A wireless sensor network.is one of the network. that is highly demanding by various real-timenetwork.ng applications nowadays. A huge amount of sensor nodes is deployed in the network.andomly and distributed. Most of the applications using wireless sensor network.(WSN) aresurveillance monitoring applications lik. a forest, home, healthcare, environment, and remotemonitoring systems. Based on the application usage, the type of sensor, a number of sensornodes are deployed in such a manner where the sensors can be used effectively. But the sensornodes are restricted in the battery and sensing region. Thus, the battery of the sensor nodesis decreased based on the nodes’ function. The energy level of the sensor nodes highly affectsthe network.lifetime. Improving the energy efficiency in WSN is one of the most important challengingtask.. Most of the earlier research work. have proposed various methods, techniques,and routing protocols, but they are application dependent and as a common method. So, thispaper is motivated to propose a Multi-Conditional Network.Analysis (MCNA) framework.for savingthe energy level of the sensor nodes by reducing energy consumption. TheMCNAframework.nvolves two different clustering processes with cluster head selection, choosing the best nodesbased on the signal strength, and the best route for data transmission. The data transmissionis done by cluster based on source-destination based. The simulation results proved that theproposed MCNA framework.outperforms the other existing methods.

Productivity status of traditional agrisilviculture system on northern and southern aspects in mid-hill situation of Garhwal Himalaya,India

The productivity of traditional agrisilviculture system(agricultural crops + trees) was investigated in the northern and southern aspects of mid-hill situation in Garhwal Himalaya, Uttarak.and, India during the 2004?2006.A total of 19 tree species were studied in both northern and southern aspects, out of which 17 tree species were selected in northern aspect and 12 tree species in southern aspect for phytosociological characteristic analysis of trees in agrisilvicultural *** most dominant tree species are Grewia optiva, Celtis australis and Melia azedarach and successively grown under traditional agrisilviculture *** results show that the annual productivity of all tree species was 3 775 k.·ha-1·a-1 in northern aspect(site-N) and 3 101 k.·ha-1·a-1 in southern aspect(site-S).*** had the highest productivity in both site-N and site-S among the tree species, followed by ***, Quercus leucotrichophora and *** dominant agricultural crops were Eleusine coracana in summer cereals, Phaseolus vulgaris in summer pulses-oilseeds and Triticum aestivum in the winter season in the *** average biological productivity of agricultural crops in northern aspect was about 16% higher than that in southern aspect under traditional agrisilviculture *** sole agricultural crop productivity(without trees) in northern aspect was also higher than that in southern *** obvious difference in annual productivity of trees and agriculture crops was observed between northern aspect and southern *** overall productivity in traditional agrisilviculture system(crop + tree) was 24%(in northern aspect) and 21%(in southern aspect) higher than that in sole cropping system.

Electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is one of the crucial reactions for converting renewable electricity into chemical fuel in the form of *** date,there is still a challenge in designing ideal cost-effective OER catalysts with excellent activity and robust *** hybridization of transition metal oxides and carbonaceous materials is one of the most effective and promising strategies to develop high-performance ***,this work.synthesized hybrids of NiFe_2 O_4 spinel materials with two-dimensional(2D)graphene oxide and one-dimensional(1 D)carbon nanotubes using a facile solvothermal *** activities of NiFe_(2)O_(4) with 2 D graphene oxide toward OER were realized to be superior even to the 1 D carbon nanotube-based electro catalyst in terms of overpotential to reach a current density of10 mA/cm^(2) as well as Tafel *** NiFe_(2)O_(4) with 2 D graphene oxide hybrid exhibits good stability with an overpotential of 327 mV at a current density of 10 mA/cm^(2) and a Tafel slope of 103 mV/*** high performance of NiFe_(2)O_(4) with 2 D graphene oxide is mainly attributed to its unique morphology,more exposed active sites,and a porous structure with a high surface ***,an approach of hybridizing a metal oxide with a carbonaceous material offers an attractive platform for developing an efficient electrocatalyst for water electrochemistry applications.

Exploring the potential of artificial intelligence techniques in prediction of the removal efficiency of vortex tube silt ejector

A vortex tube silt ejector is a curative hydraulic structure used to remove sediment deposits from canals and is recognized as one of the most efficient substitutes for physically removing canal sediment. The spatially varied flow in the channel and the rotational flow behavior in the tube mak. the silt removal process complex. It is even harder to accurately predict the silt removal efficiency by traditional models accurately. However, artificial intelligence(AI) and machine learning approaches have emerged as robust substitutes for studying complex processes. Therefore, this research mak.s use of AI approaches; support vector machine(SVM), random forest(RF), random tree(RT), and multivariate adaptive regression spline(MARS) to compute the vortex tube silt ejection efficiency using the laboratory data sets. The outcomes of the artificial intelligence(AI)-based techniques also were compared with traditional models. It was found that the RT model(root mean square error, RMSE = 2.165, Nash Sutcliffe efficiency, NSE = 0.98) outperforms the other applied approaches which had relatively more significant result errors. The sensitivity analysis of the process depicts the extraction ratio as the k.y parameter in the computation of vortex tube silt ejector removal efficiency. The findings of the AI-based approaches discussed in the current study might be helpful for hydraulic engineers as well as researchers in the assessment of the removal efficiency of vortex tube silt ejectors.

顾客忠诚已经吸引很多学者在不同的领域开展研究。随着科技日新月异,消费者购买产品偏好也越来越影响消费者对某个品牌的忠诚度。企业要考虑企业慈善行为如何影响企业声誉,使得顾客对企业心怀感激,并进而对企业产生信任和忠诚度。本研究将分析企业慈善行为与顾客忠诚度之间的关系,以及企业声誉、顾客感激、顾客信任、顾客承诺在其中的中介作用。疫情期间,许多企业都开展了各种慈善公益活动,展示了企业参与社会和环境公益的方式。而本研究将分析企业慈善行为是否有利于提高企业声誉、顾客感激进而提高顾客对企业的信任与承诺,并最终有利于提高顾客对公司的忠诚度。本次研究采用问卷调查法,并在印度尼西亚The Body Shop Indonesia公司针对该公司的顾客完成了问卷数据收集。选择这家公司的原因是,这是一家强调企业社会责任、经常开展慈善活动的公司,例如当顾客在The Body Shop Indonesia门店购物支付时,该公司收银员会循例询问顾客“是否愿意捐一点小钱?”。这让笔者更加好奇,该公司请求顾客捐出的钱去了哪里呢?当笔者询问时,店员通常会回答说:“The Body Shop Indonesia做很多慈善活动,比如:关爱环境,为贫困儿童建学校,还有很多其他的社会活动。同时,笔者于2021年疫情期间回到家乡印度尼西亚第四大城市MEDAN(棉兰)的The Body Shop公司实习,本次问卷调查获得了该公司管理人员的支持,使得笔者可以在该公司向公司的顾客发放问卷进行调查。本研究采用在线问卷的方法,通过将问卷链接发放给The Body Shop Indonesia顾客收集数据。问卷分为两部分,第一部分是人口统计分析,第二部分是有关各个研究变量的测量。问卷设计采用李克特五点量表。由于条件所限,本次研究采用目的抽样和便利抽样方法,在印度尼西亚棉兰太阳广场The Body shop奥特莱斯发出300份问卷,得到204份有效问卷,使用SPSS和Amos统计软件,对数据进行了信度与效度分析,相关系数,以及各变量之间关系进行了 SEM分析检验。本次研究结果表明,印度尼西亚The Body Shop的顾客对企业的信任度并不直接受企业慈善行为的影响。但企业慈善行为显著影响企业声誉、顾客对企业的感激,并进而影响了顾客承诺和顾客忠诚度。企业声誉和顾客感激对顾客信任有显著的影响。而当顾客对企业心怀感激,信任企业及其产品,则顾客更容易对企业产生承诺并进而建立长期关系(忠诚度)。因此,在印度尼西亚,顾客在选择商品或服务时,除了价格和质量等一般因素外,企业声誉以及企业如何对社会和环境的福利承担社会责任也会影响顾客的选择。本次研究结果还表明,由于企业慈善行为与顾客信任度之间没有显著影响关系,因此The Body Shop Indonesia应尽可能向顾客提供有关企业声誉活动的透明信息,使得顾客清晰了解从筹款到分配的慈善活动全过程,以利于提高企业声誉,并进而提高顾客忠诚度,同时也有利于提高企业竞争力,比同行业的其他公司拥有更多的顾客价值。
