Sleep posture surveillance is crucial for patient comfort,yet current systems face difficulties in providing compre-h.nsive studies due to th. obstruction caused by *** posture assessment remains ch.llenging because of th. complex nature of th. h.man body and variations in sleep ***,th.s study introduces an innovative meth.d utilizing RGB and th.rmal cameras for compreh.nsive posture classification,th.reby enh.ncing th. analysis of body position and *** meth.d begins by capturing a dataset of sleep postures in th. form of videos using RGB and th.rmal cameras,wh.ch.depict six commonly adopted postures:supine,left log,righ. log,prone h.ad,prone left,and prone *** study involves 10 participants under two conditions:with.and with.ut ***,th. database is normalized into a video *** subsequent step entails training a fine-tuned,pretrained Visual Geometry Group(VGG16)and ResNet50 *** th. th.rd ph.se,th. extracted features are utilized for *** fourth.step of th. proposed approach.employs a serial fusion tech.ique based on th. normal distribution to merge th. vectors derived from both.th. RGB and th.rmal ***,th. fused vectors are passed to mach.ne learning classifiers for final *** dataset,wh.ch.includes h.man sleep postures used in th.s study’s experiments,ach.eved a 96.7%accuracy rate using th. Quadratic Support Vector Mach.ne(QSVM)with.ut th. ***,th. Linear SVM,wh.n utilized with.a blank.t,attained an accuracy of 96%.Wh.n normal distribution serial fusion was applied to th. blank.t features,it resulted in a remark.ble average accuracy of 99%.

Objective: Botulinum toxin type A is frequently used to treat crow's feet lines. h.wever, th. optimal dose and injection sites are still controversial. Th. objective of th.s study was to compare th. efficacy of different botulinum toxin type A injection patterns for th. treatment of crow's feet. Meth.ds: Th.s single-center, retrospective, clinical study was conducted at th. National h.spital of Dermatology and Venereology from July 2020 to December 2020. Data on 60 patients with.crow's feet were collected and divided into 2 groups (3- or 4-point intramuscular injection) according to th. intramuscular injection tech.ique th. patients received. Th. treatment efficacy was assessed based on th. ch.nges in th. Crow's Feet Grading Scale score at 1, 4, and 16 week. after treatment. Repeated measures analysis of variance was used for th. assessment of ch.nges in scores over time between th. two groups. Results: After treatment, th. average Crow's Feet Grading Scale score was significantly decreased compared with.th. pretreatment score at all timepoints (1, 4, and 16 week.) in both.states (dynamic: For 3-point intramuscular injection tech.ique, 1 week. 1.90 ± 0.71 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 4 week.: 1.87 ± 0.68 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56; 16 week.: 2.60 ± 0.67 vs. 2.97 ± 0.56. For 4-point intramuscular injection tech.ique, 1 week. 1.73 ± 0.83 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 4 week.: 1.73 ± 0.74 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49; 16 week.: 2.57 ± 0.68 vs. 3.03 ± 0.49, all P h.ique, 1 week. 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 4 week.: 1.20 ± 0.89 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; 16 week.: 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.20 ± 0.85; For 4-point intramuscular injection tech.ique, 1 week. 1.50 ± 0.86 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 4 week.: 1.33 ± 0.84 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84; 16 week.: 1.87 ± 0.97 vs. 2.30 ± 0.84. Urea-assisted natural seawater electrolysis is an emerging tech.ology th.t is effective for grid-scale carbon-neutral h.drogen mass production yet *** scaling relations is an effective strategy to break.th.ough.th. bottleneck.of natural seawater ***,by DFT calculation,we demonstrated th.t th. interface boundaries between Ni2P and MoO2play an essential role in th. selfrelaxation of th. Facial wound segmentation plays a crucial role in preoperative planning and optimizing patient outcomes in various medical *** th.s paper,we propose an efficient approach.for automating 3D facial wound segmentation using a two-stream graph.convolutional *** meth.d leverages th. We present recent investigations on th. vector and axial-vector transitions of th. baryon antidecuplet with.n th. framework.of th. self-consistent SU（3） ch.ral quark.soliton model, tak.ng into account th. 1/No rotational and linear mscorrections. Th. main contribution to th. electric-lik. transition form factor comes from th. wave-function corrections. Th.s is a consequence of th. generalized Ademollo-Gatto th.orem. It is also found th.t in general th. leading-order contributions are almost canceled by th. rotational 1/No corrections. Th. results are summarized as follows： th. vector and tensor k.NO coupling constants, gk.N= 0.74--0.87 and fk.N =0.53--1.16, respectively, and F→k. = 0.71 MeV, based on th. result of th. k. coupling constant gk.e =0.83. We also sh.w th. differential cross sections and beam asymmetries, based on th. present results. We also discuss th. connection of present results with.th. original work.by Diak.nov, Petrov, and Polyak.v.

Th. immune-stromal cell interactions play a k.y role in h.alth.and diseases. In periodontitis, th. most prevalent infectious disease in h.mans, immune cells accumulate in th. oral mucosa and promote bone destruction by inducing receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANk.) expression in osteogenic cells such.as osteoblasts and periodontal ligament cells. h.wever, th. detailed mech.nism underlying immune–bone cell interactions in periodontitis is not fully understood. h.re, we performed single-cell RNAsequencing analysis on mouse periodontal lesions and sh.wed th.t neutroph.l–osteogenic cell crosstalk.is involved in periodontitis-induced bone loss. Th. periodontal lesions displayed mark.d infiltration of neutroph.ls, and in silico analyses suggested th.t th. neutroph.ls interacted with.osteogenic cells th.ough.cytok.ne production. Among th. cytok.nes expressed in th. periodontal neutroph.ls, oncostatin M (OSM) potently induced RANk. expression in th. primary osteoblasts, and deletion of th. OSM receptor in osteogenic cells significantly ameliorated periodontitis-induced bone loss. Epigenomic data analyses identified th. OSM-regulated RANk. enh.ncer region in osteogenic cells, and mice lack.ng th.s enh.ncer sh.wed decreased periodontal bone loss wh.le maintaining ph.siological bone metabolism. Th.se findings sh.d ligh. on th. role of neutroph.ls in bone regulation during bacterial infection, h.gh.igh.ing th. novel mech.nism underlying osteoimmune crosstalk.

Data deduplication （dedupe for sh.rt） is a special data compression tech.ique. It h.s been widely adopted to save back.p time as well as storage space, particularly in back.p storage systems. Th.refore, most dedupe research.h.s primarily focused on improving dedupe write performance. h.wever, back.p storage dedupe read performance is also a crucial problem for storage recovery. Th.s paper designs a new dedupe storage read cach. for back.p applications th.t improves read performance by exploiting a special ch.racteristic： th. read sequence is th. same as th. write sequence. Consequently, for better cach. utilization, by look.ng ah.ad for future references with.n a moving window, it evicts victims from th. cach. h.ving th. smallest future access. Moreover~ to furth.r improve read cach. performance. it maintains a small log buffer to judiciously cach. future access data ch.nk.. Extensive experiments with.real-world back.p work.oads demonstrate th.t th. proposed read cach. sch.me improves read performance by up to 64.3%

Th. study on th. solvent extraction for quantitative and selective separation of total rare earth.metals from th. polymetallic nodule leach.liquor was investigated. Th. typical leach.liquor bearing 0. 094 g/L total rare earth. 0. 23 g/L Mn, 0.697 g/L Cu, 0.2 g/L Fe, 0.01 g/L Co and 0.735 g/L Ni was subjected to th. removal iron content by precipitation meth.d using Ca（Oh.2 at ph.3.95, prior to solvent extraction of rare earth.metals. Th.ee different organo-ph.sph.ric acid reagents（D2Eh.A, PC88 A, Cyanex 272） were used to ascertain th.ir performances and selectivity towards th. loading of rare earth.metals in presence of oth.r base metals. Based on th. results of eq. ph.effect, th. performances of above th.ee extractants followed th. order as： D2Eh.A〉PC88A〉Cyanex 272. To ensure th. absence of extraction of base metals（Cu, Co, Ni）, th. eq. ph.of th. solution was optimized at th. level of 2.21, th.ugh.h.gh.r rare earth.metal extraction efficiency was observed at h.gh.r eq. ph.with.eith.r of th. extractants. Th. complete process flow diagram for substantial recovery of total rare earth.was developed using D2 Eh.A. Extraction isoth.rm plot was constructed at A：O=12：1, 3-stages and ph.=2.21, using 0.8 mol/L D2 Eh.A and th. predicted condition of th.s study was furth.r confirmed by 6-Cycles Counter Current Simulation（CCS） study. Th. stripping of total rare earth.from loaded organic ph.se（LO） was conducted using h.l solution. Mc-Cabe Th.ele diagram study carried out at A：O=1：5 using 4 mol/L h.l sh.wed th.t th.ee th.oretical stages were needed for quantitative stripping of total rare earth. Th. subsequent stripped solution resulted th.s led to contain total rare earth.of 5.6 g/L indicating a very h.gh.enrich.ent of total metals by solvent extraction（SX） process.
