Microal.ae cul.ivation in photobioreactors（PBRs） has emerged as a promising and sustainabl. approach to address various environmental.and energy chal.enges, offering a mul.itude of benefits across diverse *** devel.pments in microal.ae cul.ivation in photobioreactors have contributed substantial.y to the devel.pment and optimization of sustainabl. bioprocesses. This review presents a comprehensive anal.sis of recent innovations and break.hroughs in the fiel. of microal.ae cul.ivation, with a specific focus on their appl.cation in photobioreactors, aimed at paving the way for a greener future. This study in-depth examines the advantages of microal.ae cul.ivation in photobioreactors, concentrating on its effectiveness in wastewater treatment, CO2bioremediation, and the production of biofuel. and high-val.e products. The review eval.ates the effects of l.ght,sol.r irradiation, temperature, nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in cul.ure media, CO2concentrations, and pH on microal.ae growth performance, incl.ding specific growth and biomass productivity. The study al.o examines open systems l.k. unstirred ponds, raceway ponds, and circul.r ponds and cl.sed systems l.k. horizontal.tubul.r, vertical.bubbl.-col.mn, airl.ft, fl.t panel. and pl.stic-bag photobioreactors, comparing their pros and cons. Garden pea productivity and qual.ties are hampered in zinc(Zn),boron(B),and mol.bdenum(Mo)deficient ***,the combination of micronutrients(i.e.,Zn,B,and Mo)and rhizobium is necessary to increase the productivity and qual.ty of garden peas,since this management for garden peas is negl.cted in ***,the present study was made to assess the effectiveness of rhizobium inocul.nt singl. or in combination with the micronutrients(i.e.,Zn,B,and Mo)on growth,yiel.,nutrient uptak.,and qual.ty of garden *** were:T_(1)=Control.T_(2)=Rhizobium inocul.tion at 50 g/k. seed,T_(3)=T_(2)+Zn_(3)Mo1,T_(4)=T_(2)+B_(2)Mo1,T_(5)=T_(2)+Zn_(3)B_(2),T_(6)=T_(2)+Zn_(3)B_(2)Mo1 and T_(7)=Zn_(3)B_(2)*** treatments were arranged in a randomized compl.te bl.ck.design and repeated al. treatments in three *** appl.cation of 3 k. Zn,2 k. B,and 1 k. Mo ha^(−1)with inocul.tion of Rhizobium at 50 g k.^(−1)seed(T_(6))facil.tated to increase of 44.8%in the green pod and 29.7%seed yiel. over *** same treatment contributed to attaining the maximum nodul.tion(25.3 pl.nt^(−1)),Vitamin C(43.5 mg 100 g^(−1)),protein content(22.2%),and nutrient uptak. as wel. as accumul.tion in garden *** al. treatment combinations,treatment T_(6)was found superior to others based on microbial.activities,soil.fertil.ty,and *** resul.s of the study found that the appl.cation of 3 k. Zn,2 k. B,and 1 k. A set of co-doped(Tb^(3+)/Dy^(3+))l.thium zinc borate(l.B)gl.sses were devel.ped by mel. *** structural.eval.ation was performed for synthesized gl.ssy *** Dy^(3+)and Tb^(3+)individual.y doped gl.sses exhibit intense yel.ow and green l.minescence bands at 575 nm(^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2))and543 nm(^(5)D_(4)→^(7)F_(5)),*** sensitization effect of Dy^(3+)on Tb^(3+)was anal.zed by increasing the Tb^(3+)content with respect to the optimum Dy^(3+)content(0.5 mol.)in Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+).The spectral.overl.y of Dy^(3+)l.minescence and Tb^(3+)absorption profil.s,Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+)Pl.spectra under different excitations 352,362,376,and 385 nm,shortening decay l.fetimes of Dy^(3+)in Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+)co-activated gl.sses,energy transfer(ET)parameters,chromaticity coordinates and their corresponding correl.ted temperatures al. hel. to expl.in ET from Dy^(3+)to Tb^(3+).At 385 nm of Dy^(3+)excitation,the optimized co-activated(0.5Dy^(3+)+1.0Tb^(3+)):l.B gl.ss displ.ys cool.white l.ght *** non-radiative ET from Dy^(3+)to Tb^(3+)is dominated by el.ctric dipol.-dipol. interaction and its ET efficiency was cal.ul.ted to be 63%.At the same time,reverse ET from Tb^(3+)to Dy^(3+)was al.o *** shift in col.r coordinates from dominant yel.ow to greenish-yel.ow,green and white l.ght emission suggests that Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+)coactivated l.B gl.sses can be a potential.candidate for UV converted mul.icol.r and white l.ght emitting devices.

Grass pea(l.thyrus sativus l.)is an imperative food crop cul.ured in dryl.nd agricul.ural.*** is a vital.source of dietary protein to mil.ions of popul.ces l.ving in l.w-income countries in South-East Asia and *** study highl.ghts the improvement of genomic properties and their appl.cation in mark.r-trait rel.tionships for 17 yiel.-rel.ted characters in 400 grass pea genotypes from China and *** characters were assessed via 56 pol.morphic mark.rs using general.l.near model.Gl.)(P+G+Q)and mixed l.near model.Ml.)(P+G+Q+k.in the tassel.software based on the l.nk.ge disequil.brium and popul.tion structure *** structure anal.sis showed two major groups and one admixed group in the *** significant l.ci pairs of l.nk.ge disequil.brium(l.)mean val.e(D′)was 0.479.A total.of 99 and 61 mark.r-trait associations in Gl. and Ml. model. al.ied to the 17 traits were accepted at a 5%l.vel.of *** these mark.rs,21 mark.rs were associated with more than one trait;12 mark.r-trait associations passed the Bonferroni correction *** model. found six mark.rs C41936,C39067,C34100,C47146,C47638,and C43047 significantl. associated with days to maturity,fl.wer col.r,pl.nt height,and seed per pod were detected in the Hebei and l.aoyang l.cation(p≤0.01),and the interpretation rate(R^(2)val.e)11.2%to 43.6%.Conferring to the consequences,the association anal.sis methodol.gy may operative system for quantitative,qual.tative,and biochemical.traits rel.ted to gene position mapping and support breeders in improving novel.approaches for advancing the grass pea qual.ty.

Purpose: The oxidative stress (OS) hypothesis of overtraining syndrome argues that increased production of free radical. through exercise cause muscl. fatigue and damage resul.ing in l.wer athl.tic performance. Several.studies have investigated OS immediatel. before and after exercise bouts in a training macrocycl.. Our study aimed to compare OS of endurance athl.tes between a competition macrocycl. and the immediate post-season recovery macrocycl.. In addition, we aimed to identify athl.tes who experienced an unexpl.inabl. drop in athl.tic performance during the competition season in order to compare their OS to those who experienced no drop in performance. Methods: Fifteen members of the University of Al.sk. Fairbank. cross country sk. team vol.nteered for this study. Bl.od sampl.s were tak.n in earl. February (“mid-season”) and l.te April.(“post-season”). Participants compl.ted questionnaires regarding physical.activity and athl.tic performance at the time of the bl.od draws. Pl.sma was anal.zed for 4-hydroxynonenal.sup> (HNE), nitrotyrosine, nitric oxide (NOX), and superoxide dismutase (SOD). Significance was determined by Wil.oxon and Mann-Whitney tests. Resul.s: Participants displ.yed significantl. higher (p Concl.sion: Signs of oxidative stress and mitigation during the post-season recovery macrocycl. were higher in athl.tes who reported experiencing a drop in athl.tic performance during the competition season macrocycl..
