Objective\ To examine whether Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) is generated, and whether plasma membrane potential and mitochondrial membrane potential are depolarized in Chinese Hamster lung (CHl) cell lines exposed to Cr (VI). Methods\ CHl cells were incubated with Cr(VI) at 10 μmol/l, 2.5 μmol/l, 0.65 μmol/l for 3 and 6 hours, respectively. The production of ROS was performed by using 2,7_dichlorofluorescin diacetate; The changes in plasma membrane potential were estimated using fluorescent cationic dye DiBAC4; And the changes in mitochondria membrane potential were estimated using fluorescent dye Rhodamine 123. Results\ The ROS levels in CHl cells increased in all treated groups compared with the control group (Plasma membrane potential and mitochondrial membrane potential in CHl cells dissipated after incubated with Cr(VI) at 10 μmol/l for 3 hours and 6 hours (Pl/l for 6 hours (Plusion\ Cr(VI) causes the dissipation of plasma membrane potential and mitochondrial membrane potential in CHl cell cultures, and Cr(VI)_induced ROS may play a role in the injuries.

The sticking phenomenon between molten slag and refractory is one of the crucial problems when preparing ferronickel from laterite ore using rotary hearth fulnace or rotary kiln processes. This study aims to ameliorate sticking problems by using silicon dioxide （SiO2） to adjust the melting degree of file briquette during reduction roasting. Thermodynamic analysis indicates that the melting temperature of the slag gradually increases with an increase in the SiO2 proportion （SiO2/（SiO2 ＋ A1203 ＋ MgO） mass ratio）. Experimental validations also prove that the briquette retains its original shape when the SiO2 proportion is greater than 75wt%, and sticking problems axe avoided during reduction. A ferronickel product with 8.33wt% Ni and 84.71wt% Fe was prepared via reductive roasting at 1500~C for 90 min with a SiO2 proportion of 75wt% and a C/O molar ratio of 1.0 followed by dry magnetic separation; the corresponding recoveries of Ni and Fe reached 75.70% and 77.97%, respectively. The micro stxucture and phase txmlsformation of reduced briquette reveals that the aggregation and growth of ferroinckel particles were not significantly affected after adding SiO2 to the reduction process.

This study was to supply the systemic and full milking process data to support the implementation of both dairy herd improvement （DHI） and digital feeding of dairy cattle. This study designed the relational structured database and developed a set of digital management information system on milking process of intensive dairy farm using Visual Basic 6.0, Access databases, and Crystal report combining the milking characteristics of a grown cow, such as quality and sanitation testing indexes of raw milk. The system supplies a series of convenient, intelligent input interfaces of crude datum, and can count, analyze, and graphically show milking datum based on different types and different parities of cows or herds in a specific duration, and can dynamically produce some important derived data, such as days of grown cow, daily average of milk production of grown cow, days of cow milk production, and daily average of milking cow production; and can carry out all-pervasive data mining. With the help of system analysis and software design techniques, it is possible to realize precision farming for a dairy cattle herd based on whole digital management of milking process and realtime prediction on nutrient requirements and ration of dairy cattle, as well as dairy herd improvement.

为了研究最优的整车平台架构策略,本文详细阐述平台架构的概念,定义了架构关键尺寸l114,列举国内某车企基于关键尺寸l114一致的平台拓展尺寸链,并梳理该平台架构乘员舱架构件具体的策略,通过对比分别采取平台车型关键尺寸l113一致与平台车型关键尺寸l114一致时的平台通用化率,发现2种策略的平台通用化率基本一致。同时结合整车安全碰撞策略进行分析,结果表明,若采用关键尺寸l114更具优势,该策略下同平台车型仅需满足高车型的碰撞策略,即可同步满足其他车型的侧碰要求,有效降低平台开发成本。

研究抗冻蛋白(antifreeze proteins,AFP)对猪肉冷冻过程中品质变化的影响。以商业抗冻剂海藻糖(4 mg/m l)的抗冻效果为参考,以未添加AFP组为对照组,研究不同添加量(0.05、0.1、0.2、0.3 mg/ml)AFP对冷冻猪肉品质、肌原纤维蛋白理化性质、微观结构和水分分布的影响。结果表明:AFP可以减少冷冻猪肉的水分损失,有利于维持猪肉色泽和微观结构;在冷冻贮藏过程中,0.3 mg/ml AFP组猪肉的蒸煮损失、解冻损失及色泽的保护效果最好,其次是0.2 mg/ml AFP组和4 mg/ml海藻糖组;0.2、0.3 mg/ml AFP组剪切力和肌原纤维蛋白总巯基含量显著高于未添加AFP组(Pl AFP使猪肉肌纤维排列整齐,更加紧凑和致密。总体而言,添加AFP对改善冷冻猪肉品质有积极作用,是一种潜在的安全、高效冷冻保护方法。

We study axis-symmetric Onsager clustered states of a neutral point vortex system confined to a two-dimensional disc. Our analysis is based on the mean field of bounded point vortices in the microcanonical ensemble. The clustered vortex states are specified by the inverse temperature β and the rotation frequency ω, which are the conjugate variables of energy E and angular momentum l,respectively. The formation of the axis-symmetric clustered vortex states(azimuthal angle independent) involves the separating of vortices with opposite circulation and the clustering of vortices with the same circulation around the origin and edge. The state preserves SO(2) symmetry while breaking Z_2 symmetry. We find that, near the uniform state, the rotation-free clustered state(ω = 0) emerges at particular values of l^(2)/E and β. At large energies, we obtain asymptotically exact vortex density distributions, whose validity condition gives rise to the lower bound of β for the rotation-free states. Noticeably, the obtained vortex density distribution near the edge at large energies provides a novel exact vortex density distribution for the corresponding chiral vortex system.

To determine the efficacy of chalcopyrite bioleaching using pure cultures of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans or Thiobacillus thiooxidans and a mixed culture composed of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and Thiobacillus thiooxidans, experiments were carried out in shake flasks with [Fe^2＋] 4 g·l^-1 and S 1 g·l^-1 at pH=1.80, 130 r/min and 30℃. The tests showed that the copper extraction in a mixed culture composed of Thiobacillusferrooxidans and Thiobacillus thiooxidans is higher than that in a pure culture. On the other hand, an important potential of Thiobacillus thiooxidans to leaching chalcopyrite was indicated. Thiobacillus thiooxidans can prevent jarosites accumulating on the substrate and allow further copper to dissolute through the action of ferric ion. The selection of the suitable pH in a leaching solution would be significant. Thiobacillus thiooxidans and Thiobacillus ferrooxidans play an important role in the bioleaching process. Finally, the mechanism and the reason for iron precipitation were also discussed in detail.
