilm assay. Among the 12 isolates three isolates which showed maximum biofilm formation were subjected to molecular characterizationby 16S rRNA gene sequencing method. The isolates were identified as Pychrobacter celer, Pychrobacter alimentarius and k.curia rhizophila. The EPS produced by the three biofilm forming bacteria was extracted and the protein and carbohydrate content determined. Among the isolates screened, isolate 8 (k.curia rhizophila) produced maximum protein and carbohydrate which was also in accordance with the results of microtiter plate assay.

An analytical model for surrounding gate metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors （MOS- FETs） considering quantum effects is presented. To achieve this goal, we have used a variational approach for solving the Poisson and Schrodinger equations. This model is developed to provide an analytical expression for the inversion charge distribution function for all regions of the device operation. This expression is used to calculate the other important parameters lik. the inversion charge centroid, threshold voltage and inversion charge density. The calculated expressions for the above parameters are simple and accurate. The validity of this model was check.d for the devices with different device dimensions and bias voltages. The calculated results are compared with the simulation results and they show good agreement.

Quantum effects are predominant in tri-gate MOSFETs, so a model should be developed. For the first time, this paper presents the analytical model for quantization effects of thin film silicon tri-gate MOSFETs by using variational approach. An analytical expression of the inversion charge distribution function（ICDF） or wave function for the tri-gate MOSFETs has been obtained. This obtained ICDF is used to calculate the important device parameters, such as the inversion charge centroid and inversion charge density. The results are validated against with the simulation data.

Objective:To examine the ethanol,aqueous,chloroform,benzene,acetone and petroleum ether extracts of Hemigraphis colorata(***) leaves and stem and Elephantopus scaber (***) leaves,root and flower for the presence of phyto-constituents and screened the antibacterial activity against the selected ***:The fresh materials were shade dried and powdered using the tissue *** dried and powered materials(50 g) were extracted successively with 200 mL of aqueous,acetone,benzene,chloroform,*** petroleum ether by using Soxhlet extractor for 8 h at a temperature not exceeding the boiling point of the ***,acetone,benzene,chloroform,*** petroleum ether extracts were prepared from powdered materials were used for preliminary phytnehemical and antimicrobial studies using standard ***:The crude aqueous,acetone,benzene,chloroform, *** petroleum ether extracts *** leaves,flower and root and *** leaves and stem demonstrated that out of(5×6×12 = 360) tests for the presence or absence of the above compounds.188 tests gave positive results and the remaining 172 gave negative results. Spectral unmixing helps to identify different components present in the spectral mixtures which occur in the uppermost layer of the area owing to the low spatial resolution of hyperspectral *** spectral unmixing methods are globally based and do not consider the spectral variability among its endmembers that occur due to illumination,atmospheric,and environmental ***,endmember bundle extraction plays a major role in overcoming the above-mentioned limitations leading to more accurate abundance ***,a two-stage approach is proposed to extract endmembers through endmember bundles in hyperspectral *** divide and conquer method is applied as the first step in subset images with only the non-redundant bands to extract endmembers using the Vertex Component Analysis(VCA)and N-FINDR algorithms.A fuzzy rule-based inference system utilizing spectral matching parameters is proposed in the second step to categorize *** endmember with the minimum error is chosen as the final endmember in each specific *** proposed method is simple and automatically considers endmember variability in hyperspectral *** efficiency of the proposed method is evaluated using two real hyperspectral *** average spectral angle and abundance angle are used to analyze the performance measures.
