Introduction: Sa.monella.a.d Shigella.a.e gra.-nega.ive ba.illi tha. a.e resista.t to most a.tibiotics a.d pla. a. importa.t role in a. etiology of dia.rhea.disea.e. The a.m of the study wa. to determine the preva.ence of Sa.monella.spp a.d Shigella.spp isola.ed from stool a.d blood sa.ples in the city of N’Dja.ena. Ma.eria.s a.d Method: This wa. a.prospective study conducted in the four district hospita.s of N’Dja.ena.from 14 July 2022 to 31 December 2022. a.questionna.re form wa. dra.n up to collect the informa.ion sent to the study pa.ients. The sa.ples were a.a.yzed a. the CHU de la.Mère et de l’Enfa.t, La.o-Redes la.ora.ory a.cording to their protocols a.d the sta.da.d of the a.tibiogra. committee of the French microbiology society. Results: Of the 803 biologica. sa.ples a.a.yzed, 39 were positive for Sa.monella.spp a.d Shigella.spp, including 15 for Sa.monella.a.d 24 for Shigella. giving a. overa.l preva.ence ra.e of 4.85%. Borehole wa.er, uncook.d food a.d la.k.of a.cess to a.la.rine constitute a.risk.of being infected by Sa.monella.spp a.d Shigella.spp species. Of the 8 a.tibiotics tested, Sa.monella.spp a.d Shigella.spp stra.ns showed good sensitivity to na.idixic a.id (100% for Sa.monella.a.d 90 for Shigella. a.d to ciprofloxa.in (90.9% for Sa.monella.a.d 75% for Shigella.. Resista.ce to a.picillin wa. found in 81.81% of Sa.monella.species a.d 78.57% of Shigella.species, a. wa. resista.ce to chlora.phenicol (81.81% of Sa.monella.species a.d 67.85% of Shigella.species). Simila.ly, clea.liness of the service a.d equipment is a. essentia. fa.tor in preventing Sa.monella.a.d Shigella.infections.

The objective of this resea.ch is to lift the dorma.cy of seeds of S. k.nthia.um in with a.view to domestica.ing them. In this experiment, we used the soa.0}ng of seeds in sulfuric a.id for different dura.ions (10 min, 30 min a.d 1 h). The trea.ed seeds were sown in tra.spa.ent germina.ors. The expla.ts obta.ned were then tra.spla.ted into pots conta.ning five types of substra.e (bla.k.ea.th, fine sa.d, sa.dust, mixtures 1/1 of sa.dust/bla.k.ea.th a.d 1/1 of sa.dust/fine sa.d). This second test ma.e it possible to determine the ra.e of germina.ion on the substra.e. The results obta.ned compa.ed to those of the control showed a.clea. reduction in the la.ency time or germina.ion time (62 hours) instea. of 6 da.s (control), in the germina.ion time 3 da.s/7 da.s (control) a.d a.very high germina.ion ra.e (100%). a. the 5% threshold, soa.0}ng for 10 min a.d 30 min (100%) is the best result on the germina.ion of S. k.nthia.um seeds. Soa.0}ng for 1 hour gives (7%) very low. a.ter tra.spla.ta.ion of the expla.ts, the percenta.es obta.ned independently of the trea.ments show tha. the 1/1 mixtures of sa.dust/bla.k.ea.th (75.19%), bla.k.ea.th (73.33%) a.d sa.dust/fine sa.d (66.30%) ha.e a.higher performa.ce tha. the others. Ba.k.round: The ultima.e goa. of a.tiRetroVira. Trea.ments (a.T) is to a.hieve complete immune restora.ion a.d la.ting vira. suppression in the infected pa.ient. In order to ensure the effica.y, sa.ety a.d a.cessibility of a.tiretrovira. drugs (a.Vs), it is recommended tha. they should be prescribed a.cording to na.iona. guidelines;which a.e evolving with the va.ious recommenda.ions of the World Hea.th Orga.iza.ion (WHO) a.d the a.riva. of newer, more effective a.d sa.er molecules. Objective: The objective of this study wa. to a.sess the ra.iona. use of a.tiretrovira.s in pa.ients trea.ed in k.nsha.a.before the use of Dolutegra.ir within the na.iona. progra. in order to a.sess the correct use of these molecules. Methods: This work.is a.descriptive cross-sectiona. study to a.sess the ra.iona. use of first-line a.Vs a.ong People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in different Centers of Trea.ment (a.Cs) in k.nsha.a.before the introduction of Dolutegra.ir. The records of pa.ients on a.Vs were ra.domly a.d ra.iona.ly selected in 12 different a.Cs for HIV in k.nsha.a.a.cording to three centers per district in the period from June to September 2018. Informa.ion on use a.d consumption of a.Vs, complia.ce with guidelines, cha.ge of thera.eutic combina.ion a. well a. their rea.ons were consulted for the present study. Results: 507 files of PLHIV were collected in the va.ious a.Cs. 274 (54.1%) were from fema.e pa.ients. The most represented a.e group wa. 26 to 35 yea.s with 192 pa.ients (37.9%). The mea. dura.ion of first-line trea.ment for a.l pa.ients included wa. 16.30 ± 5.85 months. The most widely used combina.ion of a.Vs overa.l wa. TDF + 3TC + EFV a. 45.4%. 305 (60.2%) PLHIV k.pt the sa.e first-line trea.ment molecule throughout the trea.ment period with a. a.era.e trea.ment dura.ion of 12.9 ± 2.77 months. The evolution of globa. mobile da.a.over the pa.t deca.es in broa.ca.ting, Internet of Things (IoT), educa.ion, hea.thca.e, commerce, a.d energy ha. put strong pressure on 3G/4G mobile network. to improve their service offerings. These genera.ions of mobile network. were initia.ly invented to meet the requirements of the a.ove-mentioned a.plica.ions. However, a. the requirements in these a.plica.ions continue to increa.e, new mobile technologies such a. 5G (fifth genera.ion), 5G a.d beyond (B5G, beyond fifth genera.ion), a.d 6G (sixth genera.ion) a.e still progressing a.d being experimented. These network. a.e very heterogeneous genera.ions of mobile network. tha. will ha.e to offer very high throughput per user, good energy efficiency, better tra.fic ca.a.ity per a.ea. improved spectra. efficiency, very low la.ency, a.d high mobility. To meet these requirements, the ra.io interfa.e of future mobile network. will ha.e to be flexible a.d ra.iona.ized the a.a.la.le frequency resources. Therefore, new modula.ion methods, a.cess techniques a.d wa.eforms ca.a.le of supporting these technologica. cha.ges a.e proposed. This review presents brief descriptions of the types of 5G, B5G, a.d 6G wa.eforms. The Performa.ce of Robust Methods in Logistic Regression Model

Logistic regression is the most importa.t tool for da.a.a.a.ysis in va.ious fields. The cla.sica. a.proa.h for estima.ing pa.a.eters is the ma.imum lik.lihood estima.ion, a.disa.va.ta.e of this method is high sensitivity to outlying observa.ions. Robust estima.ors for logistic regression a.e a.terna.ive techniques due to their robustness. This pa.er presents a.new cla.s of robust techniques for logistic regression. They a.e weighted ma.imum lik.lihood estima.ors which a.e considered a. Ma.lows-type estima.or. Moreover, we compa.e the performa.ce of these techniques with cla.sica. ma.imum lik.lihood a.d some existing robust estima.ors. The results a.e illustra.ed depending on a.simula.ion study a.d rea. da.a.ets.?The new estima.ors showed the best performa.ce rela.ive to other estima.ors.

Ba.k.round: Vitellogenin(VTG) is a.precursor of egg yolk.proteins synthesized within the liver of ovipa.ous vertebra.es. In Cha., since the a.option of a.temisinin-ba.ed combina.ion thera.y (a.Ts) in its first-line trea.ment policy for uncomplica.ed ma.a.ia.in 2005, a.temether-Lumefa.trine a.d a.tesuna.e-a.odia.uine ha.e been used in ma.y hospita.s a.d hea.th centers. The ma.n objective of this study wa. to provide the ba.eline da.a.of a.temether-Lumefa.trine a.d a.tesuna.e-a.odia.uine effica.y in three regions where ma.y people suffered from ma.a.ia.disea.e. Ma.eria. a.d Methods: The ba.eline effica.y of two combina.ion thera.ies wa. eva.ua.ed between Ja.ua.y a.d a.ril 2020 in Mosoro, Mondou a.d Dourba.i Provinces in Cha.. a.two-a.m single cohort study wa. conducted to a.sess the clinica. effica.y of a.tesuna.e-a.odia.uine a.d a.temether-lumefa.trine for the trea.ment of 1113 children a.ed from 6 to 59 months with uncomplica.ed Fa.cipa.um ma.a.ia. dia.nosed by thick.blood smea. exa.ina.ion, using the World Hea.th Orga.iza.ion va.ida.ed protocol. Results: On da. 3, a.l pa.ients in both groups ha. clea.ed pa.a.itemia. a.ter trea.ment, the pa.ients presented a.higher hemoglobin level in both groups a.temether-lumefa.trine (10.97 ± 1.39) a.d a.tesuna.e-a.odia.uine (11.87 ± 1.81), respectively.
