Sensitivity of Commercial Enzyme Inhibition Colorimetric Pesticide Residue Rapid Test Kit to a Variety of Pesticides

[Objectives]To fully understand the quality of commercial enzyme inhibition-colorimetric pesticide residue rapid detection kits,so that they can play a greater role in the detection and supervision of agricultural products.[Methods]The sensitivity of 28 kinds of pesticides was determined by using the commercially available enzyme inhibition colorimetric rapid detection kit with Hendu brand.[Results]There was a significant difference in the sensitivity of the kit to each pesticide,and the kit was more sensitive to dichlorvos among the 28 pesticides *** sensitivity to methyl isosalifos,dimethoate,isocarbophos,fenthion and phorate was poor,and the sensitivity to quinalphos was different between 3.0 and 2.5 mL.[Conclusions]The large difference of the sensitivity of the enzyme inhibition-colorimetric rapid detection kit for pesticide residues to different kits is a reason for the false positive and false negative test results of the kit,which needs to be considered by relevant personnel.

植物生长调节剂和除草剂在葡萄上的登记应用现状分析

【目的】了解葡萄上植物生长调节剂和除草剂的登记和使用现状,为葡萄的安全生产提供依据。【方法】基于我国农药信息网登记的植物生长调节剂、除草剂数据和新修订的《GB2763—2021食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》《NY/T 393—2020绿色食品农药使用准则》中相关信息,结合葡萄生产实际,对中国植物生长调节剂和除草剂在葡萄上的登记与应用情况进行梳理和分析。【结果】葡萄上登记的植物生长调节剂共有26种有效成分、146个产品,其中传统剂型占97.26%、低毒产品占76.03%、所登记植物生长调节剂产品的毒性与其有效成分的含量没有关系,且其作用较为混乱;除草剂有3种有效成分、7个单剂产品。《限量标准》中有3种植物生长调节剂和26种除草剂制定了在葡萄上的限量,葡萄上登记的植物生长调节剂及除草剂品种同《限量标准》和《准则》存在严重脱节。【结论】建议尽快制定《准则》中A级绿色食品生产允许使用的除草剂及植物生长调节剂的限量,各相关部门加强引导与指导,提高果农的安全意识,使果农在《条例》的框架下安全选择、使用植物生长调节剂和除草剂,以提高葡萄质量安全。

Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by Enzyme Inhibition Colorimetric Kit

[Objectives]The paper was to understand the detection effect of commercial enzyme inhibition colorimetric kit.[Methods]Six brands of kits were used to detect pesticide residues in *** detection results were compared with those of 50 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and 10 kinds of carbamate pesticides detected by chromatography and mass *** to different thresholds,the test results of different kits were evaluated,and the false positive rate,false negative rate and coincidence rate of each kit were *** test results of commercial enzyme inhibition colorimetric kits were compared and analyzed.[Results]The detection effect of kit D was the best among the 6 brands of kits,and the coincidence rate was the highest under the 7 *** was a certain relationship between the detection effect of commercial enzyme inhibition colorimetric kit and the determination threshold of positive *** false positive rate decreased with the increase of determination threshold,and the false negative rate increased with the increase of determination threshold,but the coincidence rate with chromatography and mass spectrometry can not reach 100%.When the threshold was set to 20%,the effect was the *** coincidence rate of 3 brands of kits with the results of chromatography and mass spectrometry was the highest,and none of the 6 kits involved in the comparison had the lowest coincidence rate under this threshold.[Conclusions]It is suggested to modify the threshold values in national standard and trade standard.

Background:Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated protein 1(LGI1)antibody-mediated encephalitis is a rare subtype of autoimmune encephalopathy,which is associated with autoimmunity against the neuronal plasma membrane *** characteristic symptoms of this disease are memory dysfunction,seizures,faciobrachial dystonic seizures,cognitive deficits,neuropsychiatric disturbances,and intractable *** diagnosis of this disease mainly depends on the presence of anti-LGI1 antibody in serum or cerebrospinal fluid of ***1 antibody encephalitis has been reported mostly in adults,with rare occurrences in *** presentation:In this report,we described a 4-year-old girl with typical *** types included focal seizures and generalized tonic-clonic *** electroencephalogram findings showed focal *** magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed *** cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)levels of cells,glucose,and chloride were within the normal range,and the culture did not reveal growth of any *** of serum LGI1-Ab was positive,while the tests for autoimmune encephalitis antibody series in CSF were *** seizures of the patient were completely controlled after the therapy of immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone and antiepileptic drugs(AEDs),and the mental state almost returned to ***:To our knowledge,the patient described here may be the youngest case of LGI1 antibody encephalitis reported to *** with the LGI1 antibody-associated encephalitis may present only with single symptoms such as epileptic seizures and have good response to the therapy of immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone and antiepileptic *** case report will provide hints for pediatricians in the diagnosis and treatment of LGI1-antibody encephalitis.

Matrix Effects of Fourteen Organophosphorus Pesticides Residues in Nine Kinds of Vegetable Matrices

The matrix effects of 14 organophosphorus pesticides in 9 kinds of vegetables matrices were preliminarily studied by gas chromatography/flame photomet- ric detection（FPD） in the paper. The matrix effects of 14 organophosphoms pesticides in 9 kinds of vegetable matrices at 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mg/L were compared, respectively. The results showed that matrix enhancement effect and matrix attenuation effect existed in all cases, while matrix effects did not have strong correlation with concentrations of pesticides, but were related to species of vegetables and structure and polarity of pesticides.

基于中国农药信息网数据,与新修订的《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中大蒜相关指标相结合,对大蒜上登记的农药进行梳理,对所登记有效成分的种类、数量、防治对象、剂型、毒性等方面进行统计分析。大蒜上所登记农药偏重于除草剂,杀菌剂严重短缺,杀虫剂次之;且所登记农药中只有18种有效成分制定了限量;所登记农药的剂型相对陈旧,不能满足大蒜“营养平衡、环保健康”的需求,不利于农业绿色发展和生态环境安全;在农药毒性登记方面尚存在不足,有待于改善。建议在3个名录的指导下,加强技术研究、简化登记程序,加快大蒜上农药登记的步伐,解决大蒜有害生物防治农药严重短缺的问题。
