基于后悔理论的模糊多准则群决策方法

文章针对准则评价信息为区间直觉梯形模糊数、准则权重未知的群决策问题,考虑决策者心理行为特征,提出一种基于后悔理论的群决策方法。该方法定义了区间直觉梯形模糊数的排序方法及距离测度公式;以各方案的正、负理想点作为参考点计算各方案的后悔、欣喜值;由决策者对各方案的偏好大小确定决策者权重,并通过WAA算子将各决策者的欣喜-后悔矩阵集结成群体决策的欣喜-后悔矩阵。在此基础上构建非线性优化模型以确定准则权重,根据各方案的欣喜后悔值对方案进行排序。

Background:Although the application of serum procalcitonin(PCT) in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis becomes more and more widely,its significance in a subgroup of septic patients with a high level of serum PCT(>100μg/L) remains largely ***,we investigated the clinical characteristics and prognosis of such ***:A retrospective study for septic patients with a high level of serum PCT within 48 hours of hospitalization was conducted in our hospital from February 2013 to December *** characteristics including the demographics,main laboratory examinations and outcomes were extracted from the medical *** patients were divided into survivors and non-survivors based on 28-day *** differences of these variables were compared between groups of survivors and non-survivors.A multi-factorial logistic regression analysis was used for the evaluation of independent risk factors of ***:149 cases of such septic patients were *** were 98 males and 51 females with an average age of 63(52,77) years.98(65.8%) patients were treated in intensive care unit(ICU),and 51(34.2%) patients were treated in general *** total mortality rate was 32.2%(48/149).The median acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II(APACHE II) score was 15(11,19),and the median sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA) score was 10(7,14).The APACHE II [20(18,27) vs.14(10,16),P<0.001]and SOFA scores [14(12,18) vs.8(6,11),P<0.001],and the incidence of complications including multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)(87.5% vs.37.6%,P<0.001),septic shock(100% vs.60.4%,P<0.001) and respiratory failure(72.9% vs.38.6%,P<0.001) were significantly higher in non-survivors than in *** addition,some laboratory indexes including liver dysfunction,coagulation dysfunction,levels of myocardial enzymes and lactic acid were higher in non-survivors than in survivors(all P<0.05),whereas the platelet(PLT) count was significantly lowe
