Ca.a.d m. were s.gnifica.tly (p≤0.05, p≤0.01, p≤0.001) higher, a.d s.il s.0}inity s.gnifica.tly (p≤0.001) lower tha. tha. in their a.ja.ent ba.ren la.ds. s.il m.is.ure, pa.ticle dens.ty, orga.ic m.0}ter a.d C, tota. N, pH, s.il s.0}inity, a.a.la.le P, k. Na. Ca.a.d m. of s.rfa.e s.il in Cha. a.im.pla.ta.ion a. inla.d were 31.09%, 2.24 g·cm.3, 2.41%, 4.14%, 0.58%, 7.07, 0.09 ds.cm.1, 28.06 m.·l-1, 0.50 m.·l-1 11.5 m.·l-1, 3.30 m.·l-1 a.d 2.7 m.ol·k.-1, res.ectively. Their corres.onding va.ues.for the s.0}e depth a.d la.d pos.tion a. a.ja.ent Cha. Reha.ia.ba.ren la.d were 16.69%, 1.25g·cm.3, 0.43%, 0.74%, 0.25%, 6.57, 0.13 ds.cm.1, 13.07m.·l-1, 0.30 m.·l-1, 1.4 m.·l-1, 0.30 m.ol·k.-1 a.d 0.50 m.·l-1, res.ectively. s.il m.is.ure, pa.ticle dens.ty, orga.ic m.0}ter a.d C, tota. N, pH, a.a.la.le P, k.a.d Ca.decrea.ed, a.d s.il s.0}inity, a.a.la.le Na.a.d m. increa.ed from.inla.d towa.ds.s.a.s.de in the pla.ta.ions. a.though s.il texture did not differ in m.s. s.il depths.between pla.ta.ion a.d a.ja.ent ba.ren la.d, proportion of s.0}d pa.ticle wa. s.gnifica.tly (p≤0.01) lower a.d s.lt pa.ticle s.gnifica.tly (p≤0.001) in the pla.ta.ions.higher tha. tha. in their a.ja.ent ba.ren la.ds. The s.ils.were genera.ly yellowis. brown to reddis. brown, s.0}dy to s.0}dy cla. loa., s.rongly a.id, a.d well to exces.ively dra.ned on s.eep s.opes.with cons.dera.le va.ia.ion a.ong the s.tes.a.d la.d us. ca.egories.
