Unique Ultrastructural Alterations in the Placenta Associated With Macrosomia Induced by Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To investigate the morphological and ultrastructural alterations in placentas from pregnancies with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)–induced macrosomia,term nondiabetic macrosomia,and normal ***:Sixty full-term placentaswere collected,and clinical data alongwith informed consent were obtained from pregnant womenwho underwent regular visit checks and delivered their newborns in Northwest Women’s and Children’s Hospital between May and December *** were divided into three equal groups:normal pregnancy(control group),nondiabetic macrosomia group,and macrosomia complicated with GDM(diabetic macrosomia)*** morphological data of placentas were recorded,and placental samples were processed for examination of ultrastructural and stereological changes using transmission electron *** of variance and chi-squared test were used to examine the differences among the three groups for continuous and categorical variables,***:The baseline characteristics of mothers and neonates did not differ across the three groups,except for a significantly higher birth weight in the diabetic macrosomia group(4172.00±151.20 g vs.3192.00±328.70 g,P<0.001)and nondiabetic macrosomia group(4138.00±115.20 g vs.3192.00±328.70 g,P<0.001)comparedwith control *** of the placentas revealed that placental weight was also highest in the diabeticmacrosomia group comparedwith control group(810.00±15.81 g vs.490.00±51.48 g,P<0.001)and nondiabetic macrosomia group(810.00±15.81 g vs.684.00±62.69 g,P<0.001),but the ratio of neonatal birth weight to placental weight(BW/PW)was significantly lower in the diabetic macrosomia group compared with that in the control group(5.15±0.19 vs.6.54±0.63,P<0.001)and nondiabetic macrosomia group(5.15±0.19 vs.6.09±0.52,P<0.001)*** contrast,the BW/PW ratio in nondiabetic macrosomia did not differ significantly from that in the control *** ultrastructural changes in terminal v

针对中压配电网缺少实时量测、伪量测精度较低以及现有的动态状态估计(dynamic state estimation,DSE)方法均采用恒定系统处理状态过程噪声的问题,提出了一种基于改进自适应无迹卡尔曼滤波(unscented kalman filter,UKF)算法的中压配电网鲁棒DSE方法。首先,利用中压配电网变压器低压侧的智能电表量测和变压器模型,推导出等效中压量测以增强中压配网量测冗余度;然后,借鉴信号处理技术对系统状态过程噪声的协方差矩阵实时更新并融入UKF算法,以减轻状态预测和量测滤波的不确定性;最后,基于15节点中压配电网进行仿真。仿真结果表明:所提方法能够有效地进行中压配电网的动态状态估计,获取更为精确的态势感知信息。

1 Background The shale at the bottom of Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation is one of the major strata in exploration and exploitation of shales in southeast Sichuan. In the tectonic strong modified regions in the edge and outer places of the basin of southeast Sichuan, the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation Shale lies in the favorable sedimentary facies of Deep Water-Shallow Water Shelf （chen Zemin et al, 2013）, developing shale of rock facies with high silicon and high carbon which help the enrichment of shale gas and obtaining the material base for the shale gas to be accumulated into buried treasure.

Magnesium(Mg)alloys that have both antibacterial and osteogenic properties are suitable candidates for orthopedic ***,the fabrication of ideal Mg implants suitable for bone repair remains challenging because it requires implants with interconnected pore structures and personalized geometric *** this study,we fabricated a porous 3D-printed Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr(denoted as JDBM)implant with suitable mechanical properties using selective laser melting *** 3D-printed JDBM implant exhibited cytocompatibility in MC3T3-E1 and RAW267.4 cells and excellent osteoinductivity in ***,the implant demonstrated excellent antibacterial ratios of 90.0% and 92.1% for methicillin-resistant ***(MRSA)and Escherichia coli,*** 3D-printed JDBM implant prevented MRSA-induced implant-related infection in a rabbit model and showed good in vivo biocompatibility based on the results of histological evaluation,blood tests,and Mg2+deposition *** addition,enhanced inflammatory response and TNF-α secretion were observed at the bone-implant interface of the 3D-printed JDBM implants during the early implantation *** high Mg^(2+)environment produced by the degradation of 3D-printed JDBM implants could promote M1 phenotype of macrophages(Tnf,iNOS,Ccl3,Ccl4,Ccl5,Cxcl10,and Cxcl2),and enhance the phagocytic ability of *** enhanced immunoregulatory effect generated by relatively fast Mg^(2+)release and implant degradation during the early implantation stage is a potential antibacterial mechanism of Mg-based *** findings indicate that 3D-printed porous JDBM implants,having both antibacterial property and osteoinductivity,hold potential for future orthopedic applications.

Complex oxides with tunable structures have many fascinating properties, though high-quality complex oxide epitaxy with precisely controlled composition is still out of reach. Here we have successfully developed solution-based single-crystalline epitaxy for multiferroic（1-x）BiTi;/;Fe;Mg;/;O;–（x）CaTiO;（BTFM–CTO） solid solution in large area, confirming its ferroelectricity at the atomic scale with strong spontaneous polarization. Careful compositional tuning leads to a bulk magnetization of 0.07 ± 0.035 μB/Fe at room temperature, enabling magnetically induced polarization switching exhibiting a large magnetoelectric coefficient of 2.7–3.0 × 10;s/m. This work demonstrates the great potential of solution processing in large-scale complex oxide epitaxy and establishes novel room-temperature magnetoelectric coupling in epitaxial BTFM–CTO film, making it possible to explore a much wider space of composition,phase, and structure that can be easily scaled up for industrial applications.

Objective:Autophagy induced by methyl tert-butyl ether（MTBE） in HT-22 cells were investigated to elucidate the mechanism of MTBE ***:In this study,HT-22 mouse hippocampal neurons cells were *** obverse the toxicity of MTBE in HT-22 cells,we exposed cells to different concentrations of MTBE（0,0.125,0.25,0.5,1.0,2.0,2.5 and 5.0 mM） for 6 h and the survival rate of cells were detected by *** HT-22 cells were treated with MTBE（0,0.125,0.25,0.5 and1.0 mM） for 1,2,4 and 6 h,respectively,and the expressions of autophagy marker proteins,LC3-I,LC3-II and p62 were detected by *** morphology of autophagosome was observed by transmission electron microscopy（TEM）.Results:1) MTT results showed that the survival rate of cells were reduced dose-dependently with increase of MTBE concentration（P ＜ 0.05）,and the cells survival rate were above85%only in 0.125,0.25,0.5 and 1.0 mM,which were chose as the following treatment concentration.2)Compared with the control,the expression of autophagy marker proteins LC3-I,LC3-II and p62 showed significant time-dose effect（P ＜ 0.05） in cells exposed to different doses of MTBE（0.125,0.25,0.5 and1.0 mM） for 1,2,4 and 6 h,*** general,the ratio of LC3-II/LC3-I was the higher（P ＜ 0.05）and the expression of p62 was the lower（P ＜ 0.05）,in cells were treated with MTBE for 2 h,especially in dose 0.25 mM（P ＜ 0.05）.The cells autophagy results indicated that the phenomenon of cells autophagy were more obvious in 0.25 mM MTBE-treated for 2 h,and was inhibited with increase of MTBE-treated dose and MTBE-treated *** double membrane structure,the typical autophagic morphology,was observed in cells of MTBE-treated for 2 ***:MTBE in low dose can induce autophagy in HT-22 cells,which may play a protective effect on HT-22 *** the autophagy may be inhibited with the increase of MTBE-treated dose and MTBE-treated time,which may play a harmful effect on HT-22 cells.

车载激光扫描可快速获取大场景点云,由于存在视场限制和遮挡,需地面激光点云作补充。车载与地面点云分别位于大地坐标和局部坐标系统,本文提出结合遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)和(iterative closed point,ICP)的自动点云配准方法以统一基准。ICP采用局部优化,效率较高,但依赖初始解;GA为全局优化方法,但效率低。融合策略为当GA配准趋于局部搜索时,采用ICP完成配准。GA配准以地面激光扫描仪内置GPS测量粗略位置限定优化搜索空间。为提高GA配准精度,提出了最大化归一化匹配分数之和(normalized sum of matching scores,NSMS)配准模型。实测数据试验验证了NSMS模型的有效性,GA配准均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)为1~5cm;融合配准比GA配准效率高约50%。

为减少类皮肤三维柔性触觉阵列传感器设计的复杂度,本文比较了基于导电橡胶的几种传感器结构设计方法,提出了采用整体式框架结构,节点行之间独立的非线性传感器结构。此设计不仅有利于传感器结构的加工实现,而且大大地降低了解耦算法的复杂度。仿真结果表明基于该结构的传感器可以实现大规模三维柔性触觉的信息测量以及传感器规模的扩展。

Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb Dating and Neoproterozoic Metamorphism of Kangding and Yuanmou Intrusive Complexes,Sichuan and Yunnan

To clarify the relationship of the metamorphic intrusions along the west margin of the Yangtze craton and their metamorphic history after crystallization, the petrochemical and trace element geochemical characters, zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating, and the chemical compositions of coexisting hornblendes and plagioclases from Neoproterozoic metamorphic intrusions in Kangding （康定）, Sichuan （四川） Province, and Yuanmou （元谋）, Yunnan （云南） Province, were studied. Combined with the former published data, it is indicated that the Kangding granitic plutons and Yuanmou complex in the west margin of the Yangtze craton generally formed at the same period. Metamorphic event at ~700 Ma existed extensively, at least covering from Kangding area in Sichuan to the Eshan （峨山） area in Central Yunnan. Moreover, amphibolite facies may represent the peak regional metamorphic condition.
