The earliest evidence for a microblade adaptation in the remote,high altitude regions of the Tibetan Plateau

Microblade assemblages are among the most common prehistoric archaeological materials found on the Tibetan Plateau(TP)and are thought to indicate large scale migration to and settlement of the *** microblade sites,however,have been systematically excavated,especially in the remotest,highest-elevation regions of the *** timing of the large-scale arrival,spread,and permanent settlement of people on the TP therefore remains *** this paper,we report on a recently excavated site,Locality 3 of the Nwya Devu Site(ND3),located at 4600 meters above sea level(masl),near the shore of Ngoin Lake,on the interior *** analyses reveal a fairly typical microblade technological orientation and two types of microblade cores:wedge-shaped and semi-conical,which are similar to those found throughout North *** Optically Stimulated Luminescence(OSL)dating and AMS^(14)C dating,the age of ND3 ranges from 11 to 10 *** date range indicates ND3 is the oldest microblade site yet recorded in the remote,high-elevation regions of the TP and thus provides important information about when and how hunter-gatherers using microblades began exploiting the higher altitudes of the *** together,studies at ND3 and throughout the TP suggest that a microblade adaptation is associated with the first prolonged human occupation of the plateau and that microblades played a significant role in mediating the risks and facilitating the mobility necessary to permanently inhabit the TP.

Given that chemical warfare agents(CWAs) pose some of the largest threats to humankind, social stability, and world peace,considerable attention has been drawn to the development of the corresponding detection, decontamination, and treatment techniques. The versatile functionality and distinctive recognition potency of macrocycles enable their customized design for specific tasks, such as chemical sensing, catalysis, or separation. Hence, supramolecular materials are well suited for the establishment of CWA countermeasures. Herein, we summarize the recent progress in the development of macrocycle-based materials for counteracting several representative CWAs, including nerve, blister, blood, incapacitating, choking, and irritating agents, providing a foundation for further advances in this field and fostering practical translational terms.

1938—1941年,为控制中国经济命脉和掠夺中国物资,日本在华北占领区逐步建立起金融管控体系。1938年初,日本操控成立伪中国联合准备银行,发行联银券以取代法币。为赋予联银券国际贸易流通功能,伪华北临时政府在华北推行汇兑集中制管控外汇。1941年后,日本推行特别元制度以规范华北的对外贸易汇算。至太平洋战争爆发时,联银券的流通功能基本完备,成为华北占领区最重要的货币。日本借助其在华北的经验,不断加强“大东亚共荣圈”的金融管控,对各占领区经济造成了极大破坏。

目的探讨内镜手术治疗眶尖神经鞘瘤的疗效及术中神经保护策略。方法回顾性分析2015年5月—2022年6月湘雅医院确诊并行内镜下手术治疗的9例眶尖神经鞘瘤的患者资料,术中均采用影像导航系统辅助,应用神经电生理监测技术监测动眼神经。采用描述性统计方法对患者进行分析,纳入临床、手术和预后资料等。结果术后随访10~95个月,9例患者中8例肿瘤全切,1例次全切。全部患者的术前症状均得以好转或不同程度的改善,未出现手术死亡、颅内感染等手术并发症。9例患者术中均未发生相关神经损伤,术后均未出现神经功能障碍。结论眶尖神经鞘瘤经内镜手术切除安全有效,配合术中应用影像导航系统和神经电生理监测技术具有全切率高、创伤小、并发症少及利于保护神经功能的优势。

Military Chess Game Search Algorithm based on Deep Search

What They Learned Won't Go Away:The Impacts ofan International Exchange Program on Chinese Teacher Candidates' Understanding of and Practice in Science Education

Computer games are divided into complete information games and incomplete information games. Military chess games, as a kind of incomplete information games, have shortcomings in many aspects. In view of the fact that the game tree of the military chess game in the middle and late stages of attacking the banner is too large, this paper proposes an algorithm for deep searching the chessboard according to the military chess rules. In this paper, the bidirectional deep search algorithm is adopted, which reduces the time needed to calculate the approximate optimal solution by nearly 97% compared with using the algorithm of two-way deep search. Compared with the original depth search algorithm, the algorithm in this paper is highly optimized in terms of time complexity. The experiment shows that the search algorithm based on deep search can reduce the operation time of each step and achieve good results.

Shade tolerance is essential for soybeans in inter/relay cropping systems.A genome-wide association study(GWAS)integrated with transcriptome sequencing was performed to identify genes and construct a genetic network governing the trait in a set of recombinant inbred lines derived from two soybean parents with contrasting shade *** improved GWAS procedure,restricted two-stage multi-locus genome-wide association study based on gene/allele sequence markers(GASM-RTM-GWAS),identified 140 genes and their alleles associated with shade-tolerance index(STI),146 with relative pith cell length(RCL),and nine with *** of these genes by biological categories allowed the construction of a protein–protein interaction network by 187 genes,of which half were differentially expressed under shading and non-shading conditions as well as at different growth *** the identified genes,three ones jointly identified for both traits by both GWAS and transcriptome and two genes with maximum links were chosen as beginners for entrance into the ***,both STI and RCL gene systems worked for shade-tolerance with genes interacted each other,this confirmed that shadetolerance is regulated by more than single group of interacted genes,involving multiple biological functions as a gene network.
