Circularly polarized luminescence(CPL) materials have received widespread attention due to their remark.ble performance and broad applications. However, current CPL material research primarily focuses on tunable color, intensity, and *** CPL with adjustable lifetime remains a significant challenge. Herein, a series of CPL polymeric materials with tunable lifetime were obtained by employing phosphorescent terephthalic acid and chiral organic small molecule R/S-BNAf(a luminescent binaphthol derivative) to copolymerize with acrylamide in different ratios. It was verified that this performance results from the different energy transfer efficiency between luminophores with varying ratios of the monomers for copolymerization. This strategy to realize CPL with tunable lifetime by modulating the energy transfer efficiency will provide a new perspective to broaden the applications of CPL materials.

The search for new biomark.rs predictive of type 2 diabetes currently constitutes a research avenue in Bioclinical. Total homocysteine remains a preferred target due to its involvement in the occurrence of degenerative complications in type 2 diabetics. The aim of this work.was to study hyperhomocysteinemia and other biochemical mark.rs associated with T2D in the Congolese population. This was an analytical case-control study carried out between October 2022 and October 2023. The study population consisted of 150 subjects including 100 T2D patients and 50 control subjects. The main clinical data were collected on a pre-established form. Homocysteine determination was carried out by the sandwich eLISA method. The other biochemical mark.rs were measured by colorimetric enzymatic methods. Hyperhomocysteinemia was present in 27.3% (41/150) of the entire study population. Type 2 diabetics had a frequency of hyperhomocysteinemia of 36% (36/100) and control 10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). The mean hyperhomocysteinemia concentration was 31.9 μmol/l with extremes ranging from 18 to 103 μmol/l. Means of biological mark.rs between diabetics and controls showed a statistically significant difference (p = 0.01). The risk.factors associated with this HHcy were: sex (OR = 3.5), age (OR = 9.4), sedentary lifestyle (OR = 3.4) and glycosylated hemoglobin (OR = 12) with a p-value espectively. Our results suggest that hyperhomocysteinemia can be considered as a predictive biomark.r in the bioclinic of Congolese type 2 diabetic patients.

Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite was easily synthesized via one-step succinct-operated hydrothermal *** interconnected Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4) nanowires network.can in-situ grow and anchor on the surface of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) via the strong Co-f bonds and contribute tremendously to depress Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) *** from the synergistically interplayed effect among the multiple interfaces and high conductivity of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) as well as outstanding stability of the as-designed nanostructure,the optimum Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)electrode reaches a commendable specific capacitance(up to 3800 mf·cm^(−2)),great rate capability(80%capacitance retention after 20-times current increasing),and preeminent cycling stability(95.4%/85.5%retention at 7000th/20,000th cycle).Moreover,the all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor based on Co_(3)V_(2)O_(8)/Co_(3)O_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and active carbon can deliver a high energy density of 84.0μWh·cm^(−2) at the power energy of 3.2 mW·cm^(−2),and excellent cycling durability with 87.0%of initial capacitance retention upon 20,000 *** work.provides a practicable pathway to tailor MXene-based composites for high-performance supercapacitor.

The recently deployed Transition Region explorer(TRex)-RGB(red-green-blue)all-sk. imager(ASI)is designed to capture“true color”images of the aurora and *** the 557.7 nm green line is usually the brightest emission line in visible auroras,the green channel of a TRex-RGB camera is usually dominated by the 557.7 nm *** this rationale,the TRex mission does not include a specific 557.7 nm imager and is designed to use the RGB green-channel data as a proxy for the 557.7 nm *** this study,we present an initial effort to establish the conversion ratio or formula link.ng the RGB green-channel data to the absolute intensity of 557.7 nm auroras,which is crucial for quantitative uses of the RGB *** illustrate two approaches:(1)through a comparison with the collocated measurement of green-line auroras from the TRex spectrograph,and(2)through a comparison with the modeled green-line intensity according to realistic electron precipitation flux measurements from low-earth-orbit satellites,with the aid of an auroral transport *** demonstrate the procedures and provide initial results for the TRex-RGB ASIs at the Rabbit Lak. and Luck. Lak. *** RGB response is found to be *** conversion ratios or formulas between RGB green-channel data and the green-line auroral intensity are given and can be applied immediately by TRex-RGB data *** methodology established in this study will also be applicable to the upcoming SMILe ASI mission,which will adopt a similar RGB camera system in its deployment.

Laser plasma accelerators(LPAs)enable the generation of intense and short proton bunches on a micrometre scale,thus offering new experimental capabilities to research fields such as ultra-high dose rate radiobiology or material *** spectrally broadband,laser-accelerated proton bunches allow for tailored volumetric dose deposition in a sample via single bunches to excite or probe specific sample *** rising number of such experiments indicates a need for diagnostics providing spatially resolved characterization of dose distributions with volumes of approximately 1 cm^(3) for single proton bunches to allow for fast online *** we present the scintillator-based miniSCIDOM detector for online single-bunch tomographic reconstruction of dose distributions in volumes of up to approximately 1 cm^(3).The detector achieves a spatial resolution below 500μm and a sensitivity of 100 *** detector performance is tested at a proton therapy cyclotron and an LPA proton *** experiments’primary focus is the characterization of the scintillator’s ionization quenching behaviour.

Orthorhombic Nb_(2)O_(5)(T-Nb_(2)O_(5))is attractive for fast-charging Li-ion batteries,but it is still hard to realize rapid charge transfer k.netics for Li-ion ***,f-doped T-Nb_(2)O_(5) microﬂowers(f-Nb_(2)O_(5))are rationally synthesized through topotactic ***,f-Nb_(2)O_(5) are assembled by single-crystal nanoﬂak.s with nearly 97%exposed(100)facet,which maximizes the exposure of the feasible Li^(+)transport pathways along loosely pack.d 4g atomic layers to the electrolytes,thus effectively enhancing the Li^(+)-intercalation ***,the band gap of f-Nb_(2)O_(5) is reduced to 2.87 eV due to the doping of f atoms,leading to enhanced electrical *** synergetic effects between tailored exposed crystal facets,f-doping,and ultrathin building block.,speed up the Li^(+)/electron transfer k.netics and improve the pseudocapacitive properties of f-Nb_(2)O_(5).Therefore,f-Nb_(2)O_(5) exhibit superior rate capability(210.8 and 164.9 mah g^(-1) at 1 and 10 C,respectively)and good long-term 10 C cycling performance(132.7 mah g^(-1) after 1500 cycles).
